而这从近日相继出炉的新势力三强Q3财报也可见一斑。尽管伴随产能、交付能力提升,三家车企多项财务指标呈现向好势头,但目前仍未挣脱“亏损魔咒”。</p><p> 事实上,诚如行业标杆特斯拉,在实现盈利的道路上,也挣扎了近17年的时间。对于刚迈过毛利率转正第一道坎的新势力三强而言,未来发展仍任重道远。</p><p> “后续,新势力的关键是要加大销售数量、提升核心竞争力,跨越盈亏分歧线,实现真正的盈利。”11月19日,中国汽车流通协会常务理事贾新光在接受时代财经采访时称,从目前来看,它们都面临着开支加大的困局,特别是新产品开发力度需要逐渐加大、销售成本增加等,此外,还会面临更加严峻的竞争形势,包括特斯拉降价冲击等。</p><p> <strong>蔚来忙卖车、理想闷声发财,小鹏最舍营销研发</strong></p><p> 在小鹏、理想汽车分别交出美股上市后的首份季报后,三家车企的成绩单免不了被放在聚光灯下,接受外界审视、对比。从三季报来看,在会师华尔街后的首轮财报比拼上,车企们表现各有千秋。</p><p> 在营收方面,蔚来汽车以单季45.26亿元的强势表现居首,而这主要得益于其水涨船高的交付量。</p><p> 据蔚来财报显示,该公司Q3总营收达45.26亿元,同比增长146.4%,其中,当季汽车业务营收为42.67亿元,同比增长146.1%,环比增长22.4%。</p><p> 从产品矩阵来看,目前,蔚来已推出ES8、ES6和EC6三款车型,在过去的第三季度,其用户交付了12206辆新车,其中,ES8车型交付量为3530台,占比28.9%;ES6为8660台,占比70.9%,而9月刚交付的EC6则为16辆。</p><p contenteditable=\"false\"><img 尽管营收仅为蔚来汽车的一半左右,但理想显然是“闷声发财”的代表,其Q3净亏1.04亿元,距盈利仅一步之遥。而按照非美国通用会计准则计算,理想实际已扭亏为盈,净利润为1600万元。</p><p> 理想出现不同标准下盈亏上的差异,主要在于一笔1.3亿元左右的股权激励费用。据悉,IPO后,公司赋予员工的股权激励,都会被美国通用会计准则视为薪酬费用,算入运营费用。</p><p> 股权激励费用同样对小鹏汽车带来影响,作为三家新势力中Q3亏损最大的车企,其在非美国通用会计准则下净亏损为8.65亿元。</p><p> 值得关注的是,尽管在卖车、赚钱等方面,小鹏都不如另外两家新势力车企,但其在研发和营销上投入则较为大方。财报显示,第三季度,小鹏汽车在研发和营销上的费用最多,分别为6.35亿元和12.04亿元。</p><p> 广州车展理想汽车展台 图片来源:时代财经摄 毛利率转正后 距特斯拉还有多远?</p><p> 从三季报来看,此前素来被诟病“卖一辆亏一辆”的新势力三强,毛利率已集体实现转正。其中,蔚来Q3毛利率攀升至12.9%,汽车销售毛利率则由Q2的9.7%攀升至14.5%;小鹏汽车同期整体毛利率为4.6%、汽车业务毛利率为3.2%,理想汽车这两项指标均为19.8%。</p><p> 销量上涨、规模化效应等是促使三家新势力车企毛利率向好的主要原因。理想汽车在财报中提到,毛利率提升主要得益于部分零部件采购价格的下降以及产量提升带来的单车制造成本下降。小鹏则将其归因于更好的产品组合、降低材料成本和提高制造效率。</p><p> 而蔚来CFO奉玮在财报后的电话会议上称,主要贡献主要有两点。第一,每车辆的平均销售价格上升了1万元人民币,主要因素是三季度销售了更多的ES8车型。第二,电池包和EDS的成本下降。</p><p> 不过,在摆脱“卖一辆亏一辆”的尴尬境地,步入正毛利轨道后,三家新势力车企的盈利前景,甚至是与特斯拉的竞争对垒,仍不明朗。</p><p> “毛利改善是一个好的转变,但是消费者对电动汽车需求情况、电动汽车安全程度的改善和提高,以及政策对新能源汽车的支持倡导,都是决定新势力车企盈利的重要因素,预计至少可能还要2-3年,这些新势力车企才能实现盈利。”11月19日,川财证券策略分析师王一棠对时代财经指出。</p><p> 而单拎出三家新势力三季报最优异指标,与特斯拉相比,则仍相差甚远。营收方面,特斯拉是蔚来的13倍;净利上,理想汽车与特斯拉相距超25倍的距离。</p><p> 而据时代财经梳理,今年以来,蔚来汽车的累计亏损39.78亿元,小鹏汽车净亏19.45亿元,而理想汽车则亏损达2.59亿元。与此相反的是,特斯拉从去年第三季度净利实现转正后,已实现连续第五个季度盈利。</p><p> 特斯拉财报显示,从2019年Q3至今年Q3,特斯拉归属于普通股股东的季度净利润分别为1.43亿美元、1.05亿美元、0.16亿美元、1.04亿、3.31亿美元。在业界看来,如无意外,特斯拉极有可能在2020年实现全年盈利。</p><p contenteditable=\"false\"><img 即便是新势力“引以为傲”的毛利率,在特斯拉面前,也是“小巫见大巫”。财报显示,特斯拉Q3毛利率为23.5%,同比提升4.6个百分点;同时,Q3整车毛利率达到27.7%,同比提升4.9个百分点。</p><p> 摆在三家新势力车企面前的,一边是与对手的悬殊差距,一边还有对手暗暗使劲的压力。</p><p> 事实上,随着特斯拉毛利率不断攀升,其整车价格或有望进一步下探。此前,在中国市场,特斯拉国产Model 3价格门槛不断调低引发热议,包括10月1日其标续版补贴后售价调整至24.99万元起在内,这已经是该车年内的第6次调价。</p><p> 随着特斯拉产能不断提升,业内人士认为其下一波调价或已在酝酿中。特斯拉在三季报中披露,目前特斯拉上海工厂的Model 3 产能已增加至每年 25 万辆。同时,即将上市的Model Y也在给新势力车企带来更大的威胁。</p><p> 此外,在9月举行的电池日上,降本也成为特斯拉一大关键词。从电芯极耳、尺寸、封装,到电池装车、回收等各个维度,特斯拉新发布的每一个技术都以降低成本为主要目的。未来数年,特斯拉的电池生产成本或有望达至只有现在的一半,资本开支也将缩减三分之一。</p><p> 而在蔚来惨遭知名做空机构香橼资本“泼冷水”,理想、小鹏也被“一损俱损”。在遭遇香橼“做空”当日,三家新势力车企股价出现大跳水,其中,小鹏汽车股价跌6.13%,理想下挫1.83%,蔚来股价则下跌7.74%。随后几个交易日,新势力车企股价更是持续震荡。</p><p> 另一边厢,特斯拉二级资本市场则“春风得意”。自标普道琼斯指数本月16日宣布,在下月21日交易日前把特斯拉纳入基准指数以来,特斯拉的股价一路飙升。美东时间11月19日,特斯拉股价创下历史新高,一度达到每股508.61美元,最终收于499.27美元。</p><p> 不过,需要注意的是,如若把时间轴拉长,特斯拉从死亡边缘挣扎到行业标杆水平,也用了长达17 事实上,诚如行业标杆特斯拉,在实现盈利的道路上,也挣扎了近17年的时间。对于刚迈过毛利率转正第一道坎的新势力三强而言,未来发展仍任重道远。 “后续,新势力的关键是要加大销售数量、提升核心竞争力,跨越盈亏分歧线,实现真正的盈利。”11月19日,中国汽车流通协会常务理事贾新光在接受时代财经采访时称,从目前来看,它们都面临着开支加大的困局,特别是新产品开发力度需要逐渐加大、销售成本增加等,此外,还会面临更加严峻的竞争形势,包括特斯拉降价冲击等。 蔚来忙卖车、理想闷声发财,小鹏最舍营销研发 在小鹏、理想汽车分别交出美股上市后的首份季报后,三家车企的成绩单免不了被放在聚光灯下,接受外界审视、对比。从三季报来看,在会师华尔街后的首轮财报比拼上,车企们表现各有千秋。 在营收方面,蔚来汽车以单季45.26亿元的强势表现居首,而这主要得益于其水涨船高的交付量。 据蔚来财报显示,该公司Q3总营收达45.26亿元,同比增长146.4%,其中,当季汽车业务营收为42.67亿元,同比增长146.1%,环比增长22.4%。 从产品矩阵来看,目前,蔚来已推出ES8、ES6和EC6三款车型,在过去的第三季度,其用户交付了12206辆新车,其中,ES8车型交付量为3530台,占比28.9%;ES6为8660台,占比70.9%,而9月刚交付的EC6则为16辆。 理想出现不同标准下盈亏上的差异,主要在于一笔1.3亿元左右的股权激励费用。据悉,IPO后,公司赋予员工的股权激励,都会被美国通用会计准则视为薪酬费用,算入运营费用。 股权激励费用同样对小鹏汽车带来影响,作为三家新势力中Q3亏损最大的车企,其在非美国通用会计准则下净亏损为8.65亿元。 值得关注的是,尽管在卖车、赚钱等方面,小鹏都不如另外两家新势力车企,但其在研发和营销上投入则较为大方。财报显示,第三季度,小鹏汽车在研发和营销上的费用最多,分别为6.35亿元和12.04亿元。 反观理想汽车,当季研发费用和营销费用都最少,分别为3.35亿元和3.42亿元。此前,李想曾公开透露,理想汽车50%的资金投入在研发上,30%左右的资金投入在工厂上,只有不到20%的资金投入在人员和营销上。 销量上涨、规模化效应等是促使三家新势力车企毛利率向好的主要原因。理想汽车在财报中提到,毛利率提升主要得益于部分零部件采购价格的下降以及产量提升带来的单车制造成本下降。小鹏则将其归因于更好的产品组合、降低材料成本和提高制造效率。 而蔚来CFO奉玮在财报后的电话会议上称,主要贡献主要有两点。第一,每车辆的平均销售价格上升了1万元人民币,主要因素是三季度销售了更多的ES8车型。第二,电池包和EDS的成本下降。 不过,在摆脱“卖一辆亏一辆”的尴尬境地,步入正毛利轨道后,三家新势力车企的盈利前景,甚至是与特斯拉的竞争对垒,仍不明朗。 “毛利改善是一个好的转变,但是消费者对电动汽车需求情况、电动汽车安全程度的改善和提高,以及政策对新能源汽车的支持倡导,都是决定新势力车企盈利的重要因素,预计至少可能还要2-3年,这些新势力车企才能实现盈利。”11月19日,川财证券策略分析师王一棠对时代财经指出。 即便是新势力“引以为傲”的毛利率,在特斯拉面前,也是“小巫见大巫”。财报显示,特斯拉Q3毛利率为23.5%,同比提升4.6个百分点;同时,Q3整车毛利率达到27.7%,同比提升4.9个百分点。 摆在三家新势力车企面前的,一边是与对手的悬殊差距,一边还有对手暗暗使劲的压力。 事实上,随着特斯拉毛利率不断攀升,其整车价格或有望进一步下探。此前,在中国市场,特斯拉国产Model 3价格门槛不断调低引发热议,包括10月1日其标续版补贴后售价调整至24.99万元起在内,这已经是该车年内的第6次调价。 随着特斯拉产能不断提升,业内人士认为其下一波调价或已在酝酿中。特斯拉在三季报中披露,目前特斯拉上海工厂的Model 3 产能已增加至每年 25 万辆。同时,即将上市的Model Y也在给新势力车企带来更大的威胁。 此外,在9月举行的电池日上,降本也成为特斯拉一大关键词。从电芯极耳、尺寸、封装,到电池装车、回收等各个维度,特斯拉新发布的每一个技术都以降低成本为主要目的。未来数年,特斯拉的电池生产成本或有望达至只有现在的一半,资本开支也将缩减三分之一。
