据《证券时报》从市场人士获悉，中国银行间市场交易商协会今日举行房地产企业代表座谈会时，有参会人士透露，交易商协会将重点支持符合房地产调控政策的企业注册发行中长期限的债务融资工具，募集资金优先用於补充已售在建项目的资金缺口、以及用於房地产项目或资产的股权收购，支持「保交楼、保民生、保稳定」，积极满足房地产合理融资需求，促进房地产业健康发展和良性循环。
