15:08","market":"us","language":"zh","title":"阿里、京东、美团们,花大代价“回暖”","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1102234337","media":"斑马消费","summary":"大厂们的一粒尘,落到个人头上,那就是一座山。","content":"<html><head></head><body><p>近日,互联网行业,冰火两重天。</p><p>随着各大互联网巨头2023年一季报的披露,捷报频传。5月26日晚间,拼多多发布2023年Q1业绩,收入376.37亿元,同比增长58.2%,而市场预期为319.81亿元。业绩发布后,公司单日股价大涨18.99%。</p><p>在此之前,各大主流互联网巨头们纷纷交出了2023年一季度成绩单:腾讯控股重回高速增长;阿里巴巴扭亏、大赚235.16亿元;京东、美团扭亏为盈;快手难能可贵地保持了整体增长,看起来形势一片大好。</p><p>然而,阳光背后,阴影犹在。</p><p>各大行业面临“存量时代”,互联网巨头们春江水暖鸭先知,最先感知到危机。腾讯控股和拼多多,确实靠着海外市场重新寻回了增长动力。但是,阿里巴巴、京东、美团们,为了提升业绩表现,付出了巨大的代价。</p><p>以增长换盈利,对生态链内的合作伙伴进行压榨,甚至是对内部人下手,把裁员说成是优化,以及“毕业”和“向社会输送人才”。</p><p>所以,阿里巴巴、京东、美团等,财报披露后,不仅没有迎来掌声,反而一片冷清,阴跌数日。</p><p>当大家以为互联网巨头们最艰难的时候已经过去了,此前一直卯着一股劲准备重回王座的阿里巴巴,也曝出了各大业务线优化人员的传言。</p><p>此时此刻,到底是黎明前的黑暗,还是那漫长的钝刀割肉的中局?</p><p tg-height=\"719\"/></p><p>难增长</p><p>《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示,截至2022年底,中国网民数量10.67亿,互联网普及率达到75.6%,增长的空间越来越小。</p><p>互联网存量时代的危机,陆续在各行各业上演。电商平台活跃用户此消彼长,短视频用户早就不够分了,连游戏行业的用户红利期也彻底结束——2022年,中国市场游戏玩家总量由上年6.66亿的峰值回落至6.64亿。</p><p>无论是BAT,还是新一代王者TMD或TMP,都曾在这场全行业的危机中感受过增长瓶颈。但是,短暂的调整之后,腾讯控股(00700.HK)和拼多多,率先找到了新的增长动力。</p><p>以《PUBGMOBILE》(绝地求生:刺激战场)为首的海外市场游戏业务,成为腾讯控股各大增长极中,最亮眼的存在。</p><p>这几年,中国游戏行业在海外市场逆势增长。网易(09999.HK)如果不是游戏业务强劲,在内有云音乐和有道拖累、外有暴雪背刺的处境中,可能撑不起如今的基本盘。</p><p>拼多多的表现,意料之中、也在意料之外。Temu在北美市场的走红,肯定会拉动公司的业务增长,但大家没想到的是,居然涨了这么多。</p><p>另外那些没有新故事的互联网巨头,大多数情况下只能通过削减营销费用的方式来提升业绩,阿里巴巴、京东、快手(01024.HK),莫不如是。</p><p>一方面,互联网狂飙突进时代,以用户增长为核心的故事无法继续,市场要求它们以更加务实的态度来审视公司业务。</p><p>另一方面,互联网增量用户有限,烧钱也不灵了。拼多多用户量超越阿里巴巴(09988.HK)和京东之后,后两者打了几针鸡血,但取得的效果并不突出。</p><p tg-height=\"721\"/></p><p>这导致的结果是,用户增速下滑、或者是直接负增长,公司收入增速也开始大幅下滑。</p><p>于是,京东和阿里巴巴在用户增长数据不佳的背景下,渐进式地取消了用户数据披露。美团2022年Q4首次出现用户量同比下滑之后,2023年一季报也不再披露用户数据。</p><p>增长期拼命摇旗呐喊,表现不好的时候就尽量藏着掖着,市场的知情权何在?</p><p>2023年Q1,阿里巴巴收入增速仅为2%,京东1.4%,美团收入增速21.4%——也是远低于此前的水平。</p><p>刘强东已经对京东这几个季度的表现,做出了反馈。财报发布当日,出任CEO仅1年的徐雷“退休”,原CFO许冉接任。</p><p>平台压榨</p><p>当用户增长无法继续,首要措施便是通过提升服务能力,丰富业务价值。</p><p>客观来说,这几年,各大互联网巨头都有进步。比如京东(09618.HK)和天猫的高阶品牌化;美团开辟的新场景,如下午茶和宵夜,可以大幅提升用户的消费频次。</p><p>但是,这些业务技巧上的提升,在存量时代的行业大势面前,还是有点力不从心。</p><p>于是,互联网平台们便只能借助自身在行业内的强势地位,挤出业绩增量。最简单粗暴的模式,就是滴滴、货拉拉、快狗打车常用的提高抽佣率。</p><p tg-height=\"720\"/></p><p>美团(03690.HK)与之类似,只不过做得更隐秘一点。</p><p>因为对商家和外卖小哥的强势,美团曾广受质疑;2021年遭遇反垄断调查并被处以巨额罚款,也与此相关。</p><p>后来,王兴公开承诺,将继续扶持商家,并照顾好外卖小哥。可从美团核心本地商业板块不断提升的盈利能力来看,这一点,做得并不突出。</p><p>2022年,美团即时配送交易笔数176.702亿,同比增长14.0%;公司配送服务产生的收入700.64亿元,同比增长了22.7%;同期,配送相关成本(主要为骑手成本)801.90亿元,同比增长仅11.3%。</p><p>这意味着,商家们付出的单笔配送金额在增加,而骑手获得的单笔配送费用,在减少。</p><p>2023年Q1,这一趋势继续:实时配送交易笔数同比增长14.9%,配送服务收入同比增长了18.8%;配送成本数据,则并未披露。</p><p>同期,美团核心本地商业的经营利润率从2022年同期的13.8%增长至22.0%,你觉得增量来自哪里?</p><p>人员优化</p><p>互联网作为智力密集型行业,最大的成本,除了销售及营销费用,便是人力成本。</p><p>一向以高薪著称的腾讯,每到发布财报时,都会因为“人均月薪XX万元”而登上热搜。</p><p>最近几年,存量时代、互联网监管等原因之下,大厂们的日子也不好过,各大互联网巨头纷纷传出裁员的消息——如果哪家没有裁员的“传言”,只能说明这家公司不够知名。</p><p>围绕裁员这个社会化的议题,各种杂音交织,还演变出了“员工毕业”、“向社会输送优秀人才”这种“虎狼之词”。</p><p>无论当事企业如何否认,其实,这些传言到最后几乎都成了既定事实。而且,从后续几个季度的业绩来看,这一举措对公司业绩的影响,可谓立竿见影。</p><p>2023年3月底,腾讯控股员工总数为106221人,较上年同期减少了9992人,一个季度就为公司省下了20亿元薪酬成本。</p><p>大部分互联网巨头,纷纷选择在人员非正常变动时取消披露雇员人数,具体减员和影响公司开支的情况,外界不得而知。被裁员工的吐槽,往往只能在社交网络上引发小范围共鸣。</p><p>最“老实”的当属哔哩哔哩-W,其在2022年Q4财报中明确表示,终止若干游戏项目造成4.167亿元开支,优化相关人员产生遣散费2.517亿元。</p><p>只是不知道,几天之后B站公布最新业绩时,还会不会继续详细披露相关情况,充当那个揭穿“皇帝的新衣”的小男孩。</p><p
