$ASCENDAS REAL ESTATE INV TRUST(A17U.SI)$ is Singapore's first and largest listed business space and industrial Reit. Its portfolio is diversified across 4 major segments. It includes business spaces, logistics and distribution centres, industrial properties and data centres. Assets Under Management is SGD15 Billion. It owns 210 properties and has 1520 tenants.
Total amount available for distribution for the 1st six months ended 30 June 2021 rose by 18.2% to SGD311 million. 1HFY2021 distribution per unit rose by 5.4% to 7.66 cents.
Aggregate debt leverage is 37.6%
It pays dividends half yearly.
If I am only allowed to own 1 REIT, it would be Ascendas Reit. It has a great management team and backed by Temasek Holdings.
