$PayPal(PYPL)$ The new 2022 tax laws for PYPL (and other similar avenues) for 2022 could be adversely affecting its market performance. The change from 1099-K threshold change from $20k down to $600 is a huge difference. This could drive people away from using PYPL. Don't get me wrong, I love PYPL and have been long for 5+ years... but I think it's going to stay South of the Death Cross for a while.

$Pfizer(PFE)$ From an Epoch Times article, PFE thinks they can adapt the vaccine to the Omicron variant in 100 days, so it appears we're in for another round of vaccinations for everyone starting around March. So I guess that's good news for PFE holders, but bad for everyone else. Maybe that's a better outcome than having no vaccine, but I'm still concerned about the side effect issues. Hopefully the treatments will fare better in that regard.

When $Meta Platforms, Inc.(FB)$ FB takes off to $400, don't be crying on missing out. PE is below S&P average (!!); and ad revenue is growing and FB is cleaning up their act (see news); AND with Metaverse it will be growth company AND ticker about to change on Dec1st which could be a catalyst for an up move.

When the $Apple(AAPL)$ PE gets under 20 it will move higher. Until then it will trade sideways like it has for over a year. None of this makes any sense on a valuation perspective. Even if $Western Digital(WDC)$ estimates get cut from the current $10+ down to $8 and you give it the same 8x multiple you are giving to $Micron Solutions, Inc.(MICR)$ Micron, we are still way off from where this stock should trade. I know markets can be irrational, but this type of selling pre-earnings is really hard to understand. Either they are trying one last push to flush all the weak hands, or someone knows something ominous about tomorrow's release.

The coming winter months will not be kind to investors. A substantial correction is in the cards and we believe stocks with super high PE ratios will have to surrender a lot of their gains.
