短线承压,长期看好确实现在股价短期承压,降到500甚至380都有可能。公司未来具体是线性增长还是指数增长我不做判断。但目前看,1)超强的品牌认知度、替代汽油车的趋势、一体化的服务等等事实(包括自动驾驶、超级快冲、自有保险、皮卡的卡车等新车型等),造就了其产量等于销量的事实,并且这一事实还会在近两年内长久保持且不会因为可能的经济衰退产生重大变化;2)强大的、持续的研发能力(手握巨量现金一定程度上固化了这种能力)造就了行业内领先地位的同时提高了自身的护城河,使得友商一直处于追随地位很难超越。可以看一下其他新能源汽车,目前依然挣扎在成本、销量、体验三方的拉扯中一直挣扎。我个人也认为当然如果有一家车厂研发出来了独家享有的更高效安全的电池或者成本更低的电动车变速箱,这种优势也有可能会被打破。3)生产制造端的超高毛利率(随着4680电池的量产、新车型的推出还会进一步扩大)已经是传统汽车和电动汽车行业的龙头,超高的毛利率、净利率对公司的盈利能力一直提供着有效的支撑,而且是这种优势依然难以撼动,传统车厂的高投入重资产必然造成了不高的毛利率且很难提高。其实特斯拉与丰田完全是两种不同类型的公司,可比性不大,就和苹果、三星与当年的诺基亚、黑莓是两种公司是一样的,虽然载体都是汽车/手机。但他们不论从盈利的底层逻辑、产品的内核、面向于未来还是立足于当下的思路等等,都完全没有太大的可比性。指望传统车厂转型并对特斯拉形成竞争,就仿佛指望诺基亚和黑莓完全转型对苹果、三星完成逆袭一样困难重重,包袱巨大。另外,现在的股价承压一方面是因为大趋势以及fed暴力收水,市场信心崩溃造成的,另一方面也不能排除马大嘴的政治高调被恶意做空的可能。思考了一圈下来,我的感觉是,特斯拉基本面并没有发生实质性的变化,流动性紧缩、经

坚定做空高途,虽然今天卖了就开始亏损(本人信奉好股票不套人的道理)。理由有以下几点:1、互联网产业,没有实体资产,品牌价值低,认可度基本靠名师,名师离职,则前期投入全部打水漂,维持成本高。与新东方等主攻线下教育,且有较高品牌认可度的企业不同,护城河较低,竞争激烈。2、财务角度看,亏损大,财务风险大;3、国家已经确定会打压资本进入教育,政策风险巨大且基本没有翻盘可能(打压的理由:a.增加父母负担,与人口增长政策相背;b.资本入教育,教育不公平更加明显,与目前教育平等理念不符;c.自用教材,且大多数教材要么是进口的,要么没有通过教育部门审核,与国家需要通过垄断教育来L断S想的政治方针不一致,甚至是触碰到了核心敏感问题)以上。

给我一个它还能涨上去的理由。GJ要搞死这个产业的决心已经非常清晰且毋庸置疑了,宁愿造成外资对整个中概股的恐慌和不信任都在所不惜。我不相信能够转型成功,这么多教育机构要转型,再加上原有的已经深耕多年的玩家,完全是一个杀到眼红的红海。再加上它的品牌积淀、口碑、底蕴以及抗风心能力远远低于老牌玩家新东方(我倒是认为新东方没准能成)。所以,我从20多30就一直看空,虽然节奏没把握好,没有赚多少钱,但是一直看空这个家伙。(当然,现在比较危险,也一直没有再介入)

有个疑问,群里那些说做空滴滴就发财的哥们,到底知不知道新股不能做空呢?如果不知道的,说这话就纯属的起哄架秧子、看热闹不嫌事大的主;如果知道还这么说,就纯粹是坏了。我是买了滴滴,成本16,而且是在知道被审查前买的。原因就是分析了公司的基本面之后出的手,没想到会有这个黑天鹅。愿赌服输,挨打受着。今天的计划是开盘跌的不多先出一半,等跌倒14以下在接回来。原因是,滴滴已经大而不倒了,除非国家要拍死这个行业,否则拍死了滴滴,一是百万槽工衣食所系,二是滴滴已经形成了对黑车市场的有效管理,如果拍死滴滴但又必须有这个市场的话,又是战国时代,乱象百出,政府与平台重新磨合。这个行业还是好的行业,回想十年前上大学时,如果火车到站时间很晚、我一个大小伙子,别说打黑车回学校是万万不敢的,就算是打正规出租车,也害怕被坑、被甩客。至少有一个管理平台,感觉方便了很多。
