之前天天买call，赚了个盆满钵满，也赔了个精光，听起来很矛盾，但是事实就是如此，因为买期权的稳定性真的挺低的，尤其是买价外期权的我，或者说不存在什么稳定性。账户暴涨暴跌基本上是常态。最近研究了一下发现，既然作为买价外期权的我成功概率极低，何不换个思路做价外期权的卖方，这样成功的概率就会高很多了。对于卖期权，我觉得先从买期权来做起比较好，或者说有人带你比较好，要不然直接开始卖期权风险真的很大，一定要注意安全。先从买期权做起来比较好的一个重要原因就是，通过买期权可以很好的发现不同期权面临的风险有多大，而且买期权的风险是可控的，最大风险是亏光权利金，卖期权就不一样了，最大亏损为行权价*100-权利金首先说一下什么股票适合卖put，一定是上涨趋势的股票，下跌趋势的股票千万别去卖put，很可能分分钟接盘。其次，一定要对个股的走势有比较好的。还有最近卖put别碰中概股，稳定性太差了， 搞不好就是一个暴跌。比较理想的卖put标的就是趋势向上，选择回踩的时候去做put，这个时候put价值比较高，而且相对风险较低。典型的比如说前天的苹果，在大盘暴跌的情况下，苹果直接回踩10日线，这个位置如果去卖put，可以卖一个非常好的价格，比如说卖一个145/140的put，当时是上周五，可以卖这周五到期的put，这个如果做对了时间价值损耗的会非常快。做错了怎么办，设置好止损，该割肉割肉，或者接盘也不错，毕竟140的苹果也不算贵。下图这个就是周五卖出的，这周能跌到140？？我不信。这个地方还有一个值得注意的点，尽量去做一些自己愿意接盘的股票，在这种股票上做put会比较好，而且最好对股票的走势有一个比较好的判断，否则，卖期权不是收租，可能是赚了租金亏了房子。卖期权价值损耗最快的是还有1个月到期的价外期权，或者剩半个月到期的期权也是不错的选择，结合个股走势看比较好。这个每个期权时间价值损耗不一样，但是都有一
