/刘旷</p><p>得益于电商行业的快速发展,网购日渐成为了人们日常生活中的重要组成部分,与电商息息相关的物流行业,也伴随着网购的日益流行逐渐进入发展快车道。经过多年的拉锯战,当前的快递行业已经基本形成了多强相争的局面,不论是以加盟制为代表的通达系还是做直营的顺丰,都已经在快递行业中占据了一席之地。</p><p>随着电商平台自有快递的入局,整个快递行业的竞争愈发激烈,彼此间的“价格战”更是令各家快递公司苦不堪言,整个赛道的各路玩家都陷入了“增收不增利”的怪圈之中,作为快递行业巨头之一的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ZTO\">中通快递</a>也不例外。</p><p>增收不增利</p><p>近日,中通快递发布了2021年第二季度的财报。财报数据显示,中通第二季度营收为73.25亿元,同比增长了14.4%;<span>净利润</span>为12.72亿元,同比下降了12.5%;<span>毛利</span>为16.74亿元,同比下降了5.4%。</p><p>而中通快递之所以出现利润下降的情况,与其营业成本的上升不无关系。财报数据显示,中通快递2021年第二季度的营业成本为56.51亿元,相较去年同期增加了22%。具体来看,干线运输成本和分拣中心运营成本的提高,是导致中通快递二季度营业成本上升的主要原因。其中,干线运输成本为27.63亿元,相较于去年同期增长了38.4%;分拣中心运营成本为16.13亿元,相较于去年同期增长了28.6%。</p><p>单票价格的下降,也对中通快递的利润产生了重要影响。单票价格低一直是快递行业的痛点,且伴随着价格战的加剧仍有不断升温的态势。据相关数据显示,整个快递行业平均单价已经从2010年的24.60元/件,下降至2020年的10.55元/件。</p><p>尽管伴随着快递行业监管力度的加大,快递行业价格战有逐渐降温的态势,但各家快递企业的状况却不容乐观。以今年7月的快递单票价格为例,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600233\">圆通速递</a>的单票价格为2.02元,同比下降了6.33%;<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002468\">申通快递</a>的单票价格为1.97元,同比下降了7.08%;顺丰速运的单票价格为15.96元,同比下降了10.69%,中通快递也不例外。</p><p>据财报数据显示,从2020Q4到2021Q2,中通快递的单票收入分别为1.41元、1.34元以及1.21元,不断下跌的单票收入自然对中通快递的利润空间产生了负面影响。</p><p>价格战仍是罪魁</p><p>财报数据显示,中通快递第二季度的包裹量为57.72亿件,同比增长了25.6%,日均业务量超过6300万票。按照常理来说,随着包裹量的提升,中通快递的营收和利润都应随之上升,但中通快递却出现了净利毛利同比双降的情况。而之所以会出现该情况,则与快递行业近几年掀起的价格战有关。</p><p>数据显示,中通快递在2020全年的业务量超170亿件,同比增长了40.3%,市占率提高了1.3个百分点,达到了20.4%,而其市占率的提高则是通过将核心快递业务的单票价格下降约20%来实现的。</p><p>短期来看通过低价换取市场,确实能够在一段时间内提高快递公司的<span>市场占有率</span>,但一旦价格上升市占率将会再度下滑。以中通快递为例,中通快递2021年二季度的市占率约为21.0%,与2020年二季度21.5%的市占率相比有所下滑,而中通快递本季度市场份额小幅度回落的原因,则是其选择了盈利快件。</p><p>而快递行业的同质化竞争,则是导致价格战的罪魁祸首。快递行业之所以能发展到今天的程度离不开电商行业的助推,现如今快递企业(尤其是通达系)的主要业务来源仍是电商件。据中通快递招股书显示,截至2020年6月,中通快递总包裹量中有90%以上都来自电商平台,电商件业务对中通快递的重要性不言而喻。</p><p>但由于各家快递公司在快递时效性、为电商商家提供的服务等方面都差不多,价格就成为电商商家选择快递公司的重要依据。通常情况下,电商商家都会选择价格更便宜的快递公司进行寄件,而为了获得更多的业务量,快递公司往往会给出更为便宜的价格,这又进一步加剧了整个行业的价格战。</p><p>另外,电商平台自有快递的入局,也加剧了快递行业的竞争。随着电商行业的蓬勃发展,不少电商平台都建立了自己的物流平台如<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/02618\">京东物流</a>、苏宁物流等,这些电商平台的自建物流,也在一定程度上分走了其他快递公司的业务量。除此之外,以超低价格换市占率的极兔快递,也给其他快递公司带来了不小的冲击。为了应对冲击,维持业务量和市占率,其他快递公司的价格也只能一降再降。此间种种,都让整个行业的价格战愈演愈烈。</p><p>摆脱价格战势在必行</p><p>短期来看,价格战或许能够在短时间内让企业得以快速发展,但要想实现长期稳定发展,仅靠低价策略是远远不够的。中通快递也意识到打价格战的局限性,也在积极地寻找破局之道。</p><p>首先,是提升运营效率。比如,在收派件环节,中通快递不断扩张其网点网络,如今其派件网点数量已经超过30100个,区县覆盖率超99%,乡镇覆盖率超93%;在转运环节,中通快递拥有96个分拨中心以及361套自动化分拣设备。无论是扩大网点数量,还是加大自动化分拣设备的投入,都会对中通快递提升运营效率产生积极影响。</p><p>其次,是提供优质服务。从某种意义上讲,服务质量将决定快递公司做的是一锤子买卖还是长久生意。根据邮政局发布的2021年第二季度快递服务满意度调查显示,在快递企业公众满意度方面,得分在80分以上(含80分)的快递企业有顺丰速递、京东物流、邮政EMS。中通快递的公众满意度得分在76-80分之间,可见其提供的快递服务仍有可改进空间。</p><p>最后,是建立差异化优势。比如顺丰就以速度快而闻名,邮政则因覆盖范围广而被人们熟知。而这些差异化优势,也令其从快递行业的同质化服务中脱颖而出,在消费者记忆中留下深刻印象。面对愈发激烈的行业竞争,中通快递急需建立差异化优势来提高自身竞争力,以应对外界冲击。</p><p>就目前情况而言,价格战仍然是影响快递企业发展的桎梏。对依赖电商件的中通快递来说,要想摆脱价格战所带来的一系列后遗症也并非易事,这也意味着中通快递想要在这条路上走得更远,还需要付出更大的努力。</p></article></body></html>","source":"tencent","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE /刘旷得益于电商行业的快速发展,网购日渐成为了人们日常生活中的重要组成部分,与电商息息相关的物流行业,也伴随着网购的日益流行逐渐进入发展快车道。经过多年的拉锯战,当前的快递行业已经基本形成了多强相争的局面,不论是以加盟制为代表的通达系还是做直营的顺丰,都已经在快递行业中占据了一席之地。随着电商平台自有快递的入局,整个快递行业的竞争愈发激烈,彼此间的“价格战”更是令各家快递公司苦不堪言,整个赛道的各路玩家都陷入了“增收不增利”的怪圈之中,作为快递行业巨头之一的中通快递也不例外。增收不增利近日,中通快递发布了2021年第二季度的财报。财报数据显示,中通第二季度营收为73.25亿元,同比增长了14.4%;净利润为12.72亿元,同比下降了12.5%;毛利为16.74亿元,同比下降了5.4%。而中通快递之所以出现利润下降的情况,与其营业成本的上升不无关系。财报数据显示,中通快递2021年第二季度的营业成本为56.51亿元,相较去年同期增加了22%。具体来看,干线运输成本和分拣中心运营成本的提高,是导致中通快递二季度营业成本上升的主要原因。其中,干线运输成本为27.63亿元,相较于去年同期增长了38.4%;分拣中心运营成本为16.13亿元,相较于去年同期增长了28.6%。单票价格的下降,也对中通快递的利润产生了重要影响。单票价格低一直是快递行业的痛点,且伴随着价格战的加剧仍有不断升温的态势。据相关数据显示,整个快递行业平均单价已经从2010年的24.60元/件,下降至2020年的10.55元/件。尽管伴随着快递行业监管力度的加大,快递行业价格战有逐渐降温的态势,但各家快递企业的状况却不容乐观。以今年7月的快递单票价格为例,圆通速递的单票价格为2.02元,同比下降了6.33%;申通快递的单票价格为1.97元,同比下降了7.08%;顺丰速运的单票价格为15.96元,同比下降了10.69%,中通快递也不例外。据财报数据显示,从2020Q4到2021Q2,中通快递的单票收入分别为1.41元、1.34元以及1.21元,不断下跌的单票收入自然对中通快递的利润空间产生了负面影响。价格战仍是罪魁财报数据显示,中通快递第二季度的包裹量为57.72亿件,同比增长了25.6%,日均业务量超过6300万票。按照常理来说,随着包裹量的提升,中通快递的营收和利润都应随之上升,但中通快递却出现了净利毛利同比双降的情况。而之所以会出现该情况,则与快递行业近几年掀起的价格战有关。数据显示,中通快递在2020全年的业务量超170亿件,同比增长了40.3%,市占率提高了1.3个百分点,达到了20.4%,而其市占率的提高则是通过将核心快递业务的单票价格下降约20%来实现的。短期来看通过低价换取市场,确实能够在一段时间内提高快递公司的市场占有率,但一旦价格上升市占率将会再度下滑。以中通快递为例,中通快递2021年二季度的市占率约为21.0%,与2020年二季度21.5%的市占率相比有所下滑,而中通快递本季度市场份额小幅度回落的原因,则是其选择了盈利快件。而快递行业的同质化竞争,则是导致价格战的罪魁祸首。快递行业之所以能发展到今天的程度离不开电商行业的助推,现如今快递企业(尤其是通达系)的主要业务来源仍是电商件。据中通快递招股书显示,截至2020年6月,中通快递总包裹量中有90%以上都来自电商平台,电商件业务对中通快递的重要性不言而喻。但由于各家快递公司在快递时效性、为电商商家提供的服务等方面都差不多,价格就成为电商商家选择快递公司的重要依据。通常情况下,电商商家都会选择价格更便宜的快递公司进行寄件,而为了获得更多的业务量,快递公司往往会给出更为便宜的价格,这又进一步加剧了整个行业的价格战。另外,电商平台自有快递的入局,也加剧了快递行业的竞争。随着电商行业的蓬勃发展,不少电商平台都建立了自己的物流平台如京东物流、苏宁物流等,这些电商平台的自建物流,也在一定程度上分走了其他快递公司的业务量。除此之外,以超低价格换市占率的极兔快递,也给其他快递公司带来了不小的冲击。为了应对冲击,维持业务量和市占率,其他快递公司的价格也只能一降再降。此间种种,都让整个行业的价格战愈演愈烈。摆脱价格战势在必行短期来看,价格战或许能够在短时间内让企业得以快速发展,但要想实现长期稳定发展,仅靠低价策略是远远不够的。中通快递也意识到打价格战的局限性,也在积极地寻找破局之道。首先,是提升运营效率。比如,在收派件环节,中通快递不断扩张其网点网络,如今其派件网点数量已经超过30100个,区县覆盖率超99%,乡镇覆盖率超93%;在转运环节,中通快递拥有96个分拨中心以及361套自动化分拣设备。无论是扩大网点数量,还是加大自动化分拣设备的投入,都会对中通快递提升运营效率产生积极影响。其次,是提供优质服务。从某种意义上讲,服务质量将决定快递公司做的是一锤子买卖还是长久生意。根据邮政局发布的2021年第二季度快递服务满意度调查显示,在快递企业公众满意度方面,得分在80分以上(含80分)的快递企业有顺丰速递、京东物流、邮政EMS。中通快递的公众满意度得分在76-80分之间,可见其提供的快递服务仍有可改进空间。最后,是建立差异化优势。比如顺丰就以速度快而闻名,邮政则因覆盖范围广而被人们熟知。而这些差异化优势,也令其从快递行业的同质化服务中脱颖而出,在消费者记忆中留下深刻印象。面对愈发激烈的行业竞争,中通快递急需建立差异化优势来提高自身竞争力,以应对外界冲击。就目前情况而言,价格战仍然是影响快递企业发展的桎梏。对依赖电商件的中通快递来说,要想摆脱价格战所带来的一系列后遗症也并非易事,这也意味着中通快递想要在这条路上走得更远,还需要付出更大的努力。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2097,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":362579056,"gmtCreate":1614652779775,"gmtModify":1703479385063,"author":{"id":"14642552333840","authorId":"14642552333840","name":"Deep_Thinker","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/6bb4471a22ea635557855d05384a24ba","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"14642552333840","authorIdStr":"14642552333840"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a ,可以帮助拼多多向中高端市场的进军。拼多多的经营性现金流为正,账面现金超过 400 亿元,足够支撑拼多多“补贴”行为的继续进行。公司盈利预测及投资评级:看好拼多多的差异化战略,预测 2019、2020年和 2021 年收入将分别达到340亿、555亿和766亿,同比分别增长159%、63%和 38%。可以参考 SaaS
