Go)正在布局出海,并将发布搭载百度最新自动驾驶大模型ADFM的Apollo自动驾驶开放平台10.0。此前有消息称,百度已开始与外国汽车制造商、网约车平台和其他科技公司讨论通过当地合作伙伴将萝卜快跑部署到境外。但海外合资企业的时间和地点尚未最终确定。还有消息称萝卜快跑将落地中国香港。第一财经记者就萝卜快跑出海计划询问百度方面,截至发稿未获回应。事实上,不只是百度,包括小马智行、文远知行等在内的多家自动驾驶企业都已在布局海外市场,在包括美国、新加坡、阿联酋等开展自动驾驶车辆测试与商业运营服务。但和所有其他出海业务一样,面临着包括政策、用户习惯、本地化等挑战。此前已在美国展开路测出行服务被看作为自动驾驶商业化落地的关键场景。在出海之前,百度无人车出行服务萝卜快跑已在国内包括上海、北京、武汉、阳泉、合肥、长沙等在内的11个城市限定区域和时间内进行载人测试运营服务。根据百度最新财报,2024年第二季度,百度的自动驾驶服务萝卜快跑供应的自动驾驶订单约89.9万单,同比增长26%,总服务量已超700万单。而百度的第六代自动驾驶汽车RT6已开始进行规模化全无人道路测试。今年7月,萝卜快跑在武汉的运营引发市场关注,百度此前预计,在武汉区域有望在2025年全面进入盈利期。实现盈利的背后,萝卜快跑第6代无人车整车成本相较于5代车下降60%,价格约在20.46万元。技术成熟度加上政策的支持,以及经过中国多城市道路的规模化测试和成本的大幅下降,萝卜快跑的商业模式得到初步验证,此时到了评估全球市场竞争与出海时机的关键阶段。百度并未透露出海的具体国家与合作企业。目前主要开展自动驾驶测试的国家集中在中美两国。加利福尼亚州是最早允许自动驾驶汽车进行测试的地区之一,此外,亚利桑那州、内华达州等地区也陆续开放了自动驾驶汽车的测试和上路。以美国为例,据第一财经记者了解,百度在2016年就获得了美国加州颁发的第15张自动驾驶路测牌照,到2018年1月初,百度搭载Apollo 2.0无人车第一次在加州公路上进行测试。第一财经记者曾在硅谷试乘了搭载L3级和L4级百度无人车,车型包括了林肯MK系L4级无人车以及国内新能源汽车智能出行平台盼达用车与百度合作开发的L3级无人车,试乘范围包括位于美国桑尼韦尔研发中心附近几公里范围内的公共道路和百度研发中心园区内封闭道路,包括变道、等红灯、避让、转弯等都由无人车自主完成,时速在50公里左右。“北京和硅谷时差16个小时,工作时间昼夜相接。所以我们每天的工作日常就是在北京研发然后马上在硅谷测试,在硅谷研发然后马上在北京测试。可以说是昼夜兼程,争分夺秒。”此前Apollp平台研发负责人、现自动驾驶初创公司云骥智行联合创始人王京傲对第一财经记者表示。不过百度在美国自动驾驶仍以研发和道路测试为主,随着自动驾驶技术的不断成熟和萝卜快跑商业化运营的推进,百度有望将这一经验复制到美国市场,进一步推动自动驾驶技术的海外商业化进程。除了美国市场外,几年前百度还曾和软银旗下软银集团子公司SB Drive以及金龙合作, 实现阿波龙(无人驾驶电动汽车)小批量供应日本运营。随着自动驾驶技术的不断发展,多国政府也在逐步完善相关法律法规,目前包括日本、新加坡以及多个欧洲国家如法国等,也已经都在不同程度上允许自动驾驶汽车的测试和上路。一位业内人士对记者表示,如果进军上述市场,百度首先需要通过当地包括自动驾驶汽车的测试许可、运营许可、数据保护法规、隐私政策等,这通常需要投入大量时间和资源进行合规性审查和调整。此外还要搭建本地化运营团队,了解当地市场需求和用户习惯,提供符合当地特色的自动驾驶出行服务,这包括与当地合作伙伴的沟通合作、服务流程的优化等方面。自动驾驶开启“下半场”的角逐走过技术验证的“上半场”,自动驾驶“下半场”的角逐已经开启,商业化运营正在成为自动驾驶行业发展的重点。根据Frost&Sullivan预测,随着技术进步、政策有利及成本降低,Robotaxi将于2026年左右实现大规模商业化,预计到2030年Robotaxi将在全球范围内广泛采用,届时Robotaxi在中国智慧出行的渗透率将达到31.8%,2035年将达到69.3%。预计到2030年,中国和全球Robotaxi市场规模将分别达4888亿/8349亿元。在全球范围内,特斯拉、谷歌等都在加速推进Robotaxi业务。业内认为,全球自动驾驶竞赛日趋激烈,这使百度等企业开始加速扩展海外市场。但全球市场已经存在众多对手,如Waymo、Cruise、Uber、特斯拉等。此前,Waymo通过与Uber的合作,将其服务扩展到了奥斯汀和亚特兰大;通用汽车旗下的Cruise也在多个城市重启了无人驾驶服务,并与Uber签署协议扩大服务范围。而特斯拉也即将在当地时间10月10日公布无人驾驶出租车的最新进展。多家中国自动驾驶企业也已先于百度萝卜快跑,加快布局海外市场。9月底,文远知行和优步(Uber)宣布建立战略合作伙伴关系,将共同推进文远知行自动驾驶车辆上线Uber平台,并将于今年年底在阿联酋首都阿布扎比首先落地。一批文远知行自动驾驶车辆将上线Uber href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BABA\">阿里巴巴</a>集团董事会主席兼首席执行官张勇(逍遥子),将加盟晨壹基金,和创始人刘晓丹一起,共同担任管理合伙人。</p><p>这是一个意料之外、但又情理之中的消息。</p><p>意料之外在于,去年9月,当张勇卸任阿里的一系列管理职务后,人们猜测他会创办一家新基金。但客观来说,投资是一个讲究年份的行业,如今对创立一个新机构来说,或许不能算是最好的时机。</p><p>情理之中则在于,从许多方面来看,这几乎是一个可以把张勇的职业履历和投资完美结合的路径。</p><p>不同于传统意义上的财务投资基金,自2019年成立之初,晨壹就鲜明旗帜地定义了自己:一家并购基金。</p><p>作为这家机构的创始人,刘晓丹最为人所知的,也来自于她在华泰联合展开的大刀阔斧的改革,短短几年就将一个籍籍无名的地方券商,打造为国内的并购领导者。中国内资投行“三中一华”中的“华”,就是指刘晓丹领导下的华泰。她“并购女王”的名号也在此时立下。</p><p>投资的本质都是低买高卖。但不同的是,财务投资赚的是估值的价差,而并购赚的是更复杂、也更辛苦的钱。这是因为并购的难点不仅在于交易,而更在于故事的后半段:如何令一家公司变得更好,或者说,实现价值增值。这更接近于创始人、经营者的视角,而非投资人的。</p><p>这大概也是张勇和刘晓丹的互补意义。</p><p>毕业于上海财经大学的张勇在1995年至2005年间,先后任职于安达信、普华永道两大会计师事务所,而后加入盛大集团任财务总监,其后一路做到CFO:其间他完善了公司的财务与投资体系,延展了盛大的资本想象力。</p><p>有盛大当时的高管曾告诉「暗涌Waves」,当年公司接连的投资行为中,作为财务负责人的张勇深入参与了决策、尽调等工作。</p><p>2007年8月,张勇在盛大出完当季财报后,正式到陈天桥口中“规模较小的私人公司”阿里巴巴报到,出任淘宝网CFO。2015年5月,张勇接任阿里巴巴集团CEO,并在四年后的2019年9月成为阿里巴巴集团董事会主席,带领这一超大型组织经历了环境的剧烈变化和一系列挑战。</p><p>这些经历或许也是张勇选择晨壹的原因。</p><p>并购在中国,道阻且长。在过去二十年的国内资本市场,这是一个时常被提及、但又总是差一分火候的概念。究其根本,并购往往是更成熟的资本市场、乃至商业体系的标志和产物。</p><p>按照刘晓丹曾经的概括,美国之所以成为一个成熟的并购市场,源于其产业竞争、资本市场、公司治理这三要素都同时出现了。但在2023年3月的一次分享中,她说,第一次感觉到这三要素在中国同时闪现,“并购市场系统性的机会出现了。”</p><p>刘晓丹曾说过的一句话:“管理一定是难的,这也是并购基金创造价值的根本”。她和张勇的组合,或许将有助于推动更多的企业以及投资者重新思考并购的价值,激发并购市场的活力。</p><p>晨壹基金已完成多笔投资并购案例,最具代表性的包括:2020年3月,入局<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/301207\">华兰疫苗</a>,并在之后成功收获基金第一个IPO。同年5月,向<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>半导体注资1亿元战略投资。11月,晨壹向动力电池赛道龙头<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/03931\">中创新航</a>投资3.44亿,成功收获又一IPO。2021年晨壹携手团队,通过快速并购整合成立瑞辰宠物医院,22年分别获得爱尔医疗和KKR的投资加持。还有今年年初的消息是,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300760\">迈瑞医疗</a>收购<a Examples include the company's e-commerce platform's recommendations and, of course, its Alexa virtual assistant.</p><p>I suspect the biggest way that Amazon will win with the AI explosion, though, is with its Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS ranks as the top cloud provider based on market share. It's Amazon's fastest-growing and most profitable business. AWS teamed up with innovative AI company Hugging Face in February to make it easier for customers to create generative AI applications.</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">Amazon also has its foot in the door of the self-driving car market. The company acquired Zoox in 2020. Zoox hopes to enable autonomous ride-hailing services. Amazon could potentially use the technology for its own use in delivering products to homes as well.</p><h2 style=\"text-align: start;\">3. Microsoft</h2><p style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>Microsoft</strong> has been a top player in AI for a long time. The company's partnership with and investment in OpenAI, though, has been a game changer. There are two main ways that Microsoft should benefit from its OpenAI integration.</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">First, it's integrating OpenAI's ChatGPT throughout its Microsoft 365 product suite.
