2022年还在准备关店改行的熊四国,如今找到了新出路。</p><p>熊四国在湖北的小县城开着一家某品牌手机专卖店,他告诉时代周报记者,如今每月二手手机销量有十几台甚至二十多台,是新机的数倍,有时候新机单月销量仅1台,且利润不比二手机高。</p><p>他所处的县城很小,南北向、东西向跨度均不足6公里,却有十余家在做二手手机生意的。据熊四国所知,有的商家完全放弃了卖新机,只做二手手机生意。</p><p>“现在基本卖手机的和做运营商业务的,没有人会不做二手这块的。”就职于二手手机交易服务平台的一位招商经理对时代周报记者表示,新机销售利润太单薄了。</p><p>国际数据公司<span label=\"备注\">(IDC)</span>在2023年底一份报告中分析称,<strong>二手智能手机的销售利润高于新机销售利润,因此更多渠道门店积极进入二手智能手机市场。</strong></p><p>平台型大企业则不断有新店开张,比如爱回收实体店从2021年初的700多家增加到2023年10月的2000家左右,2021年以来,转转线下门店从零增加到当前的500家左右,B2B服务商也在“疯狂”扩充加盟网络,比如靓机汇签约加盟门店已达到1200家左右。</p><p>除此之外,爱回收、转转、速回收等在大力推进上门回收服务,让用户足不出户寄卖二手手机,各大手机厂商、各大电商平台以旧换新的推进力度也在逐渐加大,近期从事以旧换新业务和二手手机销售的深圳闪回科技有限公司<span label=\"备注\">(下称“闪回科技”)</span>还向港交所递交了招股书。</p><p>不过,二手手机市场暂时没有得到资本热捧。IDC中国高级分析师郭天翔对时代周报谈到其中的原因,他认为,<strong>“该市场依然缺乏统一的标准,并且透明度较低,也没有统一的监管。”</strong></p><p><img label=\"大标题\">一、“二手手机利润不比新手机低”</p><p>20多年前,熊四国开始从事手机维修工作,2007年开始卖手机,他见证了从功能机到智能机的时代变迁。如今正亲历二手市场的高速发展。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/af6b110e2d6c4b9cbf05488d3eab6e1a\"/></p><p href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/JD\">京东</a>实体店也做手机回收。图源:时代周报</p><p>2022年暑期,时代周报联系熊四国,他当时有了关店或转让的打算,20天内新机销量为0,原因是门店太多、竞争太激烈,且手机市场需求下滑、行业深陷寒冬,中低端市场是重灾区,这是他所处的市场。</p><p>当时,他靠销售配件、二手手机、老人机和维修等零散业务勉强支撑。20个月后的2024年3月,当时代周报记者再度联系他时,二手机已成了他的主要业务,是每个月一半收入的来源。</p><p>他销售的二手手机主要来源于上游批发商,有小部分来自自己的回收,如果回收来的手机使用有问题,他会维修,再加价出售。</p><p>“现在不管做什么,都要一个智能机,就是卖菜的老爷爷都需要一个智能机收款。” 熊四国说,二手手机购买者以工薪阶层、中学生为主,有学生用1288元买了一款二手手机,熊四国问他为什么不用这些钱买新机,该学生表示喜欢这款手机,说相同款式的新机要2000多元,二手更划算。</p><p>如今,他店里每个月的二手手机销量能达到十余台甚至20多台,远高于2022年暑期,也远高于新机。</p><p>根据市场调研机构“GfK中国”发布的年第三季度报告,中国手机市场均价已达3480元。</p><p>像熊四国这样的基层店主,批发价被上游代理商把控,零售价要以品牌官网价为准,甚至比官网价低一两百元,所以新机的利润比较低。</p><p>但二手手机生意没有这样的制约,熊四国店里卖出的二手手机的价格多在400元至700元之间,虽远低于新机价格,利润却不比新机低。他透露,<strong>每台二手机利润至少80元,最高能达到300元,新机最高利润也只有300元左右。</strong></p><p label=\"大标题\">二、非标商品,市场还没被垄断</p><p>主营二手手机生意,熊四国是受行业寒冬所迫、逼不得已的,广西商家于洋则是主动选择的,他看中的是这个市场“草莽时代”的机会。</p><p>他于2022年开始做二手手机生意,销售模式和熊四国大不相同,主要是在线上。</p><p>接受时代周报记者采访时,他谈到,自己抖音、今日头条、微信公众号等平台运营自媒体账号,与卖二手手机的销售人员合作,将粉丝引流给销售人员,自己拿分成,单台分成普遍在50元—100元之间。据他所知,大部分独立卖二手手机的同行,单台利润能达到100元至300元。</p><p>他以前在华强北做过新机批发生意,单台利润仅有5元—10元,以量取胜,因此投资大、垄断性强,被头部公司把控。在他看来,二手手机行业还没被垄断,投资小,普通人也能做。</p><p>而且他认为,二手手机是非标品,彼此之间有磨损程度、部件损坏程度、款式新旧等区别,很考验客户对商家的信任度,未来也难以被垄断。</p><p>做新机零售的、批发的,维修手机的,做运营商业务的如手机上号……如熊四国、于洋一样,太多手机相关从业者将业务重心转向了二手手机。</p><p>日前,时代周报记者走访深圳龙岗区一条街道,走了1公里左右,看到三家店在显眼位置宣传二手手机回收业务,也全部都做二手手机销售,其中一家店的招牌“手机专业维修”看起来很旧,写有“回收”二字的海报却是崭新的,明显是新贴上的。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/III\">信息服务</a>、质检等服务,官网显示,其2020年成立至今,全年总订单量呈20倍增速,GMV获得了15倍的增长。</p><p label=\"大标题\">三、两年增5倍,品牌加盟店飞速扩张</p><p>数据显示,2021年以来,大企业或品牌开始了线下店的飞速扩张,不断开新店。</p><p>根据弗若斯特沙利文调研,按总交易额预计,爱回收、转转、闪回科技是2022年中国前三大手机回收服务提供商。它们在线上渠道上都是扩张策略,其中爱回收、转转有大量加盟店。</p><p>除此之外,还有很多回收商贩是靓机汇、果快回收、万里行等二手手机B2B服务商品牌的签约加盟商,模式相似,商贩交加盟费,店内外有明显品牌标识,品牌承诺报价参考、兜底回收、货源对接、客户引流、推广支持等服务。</p><p>前述三家店的两公里之内,有爱回收、转转、果快回收的实体店,有靓机汇龙岗分公司运营中心,范围扩充至深圳市内,还有闪回科技的线下店。</p><p>《中国日报》2021年2月报道显示,爱回收在全国140个城市开设了700多家实体店,根据去年10月外媒一篇报道,截至2023年,爱回收在全国 269个城市经营着 1944 家实体店。这两篇报道皆被爱回收官网转载。</p><p>转转原本以线上二手手机销售为主,但公司内部人士对时代周报记者表示,转转2021开始做线下门店,目前门店数量达到500家左右。2022年11月,这项数据还是不到200家。</p><p>闪回科技也入局了,它是以旧换新服务商,面向手机品牌方、大型分销商采购二手手机并销售。2023年9月及12月,其以闪回有品品牌在深圳开设了第一家及第二家线下零售店,直接面向消费者做二手手机回收和销售。</p><p><img label=\"大标题\">四、新机“跌倒”,二手手机市场“吃饱”</p><p>为什么二手手机回收产业发展如此迅速?可以从供给、需求两个层面看。</p><p>从供给看,中国循环经济协会数据显示,目前一部手机的平均寿命在2.2年左右。我国平均每年产生4亿部以上废旧手机,废旧手机存量超过20亿部。</p><p>“有的地区,比如陕西,很多个体户直接拿盘子、菜刀等跟用户置换中低端手机的,很赚钱的。” 于洋谈到,很多人家的闲置手机不知道怎么处理,就交给这样的个体户了。</p><p>一位广州市郊居民对时代周报记者说,经常有这样的小贩来到自己所在城中村,有邻居用旧手机换脸盆、剪刀,她不愿意换,好几台旧手机躺在家里,她没注意到街上做回收的实体店。</p><p>至于需求,二手行业头部企业的内部人士刘慧接受时代周报采访谈到,<strong>近年来,用户注重性价比了,对二手手机的接受度更高了,不一定要卖新机,这跟产业发展也有关。</strong></p><p>据她观察,二手手机回收网络和零售网络的渗透,类似转转这种互联网平台的介入,也让行业的规范性和便利性整体增强了。另外,随着技术发展,手机比以前耐用,早年手机用两三年后可能很卡,现在不是了。</p><p>郭天翔也谈到,随着产品质量和耐用性的提升,二手手机的使用体验与新机的差距不断缩小,尤其是二手旗舰机型,将成为中端新机最合适的“平替产品”。经济大环境的不景气,也使得部分消费者选择更便宜的二手产品。</p><p>“新机买得少,人家肯定买二手手机。” 在二手手机商贩看来,二手机需求增长与新机需求下滑有关。</p><p>熊四国提到了二手手机需求的不同层面,据他观察,一些中低端二手手机在一线城市销路不好,在小县城却很吃香;大城市消费者喜欢<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>二手机,但在他的店里却卖不出去,只能转卖给二手交易平台或者上游商家。</p><p>IDC报告显示,2023年第四季度,中国智能手机市场出货量约7363万台,同比增长1.2%,小幅反弹,此前已连续10个季度同比下降。</p><p>当前,为提高用户粘性,各大手机厂商、电商平台都在推进以旧换新,以3月下旬发布的vivo X label=\"大标题\">五、二手手机平台叫好不叫座?</p><p>闪回科技招股书显示,根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料,二手手机在中国市场一直供不应求,预计未来仍将如此。<strong>在二手手机回收行业,平均存货周转时间约为10至15天。</strong></p><p>但供不应求的二手手机却没有给平台带来丰厚的回报。爱回收、闪回科技等大企业最近的财务报表均显示未实现盈利。</p><p>2021年、2022年及2023年前三季度,闪回科技分别实现营业收入7.50亿元、9.19亿元、8.36亿元,期内相应的净亏损分别为4870.8万元、9908.4万元和9911.4万元,亏损呈逐年扩大态势,三个报告期内的亏损率分别是6.5%、10.8%、11.9%。</p><p>报告期内闪回科技毛利率也逐年走低,分别约为8.2%、6.1%及7.3%。关于毛利率下滑的原因,闪回科技表示由于受采购二手消费电子产品的成本增加的影响。</p><p>作为同赛道第一家上市公司爱回收即<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/RERE\">万物新生</a>2023年运营亏损虽然已经从2022年的26.24亿元缩减到1.73亿元,但仍在亏损期间。</p><p>不过即使如此,机构依旧看好这一赛道的前景。</p><p>弗若斯特沙利文资料显示,从2018年至2022年,按流转交易额衡量,中国二手消费电子产品交易市场由1438亿元增长至4248亿元,年复合增长率为31.1%,在所有消费电子类别中,手机占据大部分市场份额,2022年为75%。</p><p>弗若斯特沙利文预计,2027年,中国二手消费电子产品交易市场的规模有望达到14521亿元,2023年至2027年的年复合增长率为27.9%。尽管中国手机回收率已从2018年的约8.5%快速增长至2022年的约27.5%,与成熟市场的手机回收率约50%—70%相比,仍有很大的改善空间。</p><p>IDC则预计今年中国市场的二手手机市场规模在8000万台左右。</p><p><span 12系列,售价2499元起,华为以旧换新至高补贴则为500元。△街上做以旧换新的手机店。图源:时代周报五、二手手机平台叫好不叫座?闪回科技招股书显示,根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料,二手手机在中国市场一直供不应求,预计未来仍将如此。在二手手机回收行业,平均存货周转时间约为10至15天。但供不应求的二手手机却没有给平台带来丰厚的回报。爱回收、闪回科技等大企业最近的财务报表均显示未实现盈利。2021年、2022年及2023年前三季度,闪回科技分别实现营业收入7.50亿元、9.19亿元、8.36亿元,期内相应的净亏损分别为4870.8万元、9908.4万元和9911.4万元,亏损呈逐年扩大态势,三个报告期内的亏损率分别是6.5%、10.8%、11.9%。报告期内闪回科技毛利率也逐年走低,分别约为8.2%、6.1%及7.3%。关于毛利率下滑的原因,闪回科技表示由于受采购二手消费电子产品的成本增加的影响。作为同赛道第一家上市公司爱回收即万物新生2023年运营亏损虽然已经从2022年的26.24亿元缩减到1.73亿元,但仍在亏损期间。不过即使如此,机构依旧看好这一赛道的前景。弗若斯特沙利文资料显示,从2018年至2022年,按流转交易额衡量,中国二手消费电子产品交易市场由1438亿元增长至4248亿元,年复合增长率为31.1%,在所有消费电子类别中,手机占据大部分市场份额,2022年为75%。弗若斯特沙利文预计,2027年,中国二手消费电子产品交易市场的规模有望达到14521亿元,2023年至2027年的年复合增长率为27.9%。尽管中国手机回收率已从2018年的约8.5%快速增长至2022年的约27.5%,与成熟市场的手机回收率约50%—70%相比,仍有很大的改善空间。IDC则预计今年中国市场的二手手机市场规模在8000万台左右。(文中熊四国、于洋、刘慧为化名)本文来自微信公众号:时代周报
