分享一下我的备兑期权开仓策略,我认为白捡钱的一种适合于长期投资者的交易策略。当前我持有1200股特斯拉正股,账户现金余额是0,我自己允许自己杠杆到30%。刚刚我卖了12手10.30到期的700 call,得到现金23000+,之后又卖了3手10.31到期300Put,得到现金4000左右,这样我直接得到27000现金,只要10.30之前股票在300到700之间波动,这钱就稳了。危险情况有两种,第一,股票在10.31之前涨过700,这时我Put的4000就稳稳入袋同时只要我不平仓我卖的call那么24000也会是我的,同时系统会在10.30以700每股平仓我的1200股特斯拉,我可以获利840000+27000=867000清仓离场。第二种,股票在10.30之前跌下300,系统会平仓我的3手put帮我以300每股买入300股特斯拉股票,实际花费90000-27000(我卖call 和put的钱)=63000。没有超过我30%的杠杆率。三种情况我都可以欣然接受,所以这27000的备兑期权开仓收益在我心中属于白捡的,但是在10.30之前我不可以动我的正股否则会非常危险,或者非常麻烦,分享给大家这个交易策略。

今日最新调整看了一眼700的call跌到4.5了,平仓,基本都赚到了,然后转手卖了12月600的call 12手,单价20获利24000刀,这一波下跌还有一阵子,这个call时间的确有点长,但是第一预期后面没有太多利好了,3季度交付不会超过14万,所以所有利好都看4季度能否过16万了,真爆涨也得一月初公布Q4交付量。第二,这两天如果跌特别猛我就提前平仓获利再买入超远1000call。此操作mark一下,共勉

“意外加速,刹车失灵,车主重伤在医院”……\n</blockquote>\n<p>经历了2019年“自燃”的危机、2020年“割韭菜”的称号,特斯拉今年又背上了一个巨大的“质量安全问题”,所以进入“315晚会”几乎已经成了公认的事情,不少网友在微博上立下誓言,称“特斯拉不上315,自己就如何如何”。</p>\n<p>然而万众瞩目的特斯拉,并没有登上315的舞台的原因很简单,因为你可以说特斯拉装配质量不好、你可以说特斯拉自动驾驶不完善、你可以说特斯拉甩锅能力一流……但至今为止却没有任何站得住脚的官方权威证据,来证明特斯拉真的存在严重安全隐患。</p>\n<p>比如这个突然在去年火起来的“刹车失灵”“意外加速”的问题,尽管网上关于“讨伐”特斯拉的文章密度如同2019年“自燃”正火的时候,却一直处于“公说公有理,婆说婆有理”的阶段。交通局给出的鉴定报告以及特斯拉官方给出的事故数据记录,也被人称之为是“裁判、运动员一人当”,无法令人信服。</p>\n<p><b>那么到底特斯拉刹车系统有问题么?</b></p>\n<p>关于特斯拉刹车系统的争议各说纷纭,每个人都可能存有既定的立场或者知识局限性,并且由于消费者和厂商天然的“利害敌对”关系,所以人们一直期待着能有权威的第三方机构,或者无任何利害关系的人来做一个全面的分析解释,一方面给拥有特斯拉或者潜在车主一个放心或者解决方向,另一方面给那些出了事故的车主以及家人一个交代。</p>\n<p>作为典型的“事前我不管,出事我重罚”的美国监管部门,NHTSA在2021年1月8日,公布了一项关于“特斯拉刹车失灵、意外加速”请愿书的调查结果书(DP 20-001)。</p>\n<p>注:NHTSA(National Highway Traffic Safety Administration,美国高速公路安全管理局)并非单纯是一家测试机构,而是美国政府部门汽车安全的最高主管机关,是美国政府部门车辆监管的权威机构。</p>\n<p>2019年12月19日,NHTSA收到了一份“存在意外加速情况,召回从2013年开始生产的Model S、Model X、Model 3”的请愿书,其中有232种不重复的投诉,包括203个碰撞事故报告。之后NHTSA负责产品缺陷分析调查的ODI(故障调查办公室,Office of Defect Investigation)介入调查,并且额外添加了非请愿书中14例投诉情况,所以共计246种故障投诉情况。</p>\n<p><b>经过调查,ODI发现在所有发生事故且有相关数据的案例中,无一例外所有的事故均是由人员“误踩踏板”,也就是应该踩刹车踏板时,踩成了加速踏板所导致的结果。</b></p>\n<p><b>所有投诉情况中,并无任何证据能够证明加速踏板安装、电机控制系统、刹车系统有问题导致案件中的意外加速发生;而且没有任何证据能够证明是设计问题导致的用户“误踩踏板”可能性会提高。</b></p>\n<p><b>此外,由Dr.Belt提出的由“电子设备故障”可能导致特斯拉意外加速的理论,是基于对车辆系统设计以及Log数据的错误假设。</b></p>\n<p>注:Ronald A. Belt博士,拥有40多年电子行业从业经历的美国工程师,自2011年从霍尼韦尔退休之后,一直在研究车辆的意外加速,先后发表十余篇报告。曾在2020年发布过一篇长达66页关于特斯拉意外加速的技术可能分析。</p>\n<p>在NHTSA的调查结果中,还有一些颇有意思的数据细节。</p>\n<p>首先,在所有被调查的211起“意外加速”事故中,全部发生在该“踩刹车”的场景下。其中86%的事故发生在停车场、私人停车道或是一些非行驶路段的局限区域,其中几乎所有的事故均发生的非常快,从发生所谓的“意外加速”到碰撞不到3秒。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/0e5fd8d154bf3acea472116f0f586808\" tg-width=\"946\" tg-height=\"548\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>根据所有的事故数据显示,<b>车辆的加速、减速完全按照车主的“踏板位置”来执行的,ODI并没有发现任何车辆加速或者电机扭矩是脱离“踏板位置”的情况。</b></p>\n<p>仅有几个例子发生了“加速、制动踏板同时踩下”的情况,而车辆的刹车系统“优先机制”工作逻辑完全执行正常,切断了电机扭矩输出。</p>\n<p>注:特斯拉的刹车系统拥有绝对“优先机制”,且独立于电机控制系统;即当加速踏板先踏下,然后踩下刹车,那么电机将会切断扭矩输出,同时执行刹车操作;而如果反过来,车辆会限制动力输出为50kW以下,只要加速踏板不踩超过7成,驾驶者能够通过刹车将车辆保持在原地。</p>\n<p><b>在这些“意外加速”的事故案例中,约有97%的加速踏板数据,在2秒内达到了85%-97%的踩踏深度;与此同时刹车数据显示,90%没有任何刹车行为,10%则是在临近碰撞发生前一秒内踩下了刹车踏板。</b></p>\n<p>(ODI调查中某典型案例的EDR、Log数据,从上至下依次为速度、加速踏板位置、刹车踏板、刹车主缸压力)</p>\n<p><b>最有意思的,是约51%的事故发生在当事人驾驶特斯拉不足6个月的情况下</b>。</p>\n<p>需要注意的是,电动车的刹车系统,虽然都会采用线控(Drive-by-Wire)技术,也就是通过电子传感器对“开度”进行判断,但是所有的刹车系统都是冗余设计,即哪怕电子系统完全失效,甚至是断电,纯粹的物理刹车结构也是足够支撑刹车需求的。</p>\n<blockquote>\n 注:特斯拉刹车系统采用的是博世的iBooster,根据博世官方的资料显示:首先,如果电池供电不足,那么刹车系统则会以节能模式工作,减少车辆电气系统的不必要负荷,同时防止车载电源发生故障;其次,如果刹车系统发生故障,ESP会接管并提供制动助力。(ESP和ABS不同,ABS要有踏板输入才能起作用,ESP不用踏板输入也能起作用。)在上述两种情况下,制动系统均可在200N踏板力作用下,提供0.4g的减速度。而如果系统发生失效时,即断电模式下,驾驶员可以通过无制动助力的纯液压模式对所有四个车轮施加车轮制动,使车辆安全停止。\n</blockquote>\n<p>除了这些,特斯拉还有两套机制来保证刹车的安全。</p>\n<p>首先是APPS,即刹车系统拥有冗余的位置传感器、无接触感应传感技术、传感器独立供电、传感器电压曲线校对纠错等。当踏板被踩下,如果位置传感器的电压曲线不符合“独立监控处理器”所检测的踏板位置,那么系统将会直接进入错误模式,切断所有电机扭矩输出,以保证安全。</p>\n<p>其次是PPM(踏板误踩补救机制,Pedal Misapplication Mitigation),简单来说就是如果驾驶者在“不正常”的突然踩下加速踏板,系统将会判断是发生“误踩”,就会切断电机输出甚至是执行刹车。但是这套系统设计的初衷仅针对于“直线先前或向后行驶”的状况,而发生事故中绝大多数都带有幅度较大的转向,所以ODI在调查中发现仅有13%的log数据中显示该软件起效,其他时候PPM并没有介入。</p>\n<p>当然,如果所有的电子零部件全部出问题、加上驾驶者依照平时踩刹车的力度去刹车,则有可能出现刹车距离较长、甚至是刹不住车的情况。</p>\n<p>那问题就来了,如此多的车主在各类自媒体、电视等平台上宣称自己遇到了问题,难道都是“骗人”么?</p>\n<p>关于这点,笔者不敢妄加评论,但是有一点可以确定,那就是在国家GB21670-2008标准规定中,明文写着强制性要求;那么如果特斯拉的刹车系统的确存在新闻中的安全问题,那么不必那么多人在网络上“起义”,国家自然会介入进行整顿、召回、罚款。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ec10139a3f4c7398e6aedf9318e0d8f1\" tg-width=\"1000\" tg-height=\"265\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/2995342a0a0f3b594f4b9416d44e1059\" tg-width=\"1000\" tg-height=\"137\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>但转过头来说,除了当年的“比亚迪刹车失灵”、“奔驰刹车失灵”事件之外;就连非常著名的丰田召回赔款事件,也并没任何证据证明丰田的刹车系统有问题,只是脚垫的设计有可能导致卡住油门踏板,导致意外加速发生事故。</p>\n<p>讲个有趣的事,在20世纪80年代自动挡车型出来后,“意外加速、刹车失灵”的情况在北美开始出现,也是在这个时期NHTSA建立了对“SUA(意外加速)”的定义和调查。早期的自动挡换挡是不用踩刹车的,导致奥迪100频发意外加速情况,在北美销量大跌,后来奥迪在车上加入了刹车系统和换挡的互锁机制,也就是踩刹车才能切换倒档、或者切换前进档,该情况便逐渐消失。</p>\n<p>关于特斯拉在中国市场发生的各类“刹车失灵、意外加速”事件,笔者不敢断定特斯拉就完全没有问题,但仅仅是根据技术事实和过去发生过的“雷同”事件,来推测这些众多投诉中,究竟有多少是真实的,而又有多少是“历史重演”。</p>\n<p>当然,尽管特斯拉没有被315“请”去参加,也并不意味着特斯拉毫无问题;无论是2019年的上海地库“自燃”事件,还是前一阵“国网充电桩”的事件,特斯拉经常以“高傲”的态度面对消费者,干着“四个二带俩王”的公关策略,好好的一副牌,非得因为奇怪且不负责任的声明让事情变得更加麻烦。</p>\n<p>就像“刹车失灵,意外加速”这种事件,特斯拉完全可以公布EDR、Log数据给大家,就像当时蔚来的做法一样,所有的“谎言”不攻自破,也省的费力不讨好还最终得罪消费者。</p>\n<p>特斯拉“刹车系统”或许没问题,但是特斯拉在中国市场需要面临的“磨难”估计才刚刚开始。</p>","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html;
