Is the stock market about to crash?  Since I have no crystal ball I cannot say when. But I can say that the market is getting closer to the next crash.  The market crashes on average every 4 to 8 years. I can also say that many popular technical analyses say that timing the market does not work.  The stock market has proven to be the No. 1 place to invest for the long term basing on 100 years of history.Also studies have shown the longer you hold a diversified portfolio, the better your returns will be. And.....Stock market investing is for life and not the next market crash!If you worried about your stocks or ETFs in your portfolio, consider Selling them! Sure.  But please don't do it because you are scared of the market crashing!Sell them for good reasons li

DBS - My Most Bullish Singapore Stock

$DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$DBS is my most Bullish Singapore Stock! Even the recent market volatility due to Omicron did not dent its share price!  It is solid like a rock and and seems impervious to this challenging situation. DBS is the largest bank in Singapore with SGD 646 Billion in assets and the safest bank in Asia.  It is also a winner of 25 Global Awards, the latest is World's Best Bank 2021 by Euro money. DBS is in 18 markets around the world and has more than 30000 employees. In the 3rd quarter ended 30 September 2021, the Net Profit is up 31% from a year ago to SGD1.70 Billion.  Its 9 month net profit is up 46% to record SGD5.41 Billion. $IFAST CORPORATION LTD.(AIY.SI)$ Good news for IFast investors!  Dividends have been increasing. It has declared a third interim dividend of SGD0.013, up 62.5% year on year from SGD0. 008 paid in 2020.  It is also higher than the previous quarter's dividend of SGD0.011.  Ex dividend date for the current quarter is 1 November 2021. For the 9 months 2021, the total dividend of SGD0.034 has already exceeded 2020's full year dividend of SGD0.033.$IFAST CORPORATION LTD.(AIY.SI)$is also one of a few companies that pays quarterly dividends too. For a dividend loving investor like me, this is music to my ears. @Tiger Stars

$OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORP(O39.SI)$ With the expected increase of interest rates by the Feds next year, OCBC will be a beneficiary as it can raise interest rates on its loans.  Right now, of the 3 local banks, OCBC shares are undervalued. Yesterday it started trending upwards and I believe it will continue to do in the near future. Great time to buy now to capture the uptrend. $OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORP(O39.SI)$ is the 2nd largest bank in Singapore and has been paying regular dividends.   In a volatile market like now, I know that OCBC is solid like a rock and offers peace of mind, knowing it is a very stable bank with exponential growth in Asia. Go Long Go

$GENTING SINGAPORE LIMITED(G13.SI)$ Genting Singapore is well known for Resorts World Sentosa located in Sentosa Island.  It is a Tourist Destination and was badly hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.However there is green shoots of recovery lately as the share price has inched higher. Performance wise, 3rd quarter 2021 was lack lustre as the gaming revenue decreased by - 13.9% quarter on quarter.  However it outperformed its arch rival, Marina Bay Sands which dropped - 35%.  This is largely due to restriction capped at 2 players per table and alternate jackpot machines.It also had to ditch its plan to built a casino in Yokohama Japan as the new mayor is anti gambling.However the good news is that with the opening of Singapor

$PROPNEX LIMITED(OYY.SI)$ Despite the volatility in the market the last few days, Propnex is holding its own and did not dip too much!  It is the largest Real Estate agency in Singapore and is achieving high growth due to a hot property market here!It is a great stock to own as it is asset light and enjoys economies of scale.   I look forward to holding this stock long term as I believe in land scarce Singapore, property prices will continue its upward trend and Propnex is right in the heart of this boom!
