The patent is being accelerated since it is a biomedical device and when patents are accelerated what would take years is done around 6 months. And so anyone looking for news may be waiting until around March of 2022... that's when the Art device will hit 6 months since patent submission. Don't be on the short side of FB. FB is a debt free company that is making more than $9 billion dollars of net profits each quarter. And it is trading at very cheap PE ratio of 22. There are many money losing extremely overpriced companies like SNOW, DKNG, NET, etc. that are better short targets. Update on sales force. Quarter 3 earnings all beat the consensus. Analyst forecasted an EPS of 0.92. the earnings crushed that forecast by 35 cents (1.27 EPS) . The stock may correct for a bit due to overall conditions of the market(omicron) and their guidance for quarter 4 is not that attractive since they're only predicting an EPS of 0.72(2021 q4 was 1.27). Overall the annual fy2022 is looking to be a good year for the company.
