编辑</strong></p><p><strong>1</strong></p><p>随着雷军、周鸿祎等网红企业家的备受关注,最近经常有企业向笔者咨询企业家个人IP的打造问题。熟悉砺石商业评论的读者会了解,我们是一直不太赞成企业家花费大量精力去打造个人IP的。</p><p>这是因为任何一家企业都是一个由很多人组成的组织,这些人的集体智慧共同产出了公司的产品,这些产品经过用户的口碑传播,逐渐沉淀成公司的品牌。所以,企业品牌是一个组织集体智慧的结果,远超组织中的任何一个个体。</p><p><strong>虽然企业创始人在一家企业的发展中起着重要的作用,但个人终归是不完美的,其无法与组织的集体智慧相提并论。</strong>有很多企业的产品与服务还不错,但其企业创始人本身并没有太好的形象、口才与涵养。那么,企业创始人过多地暴露在公众面前,不仅无法提升企业的品牌形象,相反还会让公众将企业创始人与企业品牌划上等号,对企业的品牌造成严重伤害,从而毁掉组织集体智慧的成果。</p><p>例如,最近新能源汽车产业的一些企业家便是典型案例。哪咤汽车本身是一家具有一定技术与产品实力的新能源车企,它能从众多造车新势力中坚持到现在,自有它的一些独到之处。但随着周鸿祎的鼓动,本不擅长公开场合表现的哪咤汽车创始人张勇也被迫频繁在公众场合亮相,由于其经常说出一些雷人的言谈与做出一些雷人的举动,反而大大降低了哪咤在公众心目中的品牌好感,并让人产生张勇这样水平的创始人怎能做好哪咤汽车的质疑。</p><p><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>汽车本来是中国造车新势力企业中高端化做得较为成功的品牌,其创始人李斌最近也开始频繁地录制短视频与开设直播。这些视频与直播虽然带来了一些流量,但对于<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO.SI\">蔚来</a>汽车的品牌不仅没有任何价值,相反还有损企业品牌的价值。这是因为蔚来汽车的高端化形象,来自企业在战略定位与品牌策略等领域的系统规划,来自研发、制造、营销与渠道等各个体系员工的共同努力,公司品牌早已经超越李斌这个个体。李斌个人在网络上的言谈举止,一定程度上影响了蔚来在公众心目中的高端品牌形象。</p><p>还有<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000625\">长安汽车</a>董事长朱华荣与<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/601633\">长城汽车</a>创始人魏建军等汽车产业的企业家,他们早期本都为人低调踏实,这种低调踏实的作风也正是他们早年取得一些成就的重要原因,也因此曾赢得产业尊重。但在企业家网红思维的误导下,他们也都纷纷选择开通自己的社交媒体,频繁录制一些旨在吸引流量的短视频。</p><p>但熟悉汽车产业的读者会了解,这些短视频的流量对于汽车的销量帮助不大。汽车消费者是极其理智的,他们绝大多数的选择最终都会基于产品的真实价值,只有一小部分会因为网红企业家过度营销造成的信息不对称而做出不理性的消费选择。</p><p>另外,这些网红企业家们的过度自我包装与网络表演,不仅严重损伤企业在公众心目中的品牌形象,还会在企业内部造成一种浮夸的、缺乏诚信的糟糕文化,并造成企业的管理与业务动作走形,最终导致企业失去长期发展的动力。</p><p><strong>2</strong></p><p>也有些人会以雷军与小米汽车为案例,来佐证企业家网红模式的威力。但这背后有几个认识误区。</p><p><strong>首先,雷军的特殊背景,让其很难被其他企业的创始人所效仿。</strong></p><p>雷军在小米智能手机的发展过程中,已经沉淀出了强大的个人IP,并且一直以互联网营销见长。他在将自身个人IP与小米汽车结合之前,已经做了充分的设计与准备,侧重将自己靓丽的一面展现给公众。而其他企业家在暴露在公众面前之前,则没有任何体系化的设计与准备,导致其展现给公众的则是很多不好的一面。</p><p><strong>其次,雷军的个人IP其实在小米汽车的发展中并没有发挥出外界想象的那么大的作用。</strong></p><p>小米汽车的初战告捷,本质上是源于其做出了一款还不错的产品,而这款产品背后的根源在于小米在设计、研发、供应链与品控等领域长期沉淀出来的系统性能力。除了产品力,再加上小米早年沉淀的品牌力与渠道力,其首销成功是大概率事件。即使雷军个人不去卖命地进行网红营销,而是依靠组织体系化的营销打法,小米汽车的销量也会相差无几。</p><p><strong>再次,从长期来看,雷军亲自上阵,如此卖力地激进营销,对于小米汽车的长期品牌并不一定是什么好事。</strong></p><p>尤其对于汽车这样一个对品质与安全要求很高的产业,任何一个品牌的长期成功,都势必源于企业的产品可靠性,而非浮夸营销。作为一个新品牌,小米汽车的第一款产品很难做到完美,对于这样的一款产品,小米汽车并不应该盲目追求销量。因为当产品品质无法获得保障时,销量越多造成的用户负面口碑越多。而这时企业如果在营销上过于激进,那么这些负面口碑也会随着企业的过度营销而数倍放大。</p><p>从最近一段时间的舆论走向来看,小米汽车发布之初给用户带来的新奇度在快速下降,但负面的用户口碑正在发酵。例如,有两则故障消息,给小米汽车的潜在消费者正带来较大担忧。</p><p>第一个是,五一假期期间,来自福建厦门的一位温先生购买了一辆小米SU7汽车,但在开出交付中心39公里后便抛锚停在高速上。</p><p>第二个是,5月8日晚,湖南耒阳的一位李先生新购未满一个月的小米SU7汽车在停车过程中,刹车疑似突然失灵,车内发出警报声,屏幕随后出现“制动系统故障”等4条异常信息。李先生呼叫车内的SOS急救系统,但长时间无人接听。</p><p>除了上述两个被广泛报道的故障,网络上还传出大量类似未交付就掉漆、保费堪比50万油车、因刹车片面积问题遭质疑的各种问题……</p><p>相信上述小米汽车的早期车主都是对于小米汽车抱有极大信心的,但这些故障势必会严重破坏小米汽车在他们心目中的好感。这种负面的感知还将传递给其身边的亲戚与朋友,影响更多人对小米汽车的信心。</p><p>事实上亦是如此。根据最新几周的中国汽车品牌周销量数据,小米SU7的销量都在持续下降。从此可以看出,雷军的网红企业家形象,对于小米汽车的销量提升作用不大。</p><p>而与此同时,将时间与精力花在大量营销上的雷军,势必会减少花在产品品质与服务保障上的时间。企业的最终经营结果,是企业内部战略重点的外在体现,缺乏对产品品质与服务保障的足够重视,那么产品品质与服务问题就会暴露。小米汽车上市后的种种负面口碑,便是根源于此。例如,针对之前故障中400未接通的问题,小米官方便承认称,是因为专业客服坐席紧缺。</p><p><strong>3</strong></p><p>在中国商业界,有一些优秀的企业家,他们都长期一直保持低调,但这完全无碍企业的健康发展。以小米公司主业所在的智能手机产业为例,有两家在中国市场份额远远领先于小米公司的企业,分别是OPPO与vivo。但国内大多数消费者都不知道OPPO与vivo公司的负责人是谁,即使在产业内也只有少数人知道他们的名字。</p><p>OPPO与vivo公司的负责人分别是陈明永与沈炜,虽然身处直接面对C端消费者的消费电子产业,二者却表现的极为低调,很少出现在公开场合。即使是公司每年最核心旗舰产品的发布,也都是交由下属员工来主讲。</p><p>之所以这么做,除了陈明永与沈炜二者低调的性格之外,最重要的是他们深知决定一个企业成功的关键不是企业家的个人影响力,而是企业在研发、产品、供应链、品牌、渠道与服务等各个领域的系统性能力。而要想这些系统性能力越强,就越不能依赖企业家的个人影响力,而是需要在各个关键业务领域都能拥有独当一面的下属。</p><p>如果企业的“一号位”过多地出现在公开场合,抢走属于各个业务负责人的风头,那么组织的整体运作就会出现失序。最终,下属的责任意识与主动精神越来越弱,企业的“一号位”则变得越来越累。而雷军一直被冠以智能手机产业界“劳模”的称号,便与此不无关系。</p><p>再以新能源汽车产业的绝对领导者<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>为例。近些年,比亚迪旗下的爆款车型络绎不绝,但其创始人王传福却表现得极为淡定,始终不依赖个人的影响力去进行任何产品的营销,而是为各个品牌都培养了一位企业内生成长的负责人,例如仰望品牌总经理胡晓庆,方程豹品牌总经理熊甜波与腾势品牌总经理赵长江,由他们带领团队通过一套体系化的营销动作进行旗下产品的宣传与推广,而非将大量精力花在视频、直播与社交舆论的口水战上。其中,值得一提的是,仰望品牌总经理胡晓庆与方程豹品牌总经理熊甜波都还是两位低调的女将。</p><p>对于一个真正具有高价值的卓越品牌来说,其是超越任何一个个体的,如果与某一个个体绑定过深的话,那么这个品牌就无法建立起超越个体的品牌调性。虽然胡晓庆与熊甜波病不为很多消费者熟知,但并无碍仰望品牌与方程豹品牌在中国汽车产业的异军突起。</p><p>企业家走红应该是所领导企业受到消费者认可而水到渠成的结果,而非企业家通过炒作走红而去对消费者的理性决策形成误导。因此,笔者建议中国的企业家们,千万不要被雷军与周鸿祎这些企业家网红的行为所蛊惑。而是回归商业本质,在组织维度构建一支良将如潮的核心团队,在业务维度踏踏实实地做好研发、制造、品牌、渠道与服务等领域的关键工作,通过产品口碑实现长期战略的胜利,而非通过打造个人IP去谋求一些缺乏真实价值的流量。</p></body></html>","source":"fenghuang_stock","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE 编辑1随着雷军、周鸿祎等网红企业家的备受关注,最近经常有企业向笔者咨询企业家个人IP的打造问题。熟悉砺石商业评论的读者会了解,我们是一直不太赞成企业家花费大量精力去打造个人IP的。这是因为任何一家企业都是一个由很多人组成的组织,这些人的集体智慧共同产出了公司的产品,这些产品经过用户的口碑传播,逐渐沉淀成公司的品牌。所以,企业品牌是一个组织集体智慧的结果,远超组织中的任何一个个体。虽然企业创始人在一家企业的发展中起着重要的作用,但个人终归是不完美的,其无法与组织的集体智慧相提并论。有很多企业的产品与服务还不错,但其企业创始人本身并没有太好的形象、口才与涵养。那么,企业创始人过多地暴露在公众面前,不仅无法提升企业的品牌形象,相反还会让公众将企业创始人与企业品牌划上等号,对企业的品牌造成严重伤害,从而毁掉组织集体智慧的成果。例如,最近新能源汽车产业的一些企业家便是典型案例。哪咤汽车本身是一家具有一定技术与产品实力的新能源车企,它能从众多造车新势力中坚持到现在,自有它的一些独到之处。但随着周鸿祎的鼓动,本不擅长公开场合表现的哪咤汽车创始人张勇也被迫频繁在公众场合亮相,由于其经常说出一些雷人的言谈与做出一些雷人的举动,反而大大降低了哪咤在公众心目中的品牌好感,并让人产生张勇这样水平的创始人怎能做好哪咤汽车的质疑。蔚来汽车本来是中国造车新势力企业中高端化做得较为成功的品牌,其创始人李斌最近也开始频繁地录制短视频与开设直播。这些视频与直播虽然带来了一些流量,但对于蔚来汽车的品牌不仅没有任何价值,相反还有损企业品牌的价值。这是因为蔚来汽车的高端化形象,来自企业在战略定位与品牌策略等领域的系统规划,来自研发、制造、营销与渠道等各个体系员工的共同努力,公司品牌早已经超越李斌这个个体。李斌个人在网络上的言谈举止,一定程度上影响了蔚来在公众心目中的高端品牌形象。还有长安汽车董事长朱华荣与长城汽车创始人魏建军等汽车产业的企业家,他们早期本都为人低调踏实,这种低调踏实的作风也正是他们早年取得一些成就的重要原因,也因此曾赢得产业尊重。但在企业家网红思维的误导下,他们也都纷纷选择开通自己的社交媒体,频繁录制一些旨在吸引流量的短视频。但熟悉汽车产业的读者会了解,这些短视频的流量对于汽车的销量帮助不大。汽车消费者是极其理智的,他们绝大多数的选择最终都会基于产品的真实价值,只有一小部分会因为网红企业家过度营销造成的信息不对称而做出不理性的消费选择。另外,这些网红企业家们的过度自我包装与网络表演,不仅严重损伤企业在公众心目中的品牌形象,还会在企业内部造成一种浮夸的、缺乏诚信的糟糕文化,并造成企业的管理与业务动作走形,最终导致企业失去长期发展的动力。2也有些人会以雷军与小米汽车为案例,来佐证企业家网红模式的威力。但这背后有几个认识误区。首先,雷军的特殊背景,让其很难被其他企业的创始人所效仿。雷军在小米智能手机的发展过程中,已经沉淀出了强大的个人IP,并且一直以互联网营销见长。他在将自身个人IP与小米汽车结合之前,已经做了充分的设计与准备,侧重将自己靓丽的一面展现给公众。而其他企业家在暴露在公众面前之前,则没有任何体系化的设计与准备,导致其展现给公众的则是很多不好的一面。其次,雷军的个人IP其实在小米汽车的发展中并没有发挥出外界想象的那么大的作用。小米汽车的初战告捷,本质上是源于其做出了一款还不错的产品,而这款产品背后的根源在于小米在设计、研发、供应链与品控等领域长期沉淀出来的系统性能力。除了产品力,再加上小米早年沉淀的品牌力与渠道力,其首销成功是大概率事件。即使雷军个人不去卖命地进行网红营销,而是依靠组织体系化的营销打法,小米汽车的销量也会相差无几。再次,从长期来看,雷军亲自上阵,如此卖力地激进营销,对于小米汽车的长期品牌并不一定是什么好事。尤其对于汽车这样一个对品质与安全要求很高的产业,任何一个品牌的长期成功,都势必源于企业的产品可靠性,而非浮夸营销。作为一个新品牌,小米汽车的第一款产品很难做到完美,对于这样的一款产品,小米汽车并不应该盲目追求销量。因为当产品品质无法获得保障时,销量越多造成的用户负面口碑越多。而这时企业如果在营销上过于激进,那么这些负面口碑也会随着企业的过度营销而数倍放大。从最近一段时间的舆论走向来看,小米汽车发布之初给用户带来的新奇度在快速下降,但负面的用户口碑正在发酵。例如,有两则故障消息,给小米汽车的潜在消费者正带来较大担忧。第一个是,五一假期期间,来自福建厦门的一位温先生购买了一辆小米SU7汽车,但在开出交付中心39公里后便抛锚停在高速上。第二个是,5月8日晚,湖南耒阳的一位李先生新购未满一个月的小米SU7汽车在停车过程中,刹车疑似突然失灵,车内发出警报声,屏幕随后出现“制动系统故障”等4条异常信息。李先生呼叫车内的SOS急救系统,但长时间无人接听。除了上述两个被广泛报道的故障,网络上还传出大量类似未交付就掉漆、保费堪比50万油车、因刹车片面积问题遭质疑的各种问题……相信上述小米汽车的早期车主都是对于小米汽车抱有极大信心的,但这些故障势必会严重破坏小米汽车在他们心目中的好感。这种负面的感知还将传递给其身边的亲戚与朋友,影响更多人对小米汽车的信心。事实上亦是如此。根据最新几周的中国汽车品牌周销量数据,小米SU7的销量都在持续下降。从此可以看出,雷军的网红企业家形象,对于小米汽车的销量提升作用不大。而与此同时,将时间与精力花在大量营销上的雷军,势必会减少花在产品品质与服务保障上的时间。企业的最终经营结果,是企业内部战略重点的外在体现,缺乏对产品品质与服务保障的足够重视,那么产品品质与服务问题就会暴露。小米汽车上市后的种种负面口碑,便是根源于此。例如,针对之前故障中400未接通的问题,小米官方便承认称,是因为专业客服坐席紧缺。3在中国商业界,有一些优秀的企业家,他们都长期一直保持低调,但这完全无碍企业的健康发展。以小米公司主业所在的智能手机产业为例,有两家在中国市场份额远远领先于小米公司的企业,分别是OPPO与vivo。但国内大多数消费者都不知道OPPO与vivo公司的负责人是谁,即使在产业内也只有少数人知道他们的名字。OPPO与vivo公司的负责人分别是陈明永与沈炜,虽然身处直接面对C端消费者的消费电子产业,二者却表现的极为低调,很少出现在公开场合。即使是公司每年最核心旗舰产品的发布,也都是交由下属员工来主讲。之所以这么做,除了陈明永与沈炜二者低调的性格之外,最重要的是他们深知决定一个企业成功的关键不是企业家的个人影响力,而是企业在研发、产品、供应链、品牌、渠道与服务等各个领域的系统性能力。而要想这些系统性能力越强,就越不能依赖企业家的个人影响力,而是需要在各个关键业务领域都能拥有独当一面的下属。如果企业的“一号位”过多地出现在公开场合,抢走属于各个业务负责人的风头,那么组织的整体运作就会出现失序。最终,下属的责任意识与主动精神越来越弱,企业的“一号位”则变得越来越累。而雷军一直被冠以智能手机产业界“劳模”的称号,便与此不无关系。再以新能源汽车产业的绝对领导者比亚迪为例。近些年,比亚迪旗下的爆款车型络绎不绝,但其创始人王传福却表现得极为淡定,始终不依赖个人的影响力去进行任何产品的营销,而是为各个品牌都培养了一位企业内生成长的负责人,例如仰望品牌总经理胡晓庆,方程豹品牌总经理熊甜波与腾势品牌总经理赵长江,由他们带领团队通过一套体系化的营销动作进行旗下产品的宣传与推广,而非将大量精力花在视频、直播与社交舆论的口水战上。其中,值得一提的是,仰望品牌总经理胡晓庆与方程豹品牌总经理熊甜波都还是两位低调的女将。对于一个真正具有高价值的卓越品牌来说,其是超越任何一个个体的,如果与某一个个体绑定过深的话,那么这个品牌就无法建立起超越个体的品牌调性。虽然胡晓庆与熊甜波病不为很多消费者熟知,但并无碍仰望品牌与方程豹品牌在中国汽车产业的异军突起。企业家走红应该是所领导企业受到消费者认可而水到渠成的结果,而非企业家通过炒作走红而去对消费者的理性决策形成误导。因此,笔者建议中国的企业家们,千万不要被雷军与周鸿祎这些企业家网红的行为所蛊惑。而是回归商业本质,在组织维度构建一支良将如潮的核心团队,在业务维度踏踏实实地做好研发、制造、品牌、渠道与服务等领域的关键工作,通过产品口碑实现长期战略的胜利,而非通过打造个人IP去谋求一些缺乏真实价值的流量。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":337,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":307730562154688,"gmtCreate":1716164188457,"gmtModify":1716164190474,"author":{"id":"4110694280716670","authorId":"4110694280716670","name":"WZT777","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/1e0ec03d99e502cdfdf2890e8dd6e1f8","crmLevel":6,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110694280716670","authorIdStr":"4110694280716670"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"真是个天大的笑话","listText":"真是个天大的笑话","text":"真是个天大的笑话","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/307730562154688","repostId":"2436193381","repostType":2,"repost":{"id":"2436193381","pubTimestamp":1716135776,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2436193381?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2024-05-20 tg-height=\"310\"/><span>资料来源:FactSet,中金公司研究部</span></p><p><strong>市场前景展望</strong></p><p>尽管整体市场情绪和预期原本就较为低迷,但上周市场在新年开局不久便再度大跌并逼近2022年底部仍出乎多数人意料,毕竟2023年2月以来市场的低迷表现已经持续了一年,如果从2021年3月高点开始算起市场弱势已长达三年之久。各主要指数均创下2022年10月以来新低,同时上周三亦创下2022年10月下旬以来单日最大跌幅。</p><p>市场弱势始自周一MLF利率意外维持不变(通常被视作1月22日LPR是否调降的信号,虽然可能未必完全如此)。我们在上期周报《降息的交易策略》中指出,由于企业和居民部门面临的实际与相对融资成本都仍然偏高,降息减轻利息负担并提振需求依然必要,更何况近期增长动能趋弱也需要更多政策支持。<strong>正因此如,MLF利率维持不变,进一步打压了市场对于更多政策出台支持的预期,而这又是提振信心和情绪的关键所在。</strong>这一背景下,4季度经济数据低于预期、一些资金无需的抛售(例如北向资金流出130亿元),叠加其他因素担忧,可能共同导致了周三市场的抛售。</p><p>图表:近两年来,海外主动型基金转为低配中国市场</p><p tg-height=\"333\"/><span>资料来源:EPFR,Wind,中金公司研究部</span></p><p>那么,<strong>市场跌到什么位置了?与历次底部对比如何?后续能期待什么?</strong></p><p><strong>部分技术指标已经接近历次底部极端水平。</strong>我们在2022年11月发表的《港股历次底部与反弹特征》曾选取21世纪以来港股市场五轮典型的下行周期特别是底部区域,从宏观与盈利、估值与风险溢价、资金面以及投资者情绪等几个维度下的多项细分指标进行对比。我们发现,当前部分细分指标已经达到甚至超越此前几轮的市场低点。1)估值:恒生指数7.4倍动态PE仅次于08年金融危机以及2022年10月底的市场底部;2)风险溢价:升至9.9%,与22年10月底部相当;3)17.2%的卖空成交占比已仅次于22年10月底,RSI以及成交换手也都接近此前几轮市场底部等。此外,从技术位看,恒指月线级别的支撑位在14,600附近。因此,市场在目前水平获得支撑,甚至在恐慌抛售后出现一定反弹也不足为奇。</p><p><strong>不过,2023年多次冲高回落的经验反弹若要持续仍需要“对症”政策作为基础,当前环境下需要及时且有力的财政支持。</strong>2023年以来,我们一直强调,有力的财政支持对重振信用扩张尤为关键,这对港股也同样重要。2023年10月底万亿人民币国债和今年1月初央行重启PSL都是“对症”方向。但不论何种形式,都需要足够力度才能达到总量效果。我们测算显示,若2024年广义财政赤字脉冲相比2023年持平转正,对应净增财政赤字3万亿人民币左右(《2023年,港股何以再跑输?》),大体对应3万亿人民币特别国债或1万亿人民币PSL。了解了这一点,就不难理解为何2023年11月以来财政预期减弱下市场再度趋弱,也就不难理解为何美债利率超预期下行也没能起到太大效果(《港股与美债缘何背离》)。</p><p><strong>海外方面,美债利率小幅上行再度对市场造成扰动。</strong>本周公布的12月零售销售环比同增0.6%,高于预期0.3%,美国经济韧性仍好于市场预期,由此使得此前计入的3月降息预期已经有所回调。我们此前提示投资者美债利率的下行或仍将面临波折,市场前期对于降息过于乐观的预期反过来可能招致美联储“敲打”带来不确定性。与此同时,特朗普赢得爱荷华州党内初选,拜登支持率创新低。特朗普对华贸易方面的严厉态度再度引发市场担忧。</p><p>图表:由于降息路径不确定性犹存,10年期美债利率回升至4.1%左右</p><p tg-height=\"339\"/><span>资料来源:Bloomberg,中金公司研究部</span></p><p>总结而言,<strong>当前点位技术面有一定支撑,但反弹尤其是持续性仍需“对症”政策发力。</strong>技术上超卖和月线支撑位都可能给市场提供一定短期支撑,且悲观情绪宣泄后也往往有一些喘息,甚至反弹。然而,2022年底以来的多次经验告诉我们,能否形成持续性的反弹,仍需要“对症”政策发力。在当前环境下,中央加杠杆对应的大规模财政支持,对于重启信用周期尤为重要,这也是港股的关键(《港股市场2024年展望:不疾而速》、《中央加杠杆的市场含义》)。</p><p>往前看,从目前到美联储开始降息(观察1月底FOMC对3月是否降息信号)直到降息几次以刺激其地产需求改善前,美债利率会有“折返跑”,但仍有下行空间(中枢3.5~3.8%)(《降息交易还有多少空间?》、《美联储提前降息的“深意”》),<strong>这意味着外部环境对我们仍有政策宽松空间和窗口,</strong>如果届时政策也再度发力,那么一定程度的修复反弹依然可以期待。方向上,更多的货币宽松对应小盘成长,更大的财政力度对应顺周期和核心资产。反之,若降息和更多财政力度未兑现或低于预期的话,高分红以及我们去年以来一直推荐的“哑铃型”策略仍将有吸引力,甚至有望继续跑赢(《新宏观形势下的高分红投资价值》)。</p><p>具体来看,支撑我们上述观点的主要逻辑和上周需要关注的变化主要包括:</p><p>2023年4季度中国经济环比趋弱:</p><p><strong>1) 2023全年中国GDP同比增长5.2%。</strong>2023年4季度,中国GDP同比增速5.2%,与3季度的4.9%相比增速有所加快。但是,疫情因素导致2022年4季度基数较低,2023年4季度中国GDP两年年均复合增速从2023年3季度的4.4%放缓至4.0%,四年年均复合增速4.7%,与2023年3季度持平。经季节性因素调整后,去年4季度GDP环比增速1.0%。</p><p><strong>2) 2023年全年规模以上工业增加值同比增长4.6%。</strong>具体到各个行业,采矿业增加值增长2.3%,制造业增长5.0%,电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业增长4.3%。设备制造业行业增加值增长6.8%,与规模以上整体工业增加值相比增速高出2.2个百分点。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">外部扰动犹存:</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3) 2023年12月美国零售额环比增速超出市场一致预期,削弱了降息预期。</strong>具体来看,12月美国零售额环比增长0.6%,高于0.4%的市场一致预期。行业方面,机动车零售额环比增长1.1%、服装环比增长1.5%,百货店环比增长3%,美国经济韧性仍好于市场预期,由此带来降息预期部分下调。</p><p><strong>4) 2023全年中国GDP同比增长5.2%。2023年4季度,中国GDP同比增速5.2%,与3季度的4.9%相比增速有所加快。但是,疫情因素导致2022年4季度基数较低,2023年4季度中国GDP两年年均复合增速从2023年3季度的4.4%放缓至4.0%,四年年均复合增速4.7%,与2023年3季度持平。经季节性因素调整后,去年4季度GDP环比增速1.0%。2) 2023年全年规模以上工业增加值同比增长4.6%。具体到各个行业,采矿业增加值增长2.3%,制造业增长5.0%,电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业增长4.3%。设备制造业行业增加值增长6.8%,与规模以上整体工业增加值相比增速高出2.2个百分点。外部扰动犹存:3) However, OXY buyers stepped in to support the stock as OPEC+ went on the offensive against the oil bears by aiming to cut 2M barrels a day in production. However, we urge investors to be wary of the actual output cut, as the curtailment could be just10% of the announcedreduction.</p><p>Furthermore, OPEC+'s move has given the Biden Administration more ammunition to be aggressive with the maneuvers on the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), with a move torelease another 10M to 15M barrelsin the works.</p><p>Coupled with economists factoring in a recession as the base case now (we have highlighted such a thesis to our members for months), we urge investors to place more emphasis on demand destruction at the current levels. Hence, Wall Street remains confident that Occidental's revenue and adjusted EBIT growth would withstand the coming recession better than they anticipated in August.</p><p>Therefore, we deduce that analysts remain unperturbed by the potential for further demand destruction as they elect to focus more on the supply/demand dynamics in holding up energy prices. However, we urge investors to be very cautious in making such assumptions.</p><p>We have consistently highlighted to our members that the equity markets have already priced in a mild-to-moderate recession, with the risks of a severe recession rising recently. Bloomberg Economics also updated in a recent commentary that it is "effectively certain" of a recession over the next twelve months. It accentuated:</p><blockquote>A US recession is effectively certain in the next 12 months in new Bloomberg Economics model projections. The latest recession probability models by Bloomberg economists Anna Wong and Eliza Winger forecast a higher recession probability across all timeframes, with the 12-month estimate of a downturn by October 2023 hitting 100%, up from 65% for the comparable period in the previous update. -Bloomberg</blockquote><p>If only the recession were just contained in the US. Europe is arguably already in a recession. The IMF and World Bank also warned recently of significant risks to global growth and financial stability through 2023 as the Fed's aggressive rate hikes threatened to upend the order in emerging markets. Therefore, we deduce that these estimates will start to come down rapidly once these analysts who are still in "wonderland" realize that they may have understated the impact of the recession in their coverage.</p><p>Make no mistake that the OXY and its peers remain highly cyclical plays and are not immune to a recession, especially a significant one. Therefore, investors looking to add OXY should consider adding after the Street analysts have gone into a panic mode, marking down OXY and its peers' estimates drastically.</p><h2>Is OXY Stock A Buy, Sell, Or Hold?<img src=\"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/9626a03a3375d8830a9230ac26f7a4a5\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"331\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/></h2><p>OXY NTM normalized P/E valuation trend (koyfin)</p><p>Investors not experienced with cyclical plays need to be wary about so-called "cheap valuations." And OXY looks pretty cheap at 7.2x NTM earnings, well below its 10Y mean of 37x.</p><p>Well, that's because analysts have yet to cut their earnings estimates drastically to reflect the recessionary reality. The market is not dumb. Of course, it knows OXY is trading well below its 10Y mean. Yet, it's not interested in re-rating OXY over six months. Also, the market drew buyers in rapidly drawn at its September lows. However, we deduce that the market is not interested in allowing buying momentum to go higher from here, with the price structures looking increasingly ominous, portending a steeper decline.</p><p>Hence, we urge investors to capitalize on the recent sharp rally to cut more exposure. Investors looking to add should wait patiently for the Street analysts to go into a panic frenzy rushing to cut OXY's estimates. We urge investors to watch the re-test of its "intermediate support 1." If that level fails, OXY could fall rapidly to the gap toward its "intermediate support 2."</p><p>By then, we believe OXY would likely already have fallen significantly before the Street analysts started to panic (the market is forward-looking).
