All the negative news is priced in, which is why 310 held strong. Today 312 held strong. I don't know how you get this to go down further, but when you are at the bottom of the barrel you BUY. TSM is not the only one building foundries in the US. Intel and Samsung are also building foundries in the US. Samsung is reportedly choosing Texas as location.  I believe they should have already ordered ASML's equipments for their new factories as the waiting line is getting longer and longer.
