I've seen something similar happen with another stock - TBIO...it was kept down for months and Sanofi swooped in a bought it. Stock had a potential of $100 a share on the second phase of a clinical trial - we ended up getting low-balled by the Boards - and ended up with a quarter of what the potential was.
