justify;\">财报显示,本季理想实现营收286.5亿元,超出市场预期的272.1亿元,较上年同期的87.3亿元增长228.1%,较23Q1的187.9亿元增长52.5%。Q2实现净利润23.1亿元,为史上最佳盈利水平,上年同期为亏损6.41亿元。本季累计交付汽车86533辆,创下历史新高。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">展望第三季度,理想预计,交付量将达到10-10.3万辆。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Q1:三季度交付指引为何无法突破瓶颈,仅在10万辆-10.3万辆(月均 3.33 万—3.43 万辆)</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A:目前常州有两条产线生产L7、L8和L9等车型,最大月产能为5万台,主要的瓶颈在于零部件供应。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">对此,理想已于二季度制定了相关零部件的提升策略和规划,不过零件的产线和工装调试、验证还需要一段时间。此外,理想针对明后年的产能,也提前进行了规划与筹备。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Q2:自动驾驶技术进展如何?到什么时候消费者可以在买车的时候直接体验到自动驾驶?</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A:我们还会按照之前既定的计划分批进行开放,开放逻辑跟顺序很大程度上还是取决于当地理想汽车的保有量。量越多,行驶里程数越多,和自动驾驶相关的测试数据就会多,这个城市就有可能更早的开放出来。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">另外,也会取决于在这个城市当中复杂路况的完成情况。我们现在已经开放了一些招募用户,随着这些招募用户的加入,我们开放的城市会逐渐增加,目前总体来开发和测试的进展顺利。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">基于大模型全面落地<a 理想目前在大型家用30万以上的区间领先的,如果明年潜在的产品要投放在20-30万元的价格区间,会面临非常激烈的竞争,到时候会怎么去做产品的差异化、保持竞争力?</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A:我们对理想L6的产品力非常有信心的,相信L6会成为理想L系列里边单月销量最高的车型。最关键的一点其实还是坚持我们的竞争力,所以它一定是同价位家庭用户绝对首选的产品。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Q4:关于人工智能Mind GPT最新进展</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A: 关于我们在6月家庭科技日发布的自然认知大模型Mind GPT,从研发上来说,我们已经具备了全栈研发的资源和能力,从研发整个结构上来说是分为四个部分:数据、大模型训练、算法评估和安全,以及应用交付。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">在大模型训练算法流程方面,我们和行业主流是一致的,包含模型训练等。为了确保Mind GPT知识的准确性和个性化的能力,我们还增加了搜索和推荐的资源与能力。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">目前第一个版本我们采用了160亿个参数,基于自研模型,可以更好贴合我们的用户,提升对话式交互的效果。最终会形成一系列产品,可以让理想同学成为用户的家庭成员,也可以成为车辆的专家或者是因材施教的老师。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">明年我们会发布四款新车,其中包括一款增程的SUV和三款纯电车型,这还不包含MEGA。具体的产品信息我们会通过发布会和大家沟通。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Q6: 关于毛利率,全年的指引还是在20%,那么对毛利率的负面影响有哪些?</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A:我们会分批来开放,并不在今年年底全部一下子开放,但是我们在100座城市落地NOA的计划没变。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">相对于竞争对手,我们在算法方面是有优势的,一方面我们是通过创新的网络时时去感知复杂的道路的结构,然后通过网络识别。和竞争对手相比,我们最大的优势就在于我们拥有最大规模的智能驾驶车队,以及国内最多的训练的数据,这样一来,我们可以实现数据和算法的不断迭代,这是我们的绝对优势。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Q8: 门店已经开了超过300家,覆盖全国120个城市。未来在门店方面,有什么计划?门店为什么能快速扩张?未来的豪车,会下沉到什么程度?</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A:好的产品和好的自营销售渠道,是相辅相成的,缺一不可。在我们内部,我们对自己有比较高的要求,营业6个月以上的店面要实现每个店每个月平均完成100辆以上的订单量,所以我们既注意门店的效率,也不会过于关注短期的表现而忽视了长期对整个门店的建设和投资。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">在明年和后年,我们会有多款车型推向市场。因此,我们还会开更多门店。目前开店的方式、逻辑,还有用户群其实没有什么特别的奥秘。因为像奔驰、宝马、奥迪这样的品牌,已经把应该到什么样级别的城市应该开多少家店,验证得非常清楚了。所以在这方面我们不需要另起炉灶,其实我们基本上就是遵循奔驰、宝马、奥迪的开店数量和开店逻辑,来实现我们销量的支撑。</p><p 10:27","market":"us","language":"zh","title":"推出“付费内容”,B站愚蠢到“令人窒息”?","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1139837512","media":"互联网怪盗团","summary":"“单项内容付费”与“大会员订阅”显然是矛盾的。","content":"<html><head></head><body><p>作者:怪盗团团长裴培</p><p>B站刚刚推出的“付费内容”功能再次遭到了广大用户的一致咒骂,B站也因此相当罕见地重返了多个社交媒体的热搜。在我看来,这是一个愚蠢到令人窒息的选择。无论从商业层面、道义层面还是法务层面,这个模式都是完全站不住脚的。理由很简单:</p><p>在商业层面,迄今为止,全球没有任何一个视频平台能够成功地在PUGC上实现“单项付费”——YouTube做不到,TikTok做不到,爱优腾也做不到。请注意,B站的“付费内容”不是针对番剧、电影、纪录片这样的OGC(专业内容),而是针对UP主发布的自制内容。只有脑子进了水,或者进了浆糊的人,才会妄想用户会为了这种内容单独付费。或许B站管理层认为自己的平台比YouTube之流更强,可是包括我在内的绝大部分人恐怕不会这么认为。</p><p>在道义层面,“单项内容付费”与“大会员订阅”显然是矛盾的。附带说一句,作为B站多年老用户,我的大会员一直买到了2024年,所以我可以想象,数以千万计的大会员跟我一样,感觉受到了愚弄——为什么已经交了年费,却还要额外付费?爱优腾的“超前点播”已经让人诟病了,B站倒好,直接来了一个“订阅制与单项付费并存”。我从来没有见过如此无耻的设定,相信你也没有见过。</p><p>在法务层面,我们都知道,B站的许多PUGC是存在法律风险的:热门内容要么抄了YouTube,要么援引了热门影视剧,而且基本没有付费。如果这些PUGC是免费的,那么至少在法律上站得住脚;如果收费了,那就是另一个问题了。爱优腾已经对B站剪切版权影视内容感到不满了,如果B站居然要对这些剪切的内容收费,结果一定会导致在法律上的极端被动。那画面太美我不忍看。</p><p>如果B站管理层稍微研究过竞争对手,就会注意到:2020年初,微信公众号也推出了“付费图文”功能,在初期也确实产生过一批流水过百万的文章;可惜,在短短几个月内,这个功能就沦为鸡肋。根据我的了解,目前只有极少数公众号会以付费图文为一个重要的收入来源。用户厌恶付费图文远胜过厌恶广告或带货。B站的PUGC视频会是例外吗?凭什么?</p><p>尽管大量用户明确地表达了不满,尽管会伴随无穷无尽的法律风险,但B站还是坚持推出了“付费内容”功能。我认为,这意味着B站管理层已经对游戏、广告这两大商业化模式绝望。稍微熟悉游戏行业的人就应该知道,B站游戏自研已经彻底失败,而游戏发行能力每况愈下,今后只能作为一个次要的游戏联运平台而存在。至于广告业务,今年一季度B站的广告收入甚至低于去年三季度的水平,与去年二季度基本持平;在这个618档期,B站接到的品牌投放也没有什么增长。现在的B站就像一个晚期癌症患者,病急乱投医,明明知道江湖郎中开的方子靠不住,偏偏还得吃下去。</p><p>这就是所谓“求仁得仁又何怨”——B站曾经拥有一个发展游戏业务的绝佳窗口期,但是为了迎合资本市场的“去游戏化”诉求,白白错过了;B站的广告业务不是没有希望,但是为了迎合资本市场的用户增长诉求,它的社区氛围不断劣化,对广告主的吸引力日益降低。坦白说,我不相信一个充斥着"ZBJ,
