美国首次授权电子烟合法，雾芯科技暴涨15%！

10月13日，美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)宣布：

已授权雷诺烟草Vuse Solo系列三款电子烟产品，可在美国市场合法销售。

此举意味FDA对雾化电子烟产品首次批准了PMTA，对电子烟行业具有里程碑意义。

消息一出，资本市场马上做出了反应，$RLX科技(RLX)$ 大涨15%：据了解，RELX（雾芯科技）最早于2019年9月就启动了美国的PMTA项目。

为此，RELX在美国组建了一支强大而专业的团队，涵盖毒理学专家、临床医学专家、FDA项目专家、产品研发专家、律师、公共事务专家、市场营销人员等。按照目前进展，RELX最早将在今年底向美国FDA正式提交PMTA申请。整个申请进程预计耗资超过2000万美元，约合人民币1.5亿元。

此外，有分析人士指出：

美国FDA作为世界上最严苛的监管机构，授权了电子烟合法，这对其他国家的电子烟监管态度会产生更积极的影响。毫无疑问，这将会对电子烟巨头 $RLX科技(RLX)$ $思摩尔国际(06969)$ 构成利好。

    Personally feel that RLX managed to get the US FDA approval may not be in the good books of the Chinese Authorities. No doubt it seems to be a good bargain hunt, but only time will prevail and answer.

    My apologies for the multiple postings.  I had problems with the Tiger App this morning. It is an intermittent problem. Still experiencing it.  Anybody else has the same issue?
