emmmm I think it is wise for Tencent to sell SEA stakes. SEA  has  a  bank call Sea Bank and giving a very high interest rate for saving. almost 50% more than the average bank.   😁😁😁This is burning money since they are not really lending it. Regardless of their current stock price per share, Intel's market cap is still $42B more than AMD. Therefore, it is not wise to compare stock prices.
