$AMC Entertainment Preferred(APE)$When we look at the "gainers" list, several stocks are up higher than APE, but APE gets suspended.  This is just one of many problems in this stock market.  

$AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc(APE)$Looks like institutions are ping-ponging their shares.  I doubt any Apes are selling APE. 👏Holding strong.

$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$Two more things about the APE dividend:  Each APE share gives you additional voting rights, along with your AMC shares;  Each share of APE is tied in with the date of purchase of your shares of AMC (for capital gains tax etc).  Shorts will have to pay for the dividend f they can't get actual shares.  Do you think apes are selling? 

$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$All shares of AMC bought through August 19th qualify for the additional shares of ticker APE, which will be delivered to shareholders on the 22nd.  Also APE share price may affect sp of AMC, depending on start of trading and afterwards.  It's not dilution.  Also make sure your broker handles this correctly and gives you APE shares, not a cash dividend.  Let's go!🚀

$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$Adam Aron has announced the pounce:  APE shares = AMC Preferred Equity.   Each AMC share = 1 APE.  516.7 million APE shares as dividend to be issued.  Starts trading the 22nd at  .01 per share.  

$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$If you have a margin account, brokers can lend out your shares.  It's important to make sure you turn off the "share lend" feature, especially now that shares for Shorts to borrow are drying up.  If you have a cash accr, you should still confirm to your broker that you don't want your shares lent out.

$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$60-70% of trades the past four days have gone through Dark Pools, not the lit exchanges.  Their desperation is showing as they exchange blocks of trades back and forth, via algorithms to keep the price down.  Meanwhile, the SEC and Dept of Justice/FBI are issuing search warrants; investigating short sellers for manipulation, including spoofing trades.  Spoofing is what Citadel Was fined 97million USD for in  China, 2015/2016.   Things are happening, step by step.  Holding strong 🙌✊

$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$SEC Chairman, Gary Gensler said 90-95% of retail trades don't hit the lit exchanges, but instead go through Dark Pools.  Also, the US Justice Department is conducting an investigation into short selling abuse of up to 60 firms, w focus on market manipulators.  Change is coming.  Time is ticking.
