Total amount available for distribution for the 1st six months ended 30 June 2021 rose by 18.2% to SGD311 million. 1HFY2021 distribution per unit rose by 5.4% to 7.66 cents.

It pays dividends half yearly.
If I am only allowed to own 1 REIT, it would be Ascendas Reit. It has a great management team and backed by Temasek Holdings.
