A few facts. The reason so much money goes into the market now creating these high valuations is because cash is losing to massive inflation. Well, the Fed has just signaled that soon they will start fighting inflation by raising rates. So, if inflation goes down then money will be worth more. If people have low cash positions then they well sell assets with high valuations to raise their cash positions since cash will be worth more. This is what’s coming to the markets SOON.
