$ASCENDAS REAL ESTATE INV TRUST(A17U.SI)$

Ascendas Reit price continue to be beaten down, trading at $2.94. The price pressure is mainly from Fed interest rate and maybe Omicron. 

Personally, i have read about or come across any news on serious impact of Omicron. As to Singapore, we are on track to live and co exist with Covid. Offices will be slowly filled up and plan is in place for more office staff to return. Like it or not, your boss wants you back in office  

So i see that we are on the verge of recovery. Some may argue that Working from home is a new norm, new trend. And we can be as productive and Company get to save on Rental. But think again, is it really no efficiency loss? Is it really as effective? I feel its not the same.

Anyway, i think the worst is over. Good chance to get vested now if you have not.
