我觉得有两种人还会信任这只股抱有希望 1. 之前高价位进来的距离回血还有很遥远 2. 希望能够一夜暴富的,以为它会像特斯拉和蔚来那种创造奇迹 。 然而 现如今各种电动车品牌云集,而且特斯拉和比亚迪也遥遥领先,尤其是二线梯队也很多,三线梯队也在前仆后继,FF的内外造型早就已经被仿制完了 ,它的内在又能够比其他车企好多少呢 ,也没多大的生态可言,电池技术又没有特别突出 …总之一句话,如果六七年之前它能够问世量产还有一席之地,但是现在已经不是当年,就像国美一样,万物已经变。 最后还是祝愿大家能够等到贾老板实现量产梦 !

首先声明,我是一个小小的股民,只有FF一丢丢毛票: 我也有关注到在富途上面很多人说投反对票 , 首先我觉得增发也是为了融资推进量产 ,增发有两种 : 1. 向定向特定机构增发,这些聪明的机构还愿意买(它们肯定预期有回报会上涨)。或者增发收购、合并这种,就有可能产生资源整合之类的效果。股价就有可能会上涨,所以增发不是不好 。 2. ,如果面向大众公开增发,增发融资后价值上涨的几率就很低,基本上就是严重损害老股东利益,真的被稀释了 。 但是无论是哪一点 ,如果不通过增发来融资,车不能量产,手里的票也都是废纸 ,所以我不晓得口口声声说要投反对票的人是做何考虑的 ,请说一下 ! 另外我们小散户说啥用处也不大,主要还是看皮带哥以及一些大的股东表态 ,所以大家就静观其变吧 ,也希望贾做个人!

href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/001258\">立新能源</a>汽车合资公司,该公司拟在呼和浩特沙尔沁工业区落户并建厂。2021年又传出与吉利合作落地广东珠海的消息。随后不久,网传FF中国生产基地将落户山西长治,但都没有实质性进展。</p><p>分析认为,此次FF和黄冈市双双宣布推动FF中国总部落户黄冈,但仍存在一定不确定性。因为上述合作框架协议并不具约束力。法律人士表示,这就是说相关协议可以随时取消,即使取消也不会构成违约或者追究违约责任。</p><p>黄冈市委宣传部方面向中国新闻周刊证实,上述合作协议只是一个方向性的、框架性的协议,具体细节可能还在商讨。</p><p>对于FF中国总部落地黄冈,“谨慎乐观”是受访专家普遍持有的态度。叶青对中国新闻周刊表示,“大家对它(FF)的评价不一,所以还是要谨慎,多搞一点市场调研,多进行专业论证,一步一个脚印,才是比较妥当的做法。”</p><p><strong>黄冈的新能源汽车梦</strong></p><p>黄冈市地处湖北省东部,与湖北省会武汉接壤,是武汉的卫星城,主城区距离武汉市中心70公里。作为武汉城市圈的重要组成部分,黄冈市承载着湖北省新能源汽车发展的使命。今年湖北省政府工作报告中便提出,支持黄冈打造新能源示范城市。</p><p>早在2018年,黄冈市就引进了威马电动汽车。威马汽车于2018年在黄冈投资约202亿元,打造了规划年产能30万辆的新能源汽车生产基地。一期建设已于2020年建成投产,计划2025年完成整体项目投产。</p><p>2022年4月,格罗夫氢能汽车产业园也落户黄冈,拟建设氢能汽车整车、氢能电池、制氢基地等,计划3年内达到年产整车2万辆、6年内达到8万辆规模,使黄冈成为国内氢能产业强市。</p><p>在叶青看来,发展新能源汽车产业方面,黄冈具有一定的基础。他向中国新闻周刊表示,黄冈切入新能源汽车产业,不仅延伸了湖北汽车产业走廊,也有利于改善湖北汽车产业的业态。</p><p>湖北省是中国汽车产业重镇,汽车产业链完整,具备整车研发生产能力和三电关键零部件开发能力,具有关键人才储备和科技创新发展基础。2022年,湖北全年生产汽车189.6万辆,其中新能源汽车产量29.3万辆,同比增长98%。</p><p>近年来,湖北省正加速打造万亿级汽车产业集群,建成全国重要的新能源与<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>网联汽车发展高地,其汽车产业走廊正在向东——黄冈所在的方向延伸。</p><p>中国城市经济学会副会长、长江经济带智库联盟秘书长秦尊文向中国新闻周刊表示,有湖北汽车产业的支撑和武汉都市圈的区位优势,当地也有一定的产业基础和配套项目,还有便利的交通,以及相对充足的产业用地和丰富的劳动力人口,这些都是黄冈发展新能源汽车产业的优势。</p><p>黄冈交通便利,拥有3座高铁站,铁路运输发达;距中部国际航空<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/HUBG\">枢纽</a>——武汉天河机场仅1.5小时车程,距亚洲第一个专业货运枢纽机场——鄂州花湖机场仅30公里;还拥有集装箱码头,可直接通往欧美及日韩等地。</p><p>此外,黄冈全市750万人,是湖北省除武汉外人口最多的地级市,现有劳动力430万人,人力资源总量居湖北省第二位。</p><p>2022年6月,黄冈市新能源和智能网联汽车产业链座谈会上,黄冈市经信局相关负责人介绍,2021年,黄冈市共有汽车及零部件生产企业136家,其中规上企业108家,总产值100.6亿元,其中新能源汽车产值26.1亿元,增长11%。</p><p>据介绍,黄冈市还与<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600006\">东风汽车</a>、一汽、上汽、神龙等整车生产知名企业建立稳定供货关系。黄冈产业园规划近2000亩土地,积极引进新能源汽车上下游配套产业项目。</p><p>座谈会上,有关专家也指出,黄冈市存在汽车产业链不完整,零部件本地配套能力弱;市场推广力度不强,基础设施建设滞后;企业生产要素不足,人才引进和融资相对困难等问题。</p><p>事实上,在新能源乘用车上,黄冈现有的投产项目只有威马黄冈智能制造基地星晖新能源。</p><p>据界面新闻等多家媒体报道,目前,威马品牌销量欠佳,受困于现金流状况,位于黄冈的工厂也基本处于停工状态。全国乘用车市场信息联席会(简称乘联会)数据显示,2022年,威马销量不到3万辆,同比下降33.3%。</p><p>显而易见,引入FF,是正积极发力新能源汽车产业的黄冈,在实现新能源汽车梦上的又一次尝试。</p><p><strong>能否复刻“合肥模式”?</strong></p><p>数据显示,2022年我<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600617\">国新能源</a>汽车产销分别完成了705.8万辆和688.7万辆,同比分别增长了96.9%和93.4%。其中,新能源乘用车累计批发销量为649.8万辆,同比增长96.3%。2022年全年,新能源乘用车渗透率达到了27.6%。</p><p>1月18日,国务院新闻办公室举行的2022年工业和信息化发展情况新闻发布会上,工业和信息化部总工程师、新闻发言人田玉龙表示,当前我国新能源汽车已经进入全面市场拓展期。</p><p>“新能源汽车是信息技术与制造体系的全面融合,是产业发展的大势所趋,也是新动能的重要支点。”中国汽车工业协会副秘书长陈士华说。</p><p>近年来,新能源汽车产业已经成为各地方政府招商引资的重点项目。其中,最为人熟知的是<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>汽车在安徽合肥落户的故事。</p><p>2019年,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO.SI\">蔚来</a>汽车面临资金危机,当时,蔚来汽车亏损112.96亿元,股价跌至1.19美元。关键时刻,合肥国资出手,向其注入战略投资70亿元。2020年2月,蔚来汽车落户合肥,从而转危为安。</p><p>时至今日,合肥的这笔风投不仅实现超过百亿盈利,更为重要的是,合肥构建新能源产业链也成为现实——依托<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600418\">江淮汽车</a>的整车生产,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002074\">国轩高科</a>的新能源产业,以及<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002230\">科大讯飞</a>的车联网智能语音解决方案,合肥已初步构筑起新能源汽车生产的产业链条。</p><p>在不少业内人士看来,黄冈与FF的此次合作,是对“合肥模式”的复刻。但黄冈想成为继合肥投资蔚来之后,第二个城市与造车新势力合作的典范,恐怕并非易事。</p><p>分析认为,对于黄冈来说,引进新能源汽车项目,有利于整体产业规模的进一步提升,但同时也要看到,机遇与风险并存。具体到引入FF中国总部,无疑是一次机遇与风险并存的冒险。</p><p>乘联会秘书长崔东树就认为,对于黄冈来说,与FF合作存在一定风险。他对中国新闻周刊表示,这是一个地方政府的选择,应该说前期也做了很多努力,到底能不能取得成果还有不确定性。</p><p>值得一提的是,行业“风口”之下,新能源汽车项目盲目投资、产品低水平重复建设、产能利用率过低等乱象日渐凸显。</p><p>河南省社科院数字经济与工业经济研究所助理研究员袁博对中国新闻周刊说,近年来造车新势力有很多,但只有少部分最后活了下来,汽车制造领域需要巨额投入,“但不是说砸钱就能砸出来的”。</p><p>他说,新能源汽车产业投资额巨大,竞争也越来越激烈,需要更加理性地去看这个行业,而不是盲目“投很多钱进去造车”。在他看来,按照现在新能源汽车的技术水平来看,FF已经“没有什么优势了”,甚至已经落后于其他品牌。</p><p>当然,对于FF来说,在有了地方政府投资的背景下,资金压力也有望得到进一步缓解,在相关政策的扶持下,也有望实现项目的落地。而中国广阔的市场空间和强大的供应链体系,都更利于FF快速、大规模实现生产和销售。</p><p>在与黄冈签约消息公布后,FF当日盘后股价涨9.05%,报0.518美元。</p><p>业内人士表示,中国新能源汽车市场发生了翻天覆地的变化,国内主流新能源车企大多进入了快速上量新阶段。虽然FF有较高的话题度,但在这种情况下,作为“后来者”,FF还能否在竞争激烈的中国新能源汽车市场获得一席之地,还是巨大的问号。</p><p>秦尊文也担心黄冈引进FF“是不是会有一些风险”。他对中国新闻周刊说,通过引进项目、借助外力发展的思路没有问题,但也要正视外界的担忧,对合作项目要做深入考察和可行性论证,“一定要有风险意识,要有底线思维”。</p><p>记者:孙晓波</p></body></html>","source":"fenghuang_stock","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE
