$老虎证券(TIGR)$ I have again written an email to Tiger Brokers' investor relations team. Below sets out my email to them and hopefully, they can take a more proactive approach rather than just being a function of releasing quarterly results. 

Below is the extracted email:

"Did Tiger Brokers repurchase 11.2 million of shares? I noted on the Tiger Brokers platform that the number of outstanding shares has been reduced from 162.4 million to 151.2 million shares. It would help greatly if this is confirmed and a press release can be made on this. At the same time, if the intention is to float such repurchased shares on Hong Kong exchange when Tiger Brokers is going to list there as well, it would certainly reduce some investors' concerns. Please think through this concept and work out the timing of the press release if this is the intention? Tiger Brokers' IR team has to take a more proactive approach rather than being purely a function of just releasing the quarterly results.

If your team is intending to tie this up with upon the receipt of the Hong Kong trading license, then it may be a good strategic move as well, i.e. what you can do is to offer people who open trading account at Tiger Brokers Hong Kong the chance to ballot for IPO shares of Tiger Brokers when Tiger Brokers does a dual listing on Hong Kong exchange.

The question then is at what price is Tiger Brokers able to float such new shares? With the price being so low now, even floating it at recent market price would not make sense. This is not forgetting that recent placement shares are placed out at 24.6 USD. If so, what can be the series of good news that have to be released to attract investors' interest and enhance their confidence in holding Tiger Brokers' shares in the long term. Please think through what the series of good news can be and do planned in the form of an IR timeline. Thanks."
