(转自ff APP) 我个人认为首先应该定性一下ff

的投资,ff目前车已经出来了,参数也已经出来了,首批300辆也已经订出去了,也就是说万事俱备,只欠把车造出来交付了。但是因为没有关于车的财务数据或者销售数据来参考,所以在二级市场购买ff,更像是一级市场的投资,我觉得明白这一点是很关键的。 我们对比一下蔚来

,蔚来在2017年的时候,拿到d轮10亿美金,总的融了22亿美金,估值50亿美金。但是我们看看2017年的蔚来,有什么,2017年12月,蔚来才发布了es8,半年后,也就是2018年6月才开始交付,九月IPO的估值,64亿美元。 站在2021年7月28日这个时点,ff的收盘价是11.45,市值37亿美金。ff在spac合并前,同样烧掉了20亿美金,同样通过spac拿到了10亿美金,同样已经发布了自己的车型等待交付,而且现在的估值,远远低于当时蔚来同时期的估值,要知道,今时不同往日,2017年特斯拉也就是小几百亿的估值,而如今,市场给特斯拉的估值已经是六千亿美金起了。 同样也简单对比一下前几天同样通过spac上市的lucid

《聊聊我所知道的蔚来轿车的秘密》

1:之前的ET7,也基本是ET Preview的样子,在内部被否了,大家觉得成本太高,开放难度也太大,之前的资金也不太够,就停了。 2:现在的轿车项目比之前的要小,在这里先叫它ET5吧,但不知道最后蔚来官方会如何命名。也在NP2的全新平台上做的,之前SUV一直没有解决的网关断网问题,这次终于可以得到解决。 3:一个最大的难度就是电池的厚度问题,之前的电池厚度在轿车上不行,但这个问题幸好现在已经解决了。续航也能有500左右,最大的版本估计会超过600,但会晚一点上。 4:内饰蔚来找了一些核心车主去看了,还没给媒体看,用的是整个贯通的大连屏,成本其实还挺高的,对蔚来一直很弱的软件,HMI也是一个很大的挑战。我个人估计ET5到时候最大的吐槽会和ES8一代一样,是软件部分。 5:自动驾驶的硬件会全面升级,基本上用到了地球上能买到的最高的配置,之前这样做的是小鹏P7,现在蔚来轿车会超过它,总是有后发的优势嘛。 6:内饰的豪华度这是蔚来的强项,你们到时候NIO DAY看了图后,会觉得现在的比亚迪汉,小鹏P7真心都是渣渣。特斯拉M3的销量会遇到一点阻击,虽然这台车的价格会在40左右,但BAAS后,也在30出头,基本就在特斯拉M3的长续航和P版的区间里。两者一比,一个天上,一个地下好吧。 7:现在这台车最大的问题就是研发进度,还是很吃力,蔚来研发团队又要应付搬去合肥的事情,精力有一点分散,人心也有一点动摇。现在有一点延迟了,预计这台车不会像之前蔚来的车一样,年底发布第二年年中就交付。我个人预计,最乐观也要到明年第三季度了,不排除拖到年底。着急买车的人,最好有心理准备! 车是好车,基本算明年最完美的一台电动车了吧,超过领克那台!但大家要有耐心!有问题随时艾特 转自

投资瑞幸的基本逻辑。1.品牌初步建立。在年轻一代中有一定知名度,标签:平价亲民;2.网点布局庞大。全国5200余家店面,占据优势点位(多为小店面,租金低,地理位置好);3.单一门店质量高。单店员工数量少,出杯速度快,很效率。上层通过关闭亏损门店等调整,相信筛选剩下的门店单店盈利率会很高(调研周边单一门店,生意很火爆);4.重研发创新。产品爆品不断,如去年的厚乳,今年的生椰;5.互联网基因。打法多样多变,注重营销及用户体验,利用多元化方式进行营销宣传。注重食品安全监管,一个食品卫生质量投诉,瑞幸北京总部监督食品安全的工作人员会直接给你一个电话询问情况。瑞幸App使用率很高,远程点单很方便;6.咖啡赛道开始变热。manner等精品咖啡相继入局,但目前规模化能力与瑞幸差距很大,但估值超过瑞幸,瑞幸可能被低估。7.盈利可期。咖啡赛道不像茶饮料,虽然二者都有成瘾性,但原味拿铁我可以天天喝,但桃子味的喜茶天天喝我会腻,今天想桃子,明天想西瓜。咖啡成本控制比茶饮简单粗暴得多,咖啡豆不易变质,茶饮中各类先果茶易变质,门店多了,成本控制困难(售罄的生椰拿铁就是个例子,一是确实是爆款,但售罄的问题其实是可以通过加大生椰供应量来解决的,但瑞幸没有,可见瑞幸营销以及成本控制功底可见一斑。8.存在的风险。我对瑞幸实体经营很有信心,目前风险大多在于粉单的风险,以及历史遗留的一堆债务、诉讼等。如果瑞幸解决上述问题重回主板,价格合适的话,相信一定是个好的投资标的。(随便发发牢骚,很多东西也不够深刻,也没有数据支持。如有不同意见,请批评指正!)[鼓掌] [鼓掌] [鼓掌]

目前的状况多像一个面临中年危机的男人!对外嘴硬说自己还行,对内已经虚了! 上海东海大桥的两边,一边是洋山深水港,另一边是临港大量的工业企业,比如特斯拉工厂。 去年,洋山深水港的货物吞吐量是2200万个集装箱。如果没有疫情,每天有50个集装箱的货物属于博世中国,从港口卸货后,通过发达的高速公路网,各种原材料经过他们上海、苏州等地工厂的加工,源源不断供给着全中国的车企。 上海有很多汽车产业链巨头。采埃孚、安波福、宁德时代等等100多家企业,忙碌地生产着汽车各种零部件。小到汽车玻璃密封条、芯片,大到动力电池乃至发动机。 疫情以来,车企的供应链本来就受到严重挑战。今年2月开始,博世苏州工厂出现无症状感染者,后果就是多家车企2月份产销严重下滑。 博世中国区总裁陈玉东博士说,焦急的整车厂甚至自己带着货车,等在博世工厂的门口。 等也没什么用。一级供应商需要等二级供应商的材料,运输环节只要晚半天: 2万台车的产能就没了。 到现在,已经不是晚半天的问题了。 可想而知,目前的上海疫情,对汽车产业的影响会有多大。上海的汽车产业链相关企业相继陷入停工或者极有限的闭环生产,情况开始愈发严重。 持续爆发的上海疫情,让工人们根本无法正常复工。即便是已经闭环管理的企业,比如上海那家被称为“全村的希望”的芯片企业,闭环二十天后竟然出现了阳性感染者,只得暂时停工。 大量供应链企业无法正常生产。即便能组织生产的,也正付出惨痛的代价。 一家工厂的老板告诉我,为了完成闭环管理要求,他们工厂的员工吃住在厂里,算上加班费啥的,一个工人一天的成本现在要600到800块: 半个月我花了2500万。 去年中国汽车产量2608.2万辆。吉林和上海是中国的汽车重镇,汽车产量大

为什么小游戏能在B站做爆?</h2>\n<p>这个问题可以说非常关键。我们都知道,B站是一个天然的游戏用户聚集地,但普遍认知里,B站上的游戏一直以偏核心、偏重度的为主,比如提到二次元,我们能立马联想到的,就是《原神》《崩坏3》《明日方舟》这类在B站上成功崛起的重度游戏。</p>\n<p>小游戏就不一样了,即点即玩小游戏要做大市场,势必要发挥它快速吸引用户的病毒传播能力,所以我们更容易联想到如短视频、私域社交这些承载形式和传播链路。同时,快速迭代的小游戏,也与需要沉淀的B站生态,有着相反的运作节奏。</p>\n<p>这两者乍看之下似乎并不合拍。但现实情况是不仅合得来,效果还好得出人意料,那势必有其深层次的原因。在我看来,可以从产品属性层面和流量生态层面找到答案:</p>\n<p>从产品属性层面看,小游戏是填补用户诉求的一种形态。</p>\n<p>剥开小游戏的外壳,这类产品提供的是更简单、直接、快节奏、强反馈的乐趣体验。这种性质的体验很早就在B站流行,并且在每个时期都不过时。对于年轻人而言,只要内容本身是符合其消费观和使用场景的,大家就愿意去关注和消费。</p>\n<p>比如去年7月中旬一款叫做《Pico 真正的价值不局限于效果\n看到这里可能还是有人想问:这波红利能持续多久?言下之意,会不会像投放大盘那样,随着入局者变多,竞争加剧、成本抬高,导致很快利润下滑、红利消退?\n如果从纯流量运作的角度来看,我也会提出相同的质疑。但因为经常观察B站的生态,我想说恐怕很难用衡量传统流量平台的思路去评估B站。其核心原因就在于,B站是以内容为根基形成生态的平台,而非流量主导的平台。\n首先,这个根本立场决定了B站开放流量的态度是谨慎的,从他们这次的动作里也能推测一二,换句话说,B站流量的开放将会是一个持续放宽的过程。现在的广告入口、链路、形态,到人群包的细化、投放的优化,都可能持续变化,持续产生红利。\n其次,内容主导,意味着B站的出发点跟流量型平台是相反的,了解B站的宣发生态链就知道,他们打一开始就具备完整的内容型营销链路,效果广告其实只是这个链路中的很小的一个环节。这个环节产生的红利,远比不上调度整个链路产生的红利。\n然后,微信小游戏只是B站开放流量的一种尝试,而这种尝试始终是为了填补生态当中的空白区间,而要填补生态空白,需要具备的就是多元化的产品和打法。如今产品和平台都在摸索,甚至凭借对B站的固有印象去运作,但距离多元化还很远,真正的红利天花板恐怕还没触及。\n所以在我看来,B站上小游戏流量爆发的现象背后,最有价值的东西并不局限于流量本身。\n直接一点说,很多平台都在尝试流量转内容的运作手法,但B站有天然的内容生态,空有流量没有生态,在这里反而显得像异类。如今,B站上所有企业号里过百万粉丝的游戏账号,已经超过了20个,在所有行业里遥遥领先。\n\n如果竞争维度仅局限在纯流量级别,势必会导致同质化、加价、成本走高。但毕竟B站更像是一个内容型社区,厂商拿到流量后,也可以用于构建社区阵地,此后只要内容跟得上,短期的流量,就有可能固定和转化为自己的长期红利。\n换个角度来看,如果从App的角度出发,要在众多竞品当中构建自身的流量阵地,显然,投入的研发成本、团队规模、技术积累,就完全等同于做一款一线产品的量级,其难度只会越来越高。\n而小游戏这波爆发,其实是用差异化的体验,提供了一个低成本的新机会入口,方便产品去触及用户。既然开局就具备差异化的优势,那么拿到流量也更容易快速构建阵地,所以通过差异化、多元化的内容在B站扎根,把短期红利转化成长期阵地,才是这场红利背后真正的价值所在\n本文来自微信公众号
