    actually this is all so common.  usually for a share price to rise a lot within a short period of time,  likelihood of them selling their shares are high.   this has happened to so many companies..

      but one thing lucky for Tesla share holders is that Tesla long term will be upp. this will only be short term volitility. many others once down will take a long time to go back up. eg. Palantir

    because of the tax on unrealised gains. it affected the decision of him wanting to sell off his shares otherwise he has nothing to pay taxes
