之前我也以为增发到9亿股股价会跌的厉害,但是向人请教了之后发现不是这么回事,现在的公告里是前2000万1.05美金增发,后3500万就不低于2美金多了,投资方都这么有信心,那些造谣一增发就低到几毛钱的人不知道买没买ff股票,反正我昨天全仓了。 贾yt接手后后面不断会有正面消息出来,原来的四人董事目的就是要搞破产所以各种打压股价,现在四人被清除出董事会,后面就希望比较大了。

前期总共亏了四十多亿美金,现在到年底量产也就4个月时间,所所有的投资人都不想看到ff倒在终点线上,现在规划融6亿只是应急,应该很容易凑齐,因为只要大家看到真的量产了,潜在投资就会蜂蛹而至,按现在在融资条件多融钱没有必要。总之,坚持我的想法,加仓。

FF吊大家胃口5,6年了,好处是全世界都知道这个牌子了,其他新创品牌知名度差一些,现在离量产就差临门一脚,另外ff的这个标志设计是神来之笔,整车样式也极具科幻感,虽然好几年过去了但是现在看来还是很有吸引力,只要能量产,国内的订单大概率会火爆,我的策略是逢低就加仓,只要不破产就有机会。

Top(全球合伙人公司)重新赢得FF控制权,恶意破产董事团队出局,的确算得上拨乱反正,并喜提1亿美元融资,对于FF来说,这是难得的好消息。但坏消息是,FF91量产第N次跳票,凭实力坐实外界对其“PPT造车”的质疑、嘲讽,代表FF经营仍将处于只出不进的状态,需要外部资本输血,重回正轨并非易事,更谈不上迎来重大拐点。</p><p>FF91量产屡次跳票,不断透支外界对FF本就脆弱的信任,也在不断加深对贾跃亭造车不靠谱的疑虑。该车自2017年1月公开亮相以来,一次次在原定的量产时间表交不出答卷。一开始信誓旦旦地声称FF91在2018年底正式交付,2019年的说法是距离量产只有一步之遥,2020年则变成距离交付仅剩临门一脚。</p><p>2021年7月,FF终于迎来借壳上市,彼时承诺FF91将在12个月内量产交付,即最晚到今年7月开始交付。一直以来,FF91无法量产的根本原因在于陷入钱荒,背后是融资受阻和对贾跃亭的不信任。FF上市喜提10亿美元融资,为FF91量产扫除障碍,FF称在FF91推出之前不需要额外资金。</p><p>但计划赶不上变化。2个月前,FF又改口称,FF91推迟到今年Q3甚至Q4交付,且说公司出现现金短缺,希望筹集约3.25亿美元。最近,FF 91量产再添变数,FF宣布将延期,原因仍是老生常谈的缺钱,好在外界早已见怪不怪。</p><p>截至2021年底,FF现金余额为5.05亿美元,到今年3月底进一步缩水至2.76亿美元。这意味着,FF在短短8个月便花去7.24亿美元,主要用于建设汉福德制造工厂、还各种债。而今年Q2,FF又面临1.42亿美元的净亏损,使其现金余额进一步缩水,穷到已无法满足日常开支。</p><p>FF预计,从今年9月1日至12月31日,公司将消耗2.93亿美元的运营现金,即便加上上个月5200万美元、最近1亿美元融资,FF账上资金还是不够。为了活下去,FF只能想方设法开源节流,开源指的是继续融资,节流指的是裁员、延迟付款,这也使FF91在今年Q3或Q4交付变得不切实际。</p><p><img
