17:18","market":"us","language":"zh","title":"难产的FF91,是中国电动车的“成功之母”?","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2257751170","media":"锋出行","summary":"无论贾老板是“咸鱼翻身”还是“折戟沉沙”,中国新能源车的故事都将继续。","content":"<html><head></head><body><p>前几年还停留在车企高管口中的大趋势,现在变成了真得不能再真的事实,<b>以电能驱动为主的新能源车,已是汽车市场最重要同时增长速度也最快的部分</b>。在2022年7月,正式停产燃油车数个月的比亚迪卖出162539辆车,消费者用真金白银表达自己对产品变革的认可。</p><p>电动车也在这几年间走过了跌宕起伏的岁月,有骗补贴新能源车的大行其道,有外界对于造车新势力们的口诛笔伐,有特斯拉上海建厂的超高效率,有“蔚小理”迎来希望的畅快,还有传统车企转型过程中的纠结与果断。<b>唯一不变的是,曾经的中国电动车代表产品FF91仍未量产</b>。</p><p>于CES 2017亮相的FF91,有着在当时看来相当超前的工业设计和概念创意,还有比选配到能当日提车的保时捷911更高的售价。五年多时间过去,国产车站稳市场并向高端纯电领域进发,FF91真正的量产交付却还是遥遥无期,连贾老板什么时候能回国的玩笑都没人再谈起。</p><p>不妨随着这篇文章的视角一起来回顾,法拉第未来FF91这些年经历了什么?在这些关系到FF91命运的重大节点同期,中国新能源车又有了多少新鲜事?</p><p>混沌之中,FF91突然亮相</p><p>法拉第未来的命运一直跟贾跃亭紧密相连。<b>早在2014年12月,贾跃亭就对外表示,其创办并担任董事长的乐视进入汽车行业,打造互联网电动汽车</b>。这之后的两年时间内,乐视汽车陆续从汽车行业吸收资深人才加入研发, 乐视获得大量投资还宣布与法拉第未来的合作关系。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a58a45b2e26015e291fdf9b2fc34edbf\" tg-width=\"958\" tg-height=\"1365\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>(图源:贾跃亭微博)</p><p>当时别说乐视造车,连新能源车都不被多数人看好。比亚迪打出了纯电合资品牌腾势、插电混动车秦等多张手牌,但在其他产品要么长得奇形怪状要么就不是正经电动车的大环境下,显然成不了气候。就连重塑电动车定义的特斯拉Model S,也才在这一年摆进北京的门店,接受中国消费者审视。</p><p>表面上还算顺风顺水的时候,贾老板造车生意走得一点也不慢,在官宣两年后就把看着不那么PPT的真车拉上了舞台。性能层面有700km续航、2.39秒零百加速,体验则展示了辅助驾驶和智能座舱的想象,还有着少见的5.25m车身长度,超越电动车边界的FF91绝对是那个时候的话题焦点。</p><p>只可惜,那就是贾跃亭和他造车计划最后的高光时刻,乐视在2017年发生了大大小小的一系列事件,等到贾老板再度出现在公共场合,他的头衔已经变成了法拉第未来的CEO。<b>同一时期,蔚来首款车型ES8于年末开始正式交付,新能源车企全年获得了约220亿元补贴</b>。</p><p>高调的贾跃亭,低调的蔚小理</p><p>时间来到2018年,贾跃亭似乎已经从乐视董事长身份切换到了对造车事业的全情投入,他在2月13日召开的全球供应商峰会上表示,“FF91不仅仅是一个电动车,它是一个新物种,更是一个第三互联网生活空间。”这番话在最近的电动车上也曾出现过,不过FF91没能完成当年的交付目标。</p><p><b>FF91给出了当时看来相当激进,现在却有些平淡的产品规划。</b>量产车最大功率可达1050马力,消费者可以交付5万元人民币定金参与预定,这款实际售价或超过200万元的豪华SUV,将在2018年底交付第一批车。后来的事情我们都知道了,展示内饰并邀请部分媒体试乘的FF91,没有在年底交付。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>(图源:法拉第未来)</p><p>同年发生了另一件事,何小鹏再度创业创办的小鹏汽车对外展示了首款车型小鹏G3。无论是当时的眼光还是现在的视角去评判,小鹏G3从来都不具备能脱颖而出的气质,<b>它看起来就是一款造型、动力、内饰、智能化都略显平淡的新品牌产品,只不过是在2018年底准时开始交付</b>。</p><p>从汽车媒体创始人转岗车企老板的李想,也在这年春天宣布,他创办的车和家过去两年间一直研发的SEV小车项目最终被放弃,全球范围内都找不到市场空间。这家新车企重新振作的速度倒也出奇的快,在这年10月发布了理想One,这款车确立了增程式和大型SUV国内市场地位。</p><p>这边争控制权,那边出孪生兄弟</p><p>纯电大型SUV、豪华定位、强调乘坐体验......高合HiPhi X的一切看起来都那么似曾相识。唯一不同的是,2018年末才正式亮相的华人运通顺利扛过了行业周期还有疫情等外部影响,在2021年8月29日开始交付高合HiPhi X,57万至80万元的售价在之前的国产车中不敢想象。</p><p>高合能不能把豪华电动车的故事继续讲下去,现在看还没有最终的定论。不过可以确定的是,<b>HiPhi X像是FF91的“世界上的另一个我”一般,如期交付上市还达成了许多不被外界期待的目标</b>:切中豪华纯电细分市场获得消费者认知,4237辆的2021年销售成绩成功领跑价位段。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/26a30f12638f4080db4fa59def7dd81e\" tg-width=\"1241\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>(图源:华人运通)</p><p>这年围绕贾跃亭和FF91最重磅的消息,莫过于彼时还没改名恒大汽车的恒大健康宣布,向法拉第未来注资8亿美元成为后者第一大股东。一时间,北美工厂重新活跃,中国运营总部成立,江湖传闻也变得多了起来,概念领先优势都快被时间磨没的FF91似乎不会“放鸽子”了。</p><p>不知今时今日为恒驰汽车销售尽心力的许家印,是否会回想起做出注资决策时的心路历程,<b>恐怕那个时候的他并没有预料到,双方不仅没能量产FF91还留下一地鸡毛</b>。2018年最后一天,经过控制权争夺后,恒大和法拉第未来宣布“和平分手”。</p><p>FF换帅,特斯拉在华建厂</p><p>特斯拉上海超级工厂建造的故事,在今天看来仍有许多象征意义。21世纪最初的十多年间,人们总会惊叹中国速度给社会带来的变革之广之深远,特斯拉首个美国本土外的工厂,展现出这片土地为快速建造先进生产工厂蓄积的势能——奠基到首批Model 3交付,只花了不到一年。</p><p>2019年的蔚来陷入危机,早期大开大合、为讨好用户不计成本的运营为其赚足了眼球,但也埋下了开销过大的隐患,ES8产品层面和蔚来经营模式暴露出来的弊端使其陷入漩涡,不得不寻求改变。<b>“新势力”首次受阻,老牌厂商却不停下想要分走市场的步伐,吉利、长城、长安都加大了新能源相关投资</b>。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>(图源:蔚来)</p><p>此时的法拉第未来已经放慢速度数个月之久,别说FF91的量产进度,连留在公司上班的人都远不如前。据媒体报道,法拉第未来2018年11月起就进入大部分员工休假的状态,留下来干活的员工不到百人,而且只能拿最低薪水。到这里,贾跃亭还没有放弃造车,仍在寻求机会。</p><p>经过与恒大的不快,<b>这家公司找来了前宝马i8项目负责人毕富康出任CEO,贾跃亭则卸任CEO转任新设的CPUO,以求获得外部投资者的更多信任</b>。完成了一次预量产车下线的FF91,定下的生产目标变成了上市价140万元,预计将在2020年9月前交付。</p><p>辅助驾驶做主角,FF91量产仍未定</p><p>蔚来的自救以及从合肥获得的投资,让这家在产品售价上绝对算豪华的国产电动车企业迎来了重生。蔚来得以延续豪华纯电汽车的产品路线,同时把换电网络和相关的体验延续下去,尚在襁褓中的自研自动驾驶体系,以及基于下一代平台的轿车产品有了充分开发资源。</p><p><b>电能驱动的争议也收敛了许多,行业开始把注意力转移到智能座舱体验,还有尽可能地提升辅助驾驶能力上</b>。独立的自动驾驶研发,在耗费大量资源后走入死胡同,特斯拉引领的基于市售车型展开大规模数据收集与模型训练,反而有可能是更容易实现高阶辅助驾驶的技术路线。</p><p><img 2020开展期间,亲自将FF91开到了拉斯维加斯做现场展示,但外界仍不知道这款车到底什么时候能够真正意义上地完成量产上市。上一年定下的交付计划再度落空,与之对应的,是法拉第未来净亏损1.47亿美元,2021年更亏达到了5.17亿美元。</p><p>FF上市筹钱,国产电车正成气候</p><p>就如其他的造车新企业一样,法拉第未来始终存在着庞大资金缺口,但是和其他企业总能得到投资人相助不同,贾跃亭的个人债务危机使得潜在投资方始终不能对其产生足够信任,于是有了上面一次次不成功的融资案例。<b>这家公司于2021年7月上市,而FF91仍未定下量产日期</b>。</p><p>此时电动车已经从马路上的新鲜事物,变成了影响到整个汽车行业的重要品类,多个国家宣布了燃油车转型的时间节点,绝大多数车企也都宣布将在未来几年将新能源产品放在第一位。在上海工厂驱动下,特斯拉全年交付了超93.6万辆车,而同一年,比亚迪全年新能源车销量将近60万辆。</p><p><img EV则切中了小型与超低价两个关键词,销量更是领跑所有车型;还有数款性能取向车型诞生,呈现出燃油时代中国汽车未曾有过的面貌。</p><p><b>我们尚不知晓的是,百万级别豪华电动车能否在市场上找到立足点</b>,纵使传统豪华品牌纷纷表示全面转向电动,但真正做到了口碑和销量双赢的车型至今只有保时捷Taycan。这也给FF91的投产盖上了另一层阴云——失去超前概念后,目标百万售价的它能否获得足够的销量。</p><p>没有贾跃亭,中国新能源各自圆梦</p><p>时间来到2022年,FF91仍未正式宣告胎死腹中,反而是有了不少“新希望”。对外宣布的七个制造里程碑自称达成了五个,生产FF91的汉福德工厂有了正式名称还展示了准量产车,就连原本看着略夸张的升降式雷达也顺时代而动改掉了。反正,股民是信了。</p><p><img 2017亮相的FF91,有着在当时看来相当超前的工业设计和概念创意,还有比选配到能当日提车的保时捷911更高的售价。五年多时间过去,国产车站稳市场并向高端纯电领域进发,FF91真正的量产交付却还是遥遥无期,连贾老板什么时候能回国的玩笑都没人再谈起。不妨随着这篇文章的视角一起来回顾,法拉第未来FF91这些年经历了什么?在这些关系到FF91命运的重大节点同期,中国新能源车又有了多少新鲜事?混沌之中,FF91突然亮相法拉第未来的命运一直跟贾跃亭紧密相连。早在2014年12月,贾跃亭就对外表示,其创办并担任董事长的乐视进入汽车行业,打造互联网电动汽车。这之后的两年时间内,乐视汽车陆续从汽车行业吸收资深人才加入研发, 乐视获得大量投资还宣布与法拉第未来的合作关系。(图源:贾跃亭微博)当时别说乐视造车,连新能源车都不被多数人看好。比亚迪打出了纯电合资品牌腾势、插电混动车秦等多张手牌,但在其他产品要么长得奇形怪状要么就不是正经电动车的大环境下,显然成不了气候。就连重塑电动车定义的特斯拉Model S,也才在这一年摆进北京的门店,接受中国消费者审视。表面上还算顺风顺水的时候,贾老板造车生意走得一点也不慢,在官宣两年后就把看着不那么PPT的真车拉上了舞台。性能层面有700km续航、2.39秒零百加速,体验则展示了辅助驾驶和智能座舱的想象,还有着少见的5.25m车身长度,超越电动车边界的FF91绝对是那个时候的话题焦点。只可惜,那就是贾跃亭和他造车计划最后的高光时刻,乐视在2017年发生了大大小小的一系列事件,等到贾老板再度出现在公共场合,他的头衔已经变成了法拉第未来的CEO。同一时期,蔚来首款车型ES8于年末开始正式交付,新能源车企全年获得了约220亿元补贴。高调的贾跃亭,低调的蔚小理时间来到2018年,贾跃亭似乎已经从乐视董事长身份切换到了对造车事业的全情投入,他在2月13日召开的全球供应商峰会上表示,“FF91不仅仅是一个电动车,它是一个新物种,更是一个第三互联网生活空间。”这番话在最近的电动车上也曾出现过,不过FF91没能完成当年的交付目标。FF91给出了当时看来相当激进,现在却有些平淡的产品规划。量产车最大功率可达1050马力,消费者可以交付5万元人民币定金参与预定,这款实际售价或超过200万元的豪华SUV,将在2018年底交付第一批车。后来的事情我们都知道了,展示内饰并邀请部分媒体试乘的FF91,没有在年底交付。(图源:法拉第未来)同年发生了另一件事,何小鹏再度创业创办的小鹏汽车对外展示了首款车型小鹏G3。无论是当时的眼光还是现在的视角去评判,小鹏G3从来都不具备能脱颖而出的气质,它看起来就是一款造型、动力、内饰、智能化都略显平淡的新品牌产品,只不过是在2018年底准时开始交付。从汽车媒体创始人转岗车企老板的李想,也在这年春天宣布,他创办的车和家过去两年间一直研发的SEV小车项目最终被放弃,全球范围内都找不到市场空间。这家新车企重新振作的速度倒也出奇的快,在这年10月发布了理想One,这款车确立了增程式和大型SUV国内市场地位。这边争控制权,那边出孪生兄弟纯电大型SUV、豪华定位、强调乘坐体验......高合HiPhi X的一切看起来都那么似曾相识。唯一不同的是,2018年末才正式亮相的华人运通顺利扛过了行业周期还有疫情等外部影响,在2021年8月29日开始交付高合HiPhi X,57万至80万元的售价在之前的国产车中不敢想象。高合能不能把豪华电动车的故事继续讲下去,现在看还没有最终的定论。不过可以确定的是,HiPhi X像是FF91的“世界上的另一个我”一般,如期交付上市还达成了许多不被外界期待的目标:切中豪华纯电细分市场获得消费者认知,4237辆的2021年销售成绩成功领跑价位段。(图源:华人运通)这年围绕贾跃亭和FF91最重磅的消息,莫过于彼时还没改名恒大汽车的恒大健康宣布,向法拉第未来注资8亿美元成为后者第一大股东。一时间,北美工厂重新活跃,中国运营总部成立,江湖传闻也变得多了起来,概念领先优势都快被时间磨没的FF91似乎不会“放鸽子”了。不知今时今日为恒驰汽车销售尽心力的许家印,是否会回想起做出注资决策时的心路历程,恐怕那个时候的他并没有预料到,双方不仅没能量产FF91还留下一地鸡毛。2018年最后一天,经过控制权争夺后,恒大和法拉第未来宣布“和平分手”。FF换帅,特斯拉在华建厂特斯拉上海超级工厂建造的故事,在今天看来仍有许多象征意义。21世纪最初的十多年间,人们总会惊叹中国速度给社会带来的变革之广之深远,特斯拉首个美国本土外的工厂,展现出这片土地为快速建造先进生产工厂蓄积的势能——奠基到首批Model 3交付,只花了不到一年。2019年的蔚来陷入危机,早期大开大合、为讨好用户不计成本的运营为其赚足了眼球,但也埋下了开销过大的隐患,ES8产品层面和蔚来经营模式暴露出来的弊端使其陷入漩涡,不得不寻求改变。“新势力”首次受阻,老牌厂商却不停下想要分走市场的步伐,吉利、长城、长安都加大了新能源相关投资。(图源:蔚来)此时的法拉第未来已经放慢速度数个月之久,别说FF91的量产进度,连留在公司上班的人都远不如前。据媒体报道,法拉第未来2018年11月起就进入大部分员工休假的状态,留下来干活的员工不到百人,而且只能拿最低薪水。到这里,贾跃亭还没有放弃造车,仍在寻求机会。经过与恒大的不快,这家公司找来了前宝马i8项目负责人毕富康出任CEO,贾跃亭则卸任CEO转任新设的CPUO,以求获得外部投资者的更多信任。完成了一次预量产车下线的FF91,定下的生产目标变成了上市价140万元,预计将在2020年9月前交付。辅助驾驶做主角,FF91量产仍未定蔚来的自救以及从合肥获得的投资,让这家在产品售价上绝对算豪华的国产电动车企业迎来了重生。蔚来得以延续豪华纯电汽车的产品路线,同时把换电网络和相关的体验延续下去,尚在襁褓中的自研自动驾驶体系,以及基于下一代平台的轿车产品有了充分开发资源。电能驱动的争议也收敛了许多,行业开始把注意力转移到智能座舱体验,还有尽可能地提升辅助驾驶能力上。独立的自动驾驶研发,在耗费大量资源后走入死胡同,特斯拉引领的基于市售车型展开大规模数据收集与模型训练,反而有可能是更容易实现高阶辅助驾驶的技术路线。(图源:Tesla)虽然毕富康表示自己在CES 2020开展期间,亲自将FF91开到了拉斯维加斯做现场展示,但外界仍不知道这款车到底什么时候能够真正意义上地完成量产上市。上一年定下的交付计划再度落空,与之对应的,是法拉第未来净亏损1.47亿美元,2021年更亏达到了5.17亿美元。FF上市筹钱,国产电车正成气候就如其他的造车新企业一样,法拉第未来始终存在着庞大资金缺口,但是和其他企业总能得到投资人相助不同,贾跃亭的个人债务危机使得潜在投资方始终不能对其产生足够信任,于是有了上面一次次不成功的融资案例。这家公司于2021年7月上市,而FF91仍未定下量产日期。此时电动车已经从马路上的新鲜事物,变成了影响到整个汽车行业的重要品类,多个国家宣布了燃油车转型的时间节点,绝大多数车企也都宣布将在未来几年将新能源产品放在第一位。在上海工厂驱动下,特斯拉全年交付了超93.6万辆车,而同一年,比亚迪全年新能源车销量将近60万辆。(图源:比亚迪)市场上还涌现出了许多细分需求爆款:有针对家庭乘坐和续航需求的理想One,吸引主流车企发力增程式和混动车型;五菱宏光mini
