A set of procedures for analyzing stocks summarized by myself. A good industry, a good company, and a good price are not the first to come up with me. I stand on the shoulders of giants, add my own refinement and understanding, and share a set of feasible operating procedures.

Why is it a good industry? As the saying goes, men are afraid of getting into the wrong line. In fact, choices and opportunities are more important than personal hard work, and the same applies to companies. What is the standard, that is, demand and competition. Let’s talk about requirements today. We classify requirements into 5 categories.

1 Rapid growth, as the name suggests, is the rapid rise in demand. For example, in the film and television industry, more than 10 years ago, movie theaters were a rare experience in a few large cities, and the number of movie theaters and the number of movie releases back then were far less than now.

2 Steady growth indicates that there is still room for demand to rise, but it is a relatively slow growth, rather than doubling the demand like the big brother above. For example, in our dairy industry, milk is still good for the foreseeable future, and the Chinese people's per capita consumption of dairy products is still not very high compared to foreign developed countries. Just like myself, when I was young, my family was poor and couldn't drink milk. Now it's better, I can drink milk every day. Therefore, the dairy industry is likely to have a steady growth.

3 Stable. The industry demand it represents will not show obvious decline and growth. The simplest is meat products. Meat products are stable in the industry of Laishui. Now most Chinese have realized that they can eat meals and meat. , There will be no significant growth, but the meat products industry can be judged to be a fast-growing industry in 30 years.

4 Recession, we call it the smoking industry, such as the sewing machine industry. From the necessary parts for parents to get married in the past, there are fewer and fewer scenes where you can see her now.

5 Volatility, it means growth for a while, recession for a while, the most common is cyclical, such as brokerage, bear market and bull market when the number of accounts opened is obviously polarized.
