different”,就是叫“与众不同”。</p><p>“实际上我理解成叫反向操作,就是别人怎么干,我要跟你反着干,因为我不会愿意接受市场领先者的游戏规则。”</p><p>AMD一直跟着intel干,但是ARM和<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NVDA\">英伟达</a>跟intel全是反向操作。现在反过来,ARM有了市场份额之后,反而现在进攻了桌面和服务器市场。英伟达的GPU就是做并行计算,等了很多年,终于等到机会,一举就超过了所有的同行。</p><p>另一个是,很多人把创新等同于发明,这是一个误解,极少数人会成为发明家,这种创新很难得可贵,但是绝大多数企业是没有这个能力的。</p><img
