工艺的话,就必须生产两种版本的前脸,管理的难度也就更高。而且,如果精度不足的话,最后装完嘎嘎漏风,也不是完全不可能。。。这下空气动力学套件,就和座舱直接联通了嚯。再一个,在组装工艺上 unbox 方案是先喷漆后拼接,如果还是按照之前的焊接方式,那我的原厂原漆可能就这么被破坏了,这下。。。不就成事故车了吗?以后再卖的话,二手贩子还怎么看?更别说在喷完漆以后,车身都会经过防腐保护处理,这时候焊接,防腐层就容易受到破坏,以后这些连接处,或者火花溅到的地方,就可能嘎嘎生锈。所以,特斯拉虽然没公布采用什么组装方式,但大概率是螺栓或者其他啥的进行固定。这就需要对全车的布局重新进行优化,它的车身强度,肯定会受到大伙儿质疑吧。而至于节省成本这一块,目前来看主要省的就是一个厂房和空间,单车的生产成本还真不好说。。。原来的流水线确实是 “ 流觞曲水 ” ,空间都浪费在白车身的运输上了,而选择并行处理,那每个部件只要有一个生产场地就行,最后组装也不用太多的空间。但你把流水线拆开改成模块化生产,在人工和机械上到底能降多少成本,仍然是个未知数。总之就是,吃力不一定讨好。那特斯拉为啥还要干这事儿呢?有人猜测,是因为股价下跌,实在没活儿了,特斯拉强行也得整一个,给股东们涨涨信心。也有人说,是因为德国工厂受到当地环保人士抵制,导致没法开工,特斯拉必须要在原来的厂房压缩生产空间。em....
