href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>之后,第二家登陆美股的中国新造车公司。如果不出意外,另一家新造车公司小鹏汽车也将在不久后登陆美股。</p><p>很多人将理想汽车与小鹏汽车和两年前IPO的蔚来汽车相提并论,这三家公司确实有很多相似之处,比如创始人都是互联网背景出身,在创办汽车公司前三人都已实现了财务自由,三家公司的股东都有互联网巨头的身影。</p><p>实际上,此前人们一般将蔚来、小鹏和威马汽车视为中国新造车的前三名,但是理想汽车的二股东、美团创始人王兴持续不断地输出蔚来、理想和小鹏排名前三的观点,加上这三家公司的创始人都是互联网背景,而威马汽车创始人沈晖是汽车背景,人们逐渐开始将蔚来、理想和小鹏这三家公司放在一起讨论。</p><p>在销售服务网络铺设方面,有别于传统车企采用4S店等经销商模式,这几家新造车都采取了直营的模式,这使得他们给车主卖车的,以及做售后服务的人员都是自己公司的员工,这可以保证服务质量不打折扣。</p><p>可以说,相比起宝马、奔驰等车企采取的4S店经销商模式,蔚来、小鹏和理想的直营模式在塑造用户口碑方面具有明显优势。比如一台奔驰出现了故障,4S店和奔驰厂家可能会互相推诿、踢皮球,嘴上说着顾客至上,但心中却是能拖则拖,但蔚来、小鹏和理想车主一旦发现自己的车有任何故障,首先是这三家公司的创始人自己就会非常重视这件事,其次专属售后人员也会尽可能帮忙处理直到对方满意,只有这样车主才会推荐更多的朋友来买车。</p><p>虽然三家公司有很多相似之处,但是在具体路线选择、生产模式、产品节奏、品牌打法等方面都有各自的风格。具体到正在申请上市的理想汽车与已经上市近两年的蔚来汽车,这两家公司的风格差异也非常明显。</p><p>从公司成立时间上来讲,蔚来成立于2014年11月,理想汽车的前身车和家成立于2015年7月,理想要晚了半年左右。不过,在新车发布和IPO时间选取上,理想汽车要比蔚来刚好晚了1.5到2年,其中最主要的原因是理想汽车的前身车和家最初目标是想做家用SEV,但是由于政策原因不得不放弃,又重新融资去做SUV。</p><p>路线之争:纯电还是混动?</p><p>理想汽车与蔚来汽车,这两家公司最大的区别在于,目前走了完全不一样的路线,理想采用增程式,蔚来采用纯电模式。</p><p>全球代表性公司<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>一直都是采用纯电模式,一般来讲纯电模式也是公认的未来方向,因此中国新造车包括蔚来、小鹏、威马等都采用了这一模式。理想汽车采用增程式,也与其历史原因有关,由于SEV失败,理想选择转做SUV,这时再做纯电在时间上将远远落后蔚来、小鹏、威马等同行,于是就“曲线救国”选择了增程式。</p><p>李想前不久坦诚,虽然团队花了很多精力去解释什么是增程式,但考虑到很多车主、媒体以及相关部门仍然不是全都认可增程式的说法,以后理想ONE就是插电混动车型,不再提增程式的说法。</p><p>李想和团队在去见投资人的时候,绝大多数投资人都表示很看好电动车这个方向,但是一听说理想汽车采取增程式,就表示不认可这一领域。对于李想和他的团队而言,过去两年面临太多这样的不看好,最后只有美团创始人王兴表示认可并支持,最终选择对其进行投资,并在本次IPO前已经成为仅次于李想的第二大股东。</p><p>当然,相信谁都无可否认,纯电才是全球汽车产业发展的终极模式,理想汽车选择这一路线只是时间的问题。王兴认可和支持的也许并不是理想汽车的增程式,而是理想汽车的创始人李想及其团队。在他看来,只要有李想这个人带领,哪怕未来有一天转到纯电模式,也一样可以做得很好。</p><p>考虑到进入7月以来,特斯拉和蔚来都在资本市场饱受追捧,理想汽车选择此时去上市,可以说是刚好踩对了时间点,遇到了IPO的绝佳好机会。不过,最终资本市场对这种插电混动模式认可与否,还需要时间来验证。</p><p>生产制造:代工模式与自建工厂</p><p>蔚来汽车目前采取<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600418\">江淮汽车</a>代工的生产制造模式,因此一些蔚来车主在买车时需要将车身尾部的“江淮汽车”几个字去掉。</p><p>蔚来最早就采用了这种代工模式,中途有意在上海自建工厂,最后因为特斯拉落地上海,自建工厂不得不取消,仍然回归到代工模式。</p><p>小鹏汽车的第一款车型小鹏G3同样选择由海马汽车代工,但在这个过程中开始筹建自己位于广东肇庆的工厂,并于今年5月获批,小鹏汽车的第二款车型小鹏P7将在小鹏肇庆产业园生产。</p><p>可以说,蔚来当下选择的代工模式有其不得已之处,随着交付车辆越来越多,未来自建工厂应该是大势所趋。</p><p>而理想汽车则更为直接,第一款车型就采取了位于江苏常熟的自建工厂进行生产。根据官方披露,理想汽车常州基地设计年产能10万辆,涵盖冲压、焊接、涂装、总装四大车间,采用大量的先进工艺和设备,保障理想ONE的制造品质达到<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DLX\">豪华</a>品牌标准。</p><p>品牌路径:高举高打与谨慎花钱</p><p>理想与蔚来这两家公司,在品牌策略上也采取了完全不同的道路。蔚来几乎是全盘照搬了特斯拉当初的成功路径,采取高举高打的做法,最初做技术难度最高的赛车,然后做超跑,当技术实力得到验证,就开始做大众能够买得起的量产车型。</p><p>蔚来塑造品牌的路径如今被证明取得了成功,但也一度让公司陷入绝境,因为这种高举高打的模式十分烧钱,比如在研发层面需要请到欧美最顶尖的工程师,2017年底一场ES8发布会被指花了几千万,蔚来在全国兴建的蔚来中心也需要很大的投入。</p><p>由于大规模烧钱,2019年蔚来账上已经没有足够的资金,公司面临生死存亡,一度资金链断裂,最后李斌本人以及<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00700\">腾讯</a>掏钱对蔚来救急,但这仍然只是权宜之计,这种救急行为也不可持续,直到今年4月合肥市政府选择投资蔚来才助其脱离险境。</p><p>见证过蔚来的艰难之后,李想意识到让团队活下来的重要性,因此理想和蔚来在花钱方面选择了完全不一样的方式。相比起蔚来,理想汽车在花钱方面要谨慎得多,公司内部几乎都是能省则省。李想前不久就在微信朋友圈透露,理想ONE上市发布会花了不到200万,拿下超过1万个订单。</p><p>蔚来汽车于2018年递交的招股书显示,其在2016年、2017年和截至2018年6月30日的6个月里,净亏损分别为25.733亿元人民币、50.212亿元人民币(约合7.588亿美元)和33.255亿元人民币(约合5.026亿美元)。</p><p>整体节奏上,理想要比蔚来晚了一年半到两年的时间。其在理想汽车在2018年、2019年和截至2020年3月31日的3个月里,净亏损分别为15.32亿元、24.38亿元和2.33亿元。通过对比可知,理想汽车在成本控制方面要远胜于蔚来汽车。</p><p>从结果上来看,蔚来汽车在递交招股书时,第一款量产车ES8刚开启交付不久,在此之前的两年半时间内已经亏损超过108亿元,而理想汽车在递交招股书的前两年多时间内,亏损只有40多亿元。不过,在品牌认知度方面,目前理想汽车与蔚来汽车仍然有较大差距,这也是上市之后的理想汽车需要做出努力的方向之一。</p><p>理想汽车财报显示,截至3月31日,公司拥有有现金及短期投资4.8亿美元,加上7月1日完成的D轮5.5亿美金融资,公司目前拥有超过10亿美金现金储备。只有足够的现金储备,才能让理想团队在接下来几年活下去。</p><p>获客杀手锏:温情暖男与超级产品经理</p><p>自蔚来ES8交付以来,尽管蔚来在舆论层面遭遇诸多专业媒体或者自媒体的质疑,但是在绝大多数蔚来车主心目中,从始至终都很认可蔚来这家公司,除了ES8产品本身具有亮点之外,蔚来这家公司让他们看到了不一样的地方。</p><p>首先,蔚来创始人李斌致力于做一家“用户企业”,真正做到用户至上,而不是很多传统车企只是嘴上说说。比如看到有车主在蔚来App上吐槽自己提的蔚来ES8或ES6哪里不好,李斌都会逐个回复并安排同事跟进,解决对方的问题。</p><p>每年李斌和蔚来总裁秦力洪都会花大量时间到全国各地去拜访用户,每到一处,都会与车主进行沟通,倾听他们的吐槽,有时聊到深夜就直接请大家去街边撸串。</p><p>比如看到有车主是卖<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000061\">农产品</a>的,李斌和秦力洪有时会亲自下单寄到公司分给同事,让车主感受到真正的支持。可以说,在不断提升产品力之外,蔚来也在用温情感化车主,把车主当宝,这样他们自然而然会推荐更多身边人成为车主。</p><p>如果说李斌是很重视车主感受的暖男,那么李想就是个冷酷的超级产品经理。区别于李斌亲自与车主搞好关系,李想更希望把产品做到更好,让车主满意之后他们再去主动推荐身边朋友。</p><p>在与车主打交道的过程中,李斌展现了自己亲民的一面,而李想则更像是个极客,他很愿意倾听用户的声音,并帮助用户解决问题,但是又不像李斌那样与用户走得过近,也许那样他就没有足够的精力专注于产品本身。</p><p>李想对于汽车可以说是近乎疯狂的追求体验极致。在理想汽车内部,他要求中高层以上必须全员购买理想ONE,作为一个从零开始的全新品牌,如果员工自己都不敢开,外人自然也不敢买,同时也只有自己开了,才能发现哪些地方值得改进。</p>","source":"36k","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/841843eefbd0a03542c3dd3ee58a0f28","relate_stocks":{"LI":"理想汽车","NIO":"蔚来"},"source_url":"https://36kr.com/p/791763484231432","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1112843647","content_text":"美东时间7月10日,理想汽车正式向美国SEC递交招股书,申请在纳斯达克挂牌上市。这意味着,理想将成为继蔚来之后,第二家登陆美股的中国新造车公司。如果不出意外,另一家新造车公司小鹏汽车也将在不久后登陆美股。很多人将理想汽车与小鹏汽车和两年前IPO的蔚来汽车相提并论,这三家公司确实有很多相似之处,比如创始人都是互联网背景出身,在创办汽车公司前三人都已实现了财务自由,三家公司的股东都有互联网巨头的身影。实际上,此前人们一般将蔚来、小鹏和威马汽车视为中国新造车的前三名,但是理想汽车的二股东、美团创始人王兴持续不断地输出蔚来、理想和小鹏排名前三的观点,加上这三家公司的创始人都是互联网背景,而威马汽车创始人沈晖是汽车背景,人们逐渐开始将蔚来、理想和小鹏这三家公司放在一起讨论。在销售服务网络铺设方面,有别于传统车企采用4S店等经销商模式,这几家新造车都采取了直营的模式,这使得他们给车主卖车的,以及做售后服务的人员都是自己公司的员工,这可以保证服务质量不打折扣。可以说,相比起宝马、奔驰等车企采取的4S店经销商模式,蔚来、小鹏和理想的直营模式在塑造用户口碑方面具有明显优势。比如一台奔驰出现了故障,4S店和奔驰厂家可能会互相推诿、踢皮球,嘴上说着顾客至上,但心中却是能拖则拖,但蔚来、小鹏和理想车主一旦发现自己的车有任何故障,首先是这三家公司的创始人自己就会非常重视这件事,其次专属售后人员也会尽可能帮忙处理直到对方满意,只有这样车主才会推荐更多的朋友来买车。虽然三家公司有很多相似之处,但是在具体路线选择、生产模式、产品节奏、品牌打法等方面都有各自的风格。具体到正在申请上市的理想汽车与已经上市近两年的蔚来汽车,这两家公司的风格差异也非常明显。从公司成立时间上来讲,蔚来成立于2014年11月,理想汽车的前身车和家成立于2015年7月,理想要晚了半年左右。不过,在新车发布和IPO时间选取上,理想汽车要比蔚来刚好晚了1.5到2年,其中最主要的原因是理想汽车的前身车和家最初目标是想做家用SEV,但是由于政策原因不得不放弃,又重新融资去做SUV。路线之争:纯电还是混动?理想汽车与蔚来汽车,这两家公司最大的区别在于,目前走了完全不一样的路线,理想采用增程式,蔚来采用纯电模式。全球代表性公司特斯拉一直都是采用纯电模式,一般来讲纯电模式也是公认的未来方向,因此中国新造车包括蔚来、小鹏、威马等都采用了这一模式。理想汽车采用增程式,也与其历史原因有关,由于SEV失败,理想选择转做SUV,这时再做纯电在时间上将远远落后蔚来、小鹏、威马等同行,于是就“曲线救国”选择了增程式。李想前不久坦诚,虽然团队花了很多精力去解释什么是增程式,但考虑到很多车主、媒体以及相关部门仍然不是全都认可增程式的说法,以后理想ONE就是插电混动车型,不再提增程式的说法。李想和团队在去见投资人的时候,绝大多数投资人都表示很看好电动车这个方向,但是一听说理想汽车采取增程式,就表示不认可这一领域。对于李想和他的团队而言,过去两年面临太多这样的不看好,最后只有美团创始人王兴表示认可并支持,最终选择对其进行投资,并在本次IPO前已经成为仅次于李想的第二大股东。当然,相信谁都无可否认,纯电才是全球汽车产业发展的终极模式,理想汽车选择这一路线只是时间的问题。王兴认可和支持的也许并不是理想汽车的增程式,而是理想汽车的创始人李想及其团队。在他看来,只要有李想这个人带领,哪怕未来有一天转到纯电模式,也一样可以做得很好。考虑到进入7月以来,特斯拉和蔚来都在资本市场饱受追捧,理想汽车选择此时去上市,可以说是刚好踩对了时间点,遇到了IPO的绝佳好机会。不过,最终资本市场对这种插电混动模式认可与否,还需要时间来验证。生产制造:代工模式与自建工厂蔚来汽车目前采取江淮汽车代工的生产制造模式,因此一些蔚来车主在买车时需要将车身尾部的“江淮汽车”几个字去掉。蔚来最早就采用了这种代工模式,中途有意在上海自建工厂,最后因为特斯拉落地上海,自建工厂不得不取消,仍然回归到代工模式。小鹏汽车的第一款车型小鹏G3同样选择由海马汽车代工,但在这个过程中开始筹建自己位于广东肇庆的工厂,并于今年5月获批,小鹏汽车的第二款车型小鹏P7将在小鹏肇庆产业园生产。可以说,蔚来当下选择的代工模式有其不得已之处,随着交付车辆越来越多,未来自建工厂应该是大势所趋。而理想汽车则更为直接,第一款车型就采取了位于江苏常熟的自建工厂进行生产。根据官方披露,理想汽车常州基地设计年产能10万辆,涵盖冲压、焊接、涂装、总装四大车间,采用大量的先进工艺和设备,保障理想ONE的制造品质达到豪华品牌标准。品牌路径:高举高打与谨慎花钱理想与蔚来这两家公司,在品牌策略上也采取了完全不同的道路。蔚来几乎是全盘照搬了特斯拉当初的成功路径,采取高举高打的做法,最初做技术难度最高的赛车,然后做超跑,当技术实力得到验证,就开始做大众能够买得起的量产车型。蔚来塑造品牌的路径如今被证明取得了成功,但也一度让公司陷入绝境,因为这种高举高打的模式十分烧钱,比如在研发层面需要请到欧美最顶尖的工程师,2017年底一场ES8发布会被指花了几千万,蔚来在全国兴建的蔚来中心也需要很大的投入。由于大规模烧钱,2019年蔚来账上已经没有足够的资金,公司面临生死存亡,一度资金链断裂,最后李斌本人以及腾讯掏钱对蔚来救急,但这仍然只是权宜之计,这种救急行为也不可持续,直到今年4月合肥市政府选择投资蔚来才助其脱离险境。见证过蔚来的艰难之后,李想意识到让团队活下来的重要性,因此理想和蔚来在花钱方面选择了完全不一样的方式。相比起蔚来,理想汽车在花钱方面要谨慎得多,公司内部几乎都是能省则省。李想前不久就在微信朋友圈透露,理想ONE上市发布会花了不到200万,拿下超过1万个订单。蔚来汽车于2018年递交的招股书显示,其在2016年、2017年和截至2018年6月30日的6个月里,净亏损分别为25.733亿元人民币、50.212亿元人民币(约合7.588亿美元)和33.255亿元人民币(约合5.026亿美元)。整体节奏上,理想要比蔚来晚了一年半到两年的时间。其在理想汽车在2018年、2019年和截至2020年3月31日的3个月里,净亏损分别为15.32亿元、24.38亿元和2.33亿元。通过对比可知,理想汽车在成本控制方面要远胜于蔚来汽车。从结果上来看,蔚来汽车在递交招股书时,第一款量产车ES8刚开启交付不久,在此之前的两年半时间内已经亏损超过108亿元,而理想汽车在递交招股书的前两年多时间内,亏损只有40多亿元。不过,在品牌认知度方面,目前理想汽车与蔚来汽车仍然有较大差距,这也是上市之后的理想汽车需要做出努力的方向之一。理想汽车财报显示,截至3月31日,公司拥有有现金及短期投资4.8亿美元,加上7月1日完成的D轮5.5亿美金融资,公司目前拥有超过10亿美金现金储备。只有足够的现金储备,才能让理想团队在接下来几年活下去。获客杀手锏:温情暖男与超级产品经理自蔚来ES8交付以来,尽管蔚来在舆论层面遭遇诸多专业媒体或者自媒体的质疑,但是在绝大多数蔚来车主心目中,从始至终都很认可蔚来这家公司,除了ES8产品本身具有亮点之外,蔚来这家公司让他们看到了不一样的地方。首先,蔚来创始人李斌致力于做一家“用户企业”,真正做到用户至上,而不是很多传统车企只是嘴上说说。比如看到有车主在蔚来App上吐槽自己提的蔚来ES8或ES6哪里不好,李斌都会逐个回复并安排同事跟进,解决对方的问题。每年李斌和蔚来总裁秦力洪都会花大量时间到全国各地去拜访用户,每到一处,都会与车主进行沟通,倾听他们的吐槽,有时聊到深夜就直接请大家去街边撸串。比如看到有车主是卖农产品的,李斌和秦力洪有时会亲自下单寄到公司分给同事,让车主感受到真正的支持。可以说,在不断提升产品力之外,蔚来也在用温情感化车主,把车主当宝,这样他们自然而然会推荐更多身边人成为车主。如果说李斌是很重视车主感受的暖男,那么李想就是个冷酷的超级产品经理。区别于李斌亲自与车主搞好关系,李想更希望把产品做到更好,让车主满意之后他们再去主动推荐身边朋友。在与车主打交道的过程中,李斌展现了自己亲民的一面,而李想则更像是个极客,他很愿意倾听用户的声音,并帮助用户解决问题,但是又不像李斌那样与用户走得过近,也许那样他就没有足够的精力专注于产品本身。李想对于汽车可以说是近乎疯狂的追求体验极致。在理想汽车内部,他要求中高层以上必须全员购买理想ONE,作为一个从零开始的全新品牌,如果员工自己都不敢开,外人自然也不敢买,同时也只有自己开了,才能发现哪些地方值得改进。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3055,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0}],"lives":[]}
