href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/PDD\">拼多多</a>海外电商平台近日突然就在美国上线了。</p><p>“拼多多的美国电商平台开了,东西也太便宜了而且还免邮,大家快去看看。”这几天,很多北美华人群里都传着类似的信息。</p><p>这个叫Temu的新跨境电商平台,带着一些拼多多的基因,也明显有着Shein的影子,现在已经低调地开启低价大放送的“试用期”。</p><p>截至目前,Temu在<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>商店的购物类App中排名35位。但自从月初悄悄发布以来,这个应用已经凭借着低到令人怀疑人生的商品价格在用户中口口相传,下载量正在不断增长之中。</p><p>Temu的上线也宣告着中国又一巨头正式入局跨境电商领域,推动着已然风起云涌的海外用户争夺战进入白热化阶段。</p><p><b>击穿Shein的地板价,将美国物价强势拉回1元时代?</b></p><p>在App Store的应用下载页面中,Temu的介绍是“Team Up,Price Down”,和国内拼多多“拼着买,才便宜”的口号一脉相承。从logo的设计上,Temu也沿用了拼多多商品种类图标的设计,但布局上更为简洁,橙色的主题色背景之上,上方是连衣裙、木马、高跟鞋、箱包四个产品品类的图标,下方则为Temu的平台名。</p><p><img Store</p><p>打开Temu的网页和应用程序,第一感觉就是这就是一个翻版的Shein。欧美风的模特图、醒目的折扣信息、玲琅满目的各种商品…<b>…除了主题色换成了橘色,从形式上看两个网站几乎是一对“双胞胎”。</b></p><p>但有着拼多多兜底,目前Temu的折扣力度明显要比Shein要大很多,各种补贴政策极具吸引力。在邮寄时间跟Shein基本持平(1-2周)的情况下,Temu的目前所有商品无门槛免邮费,发起开业大酬宾送给所有人7折优惠券,同时允许90天内无条件退货。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AMZN\">亚马逊</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WMT\">沃尔玛</a>等主流电商平台低出了不少,<b>但此次Temu的定价可以说是再次刷新了美国消费者们的认知。</b></p><p>大量的衣服、鞋子价格都不超过10美元,几毛钱的家居、厨房小商品比比皆是,还能在此基础上叠加7折优惠。更“丧心病狂”的是,此次Temu还开通了一个新用户1分钱商品专区,每个用户都可以用一分钱买到一个商品,连这一分钱商品也可以包邮。</p><p>根据最近很多Temu的晒单,一些网友仅花了10多美元就买了20几样产品。大家都不禁感慨此次拼多多直接把美国的物价水平拉回了80年代,调侃它这怕不是来美国做慈善了。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Temu上的1分钱商品专区</p><p>硅星人粗略看了一下,就算是<b>跟已经是地板价的Shein来比,同样的商品目前在Temu上的到手价算下来也普遍要便宜20-30%左右,有些甚至还便宜了一大半。</b></p><p>因此,如果只从价格考虑,Temu接下来很可能将会凭借着低价策略对亚马逊和Shein造成很大的威胁,从而吸引大量的存量用户向Temu迁徙。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>同类小商品的价格对比,左为Shein、右为Temu</p><p>但作为一个刚刚上线的平台,虽然价格便宜不少,但Temu在商品品类和产品分类导航的完善程度上目前还比Shein差了一大截。</p><p><b>跟Shein起步主打女装再向全品类拓展的路线不同,Temu此次是直接延续了国内拼多多的全品类定位。</b>目前Temu官方上显示共在售的产品包括家居园艺、女士服装、珠宝饰品、美妆、电子产品、男士服装、童装、鞋包、宠物用品、婴幼儿用品、运动和户外、办公室产品、工业用品等14个品类,主要目标人群定位在海外女性用户。</p><p>但每个品类之下的产品并没有像Shein一样再进行各种细分,大部分产品都还处于一饼粘的状态,筛选条件也只是最基础的按价格高低、按销量排序等,需要用户花大量时间去自己翻看。</p><p>总体来看,目前Temu最大的特点就是价格便宜,也因此吸引了很多用户前来“薅羊毛”。</p><p><b>第一批商家集体爆单,“砍一刀”或将成为日后杀手锏</b></p><p>除了页面功能还略显单一之外,Temu目前的商品供货量也非常有限,一些商品甚至售完几十个就宣告断货。根据目前一些商家群里爆出的信息,很多第一批入驻的商家销量都超过了千单并已开始着手第二轮补货。</p><p>为了吸引更多优质供货商,拼多多正在疯狂拉人。根据Temu此次发布的商家招募来看,拼多多为此次的 Temu入驻商家提供了0元入驻、0佣金的入驻优惠政策。<b>对于卖家来说,他们只需要扮演供货商的角色,仅需提供商品和供货价格,其他任何关于推广运营、物流、仓储等环节的工作都由Temu承担,而最后的商品销售价由平台决定。</b></p><p>这种合作模式几乎跟Shein如出一辙。据第一批卖家爆出的入驻流程来看,卖家在通过平台审核后,需要把样品送到平台做质检,检测通过后,拼多多就会直接上门揽货,比做亚马逊、Shopify等省心不少。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>拼多多近期发布的跨境电商招商指南</p><p><b>但跟国内拼多多参差不齐的供货商资质不同,此次拼多多对供货商的门槛方面也明显高出了不少。</b>首先,跟国内拼多多允许个人开设店铺不同,此次Temu仅支持企业公账收款,几乎把个人和小规模供应商排除在外。此外,Temu也对商家的开发设计、生产拍摄、库存保证提出了要求,并优先选择那些在Shein、亚马逊、Shopify等有销售经验的供货商。</p><p>在商品的质量把控上,拼多多此次也显得非常谨慎。消息显示,非质量问题将由平台负责兜底,但一旦产品出现质量问题,平台将对商家处以五倍罚款,一旦发现售卖假货,卖家除了被罚款之外,还将面临保证金追加、资金提现冻结等一系列惩罚措施。</p><p>目前,<b>虽然Temu仅开放了美国市场的商品销售,但在加拿大等其他地区的App Store上也已经可以下载,应该很快就会在其他地区上线。</b></p><p>根据卖家入驻的后台信息来看,在Temu后台的商品品类一级类目已经超过了20个,同时很多一级类目下还有二级、三级类目,因此不难推测之后Temu的产品的种类和数量将会快速增长,同时页面导航等功能也将进一步丰富和完善。</p><p>值得注意的是,<b>虽然目前Temu还并没有上线国内标志性的“拼团砍价”模式,但种种迹象似乎都透露出这或许仍然将是Temu未来的重点营销模式。</b>一方面因为在Temu的应用介绍中已经强调了“Team href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BABA\">阿里巴巴</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/JD\">京东</a>早早就开始布局海外市场,拼多多显然是赶了个晚集。<b>但从另一个角度来说,这落后的一步,可能反而造就了拼多多弯道超车的机会。</b></p><p>从此前中国电商巨头们的出海之旅来看,整个历程并不顺利。早在1999年成立之初,阿里巴巴就成立了国际站尝试做跨境B2B 业务,之后十多年里阿里先后通过创立或收购的方式开拓了Aliexpress、服务东南亚本地市场的Lazada、土耳其市场的Trendyol、南亚市场的Daraz等平台,但截至目前其国际业务总体占比也仅7%左右,一直都处于比较缓慢增长的状态。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/cea78f83b77143098bb410cdf1cd35e9\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>阿里最新一季度财报</p><p>京东2014年上市之后,也一度把跨境业务作为最关键战略方向,上线了Joybuy业务并先后在全球多国开启了服务站点站点,但最后却因管理混乱及效益不佳于2021年正式12月正式宣布停止运营。今年6月,京东又再次推出了专注于跨境B2B的京东全球贸平台,但总体来看,其跨境业务的带来的营收还很小。</p><p>前车之鉴在前,<b>拼多多此次并没有再走阿里、京东的老路,反而主要从大获成功的Shein上学习经验,尝试从D2C模式上寻找突破口。</b>要知道阿里搞了超过20年的跨境业务,2021年几个平台加起来的收入也才不过420多亿人民币的营收,而Shein去年的营收已经高达160亿美元。</p><p>不过,是不是拼多多照猫画虎就能大获全胜,现在还要打一个大大的问号。由于Shein模式的技术门槛并不高,同类型的平台正在疯狂涌进海外市场,造成同质化竞争激烈。此外,如何开展本土化运营解决“水土不服”的问题,很多出海平台都难以攻克并应用自如。</p><p>毕竟从目前来看,<b>就连在海外已经基础深厚的字节跳动也没有摸索出成功的发展路径。</b>不仅年初关闭了旗下对标Shein的女装跨境出海平台Dmonstudio,去年针对欧洲市场推出的Fanno也传出已被内部淘汰。</p><p><img Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/255ba2973f88b276ed06f4d318caa930","relate_stocks":{"BK1230":"工业集团企业","00656":"复星国际"},"source_url":"","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1110881032","content_text":"大佬郭广昌掌舵的“复星系”,今年以来持续出售资产变现,在减持海南矿业、中山公用、泰和科技、青岛啤酒等上市公司股权之后,这柄“大刀”终于砍向了复星旗舰公司复星医药。9月2日晚,复星医药公告,控股股东复星高科技拟减持不超过8008.97万股A股股份,占公司总股本比例3%,按9月2日收盘价40.21元/股计,此番减持可套现约32亿元。中国基金报记者回溯过往公告发现,复星医药遭控股股东减持极为罕见,实际上是其自1998年登陆A股以来首次。相反,在过去十年间,复星高科技至少对复星医药发起过六轮次的增持。复星高科技由在港上市的复星国际100%持股,后者作为整个复星系的控股平台,刚刚在8月份遭国际评级巨头穆迪“发难”,穆迪指复星控股公司层面的流动性弱,将评级由Ba3下调至B1。复星国际本周刚刚披露2022年中期财报,其最新总资产达到8497亿元,总负债达到6512亿元,资产负债率76.64%。1998年上市以来首次减持根据公告,截至2022年9月2日,复星医药控股股东上海复星高科技(集团)有限公司(以下简称“复星高科技”)合计持有公司无限售条件流通股10.96亿股(其中:9.38亿股A股、7153万股H股),约占公司总股本的37.82%。此次复星高科技计划通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持不超过总股本3%的A股,按截至2022年9月2日复星医药总股本计,即不超过8009万股,减持价格根据市场价格确定。如果以9月2日的收盘价计,减持可套现约32亿元。此次减持股份来源均为IPO前取得,减持原因复星高科技一笔带过,称系“自身经营计划需要”。具体看,其拟以集中竞价方式减持不超过1%,按监管规定可于此次公告披露之日起15个交易日后进行,减持期间半年,即自2022年9月27日至2023年3月26日;以大宗交易方式减持不超过2%,该方式下减持可于公告披露之日起3个交易日后进行,即减持期间为自2022年9月8日至2023年3月7日。减持如按计划完成,复星高科技及其一直行动人复星国际合计持有股份仍占复星医药总股本的35.04%,减持计划实施不会导致上市公司控制权发生变更。中国基金报记者倒查复星医药过往公告注意到,除去因定向增发、股权激励等原因带来的股权比例被动稀释,这是复星医药自1998年8月7日在上交所挂牌上市(前身为“复星实业”)以来首次遭控股股东主动减持。十年发起六轮增持实际上,作为整个复星系发家的旗舰公司,复星医药的羽翼一直很好地被呵护,非但没有减持,在过去的十年间还至少被控股股东发起六轮增持,其中五轮增持发生在2015年的“股灾”之后。从2016年到2021年复星医药每一年都有被控股股东增持,直到2022年首次被减持。最早的一轮增持始于2012年,彼时中小创的炒作正如火如荼,乐视网、中青宝这样的题材股市盈率上百倍,而复星医药这样价值股市盈率却不足10倍,市值持续在200亿附近横盘。此背景下,自2012年2月22日至2013年2月21日,复星高科技通过上海证券交易所交易系统累计增持复星医药A股股份552万股,约占复星医药彼时已发行股份总数的0.25%。此后,随着复星医药股价走出横盘开始向上,并很快衔接2014年到2015年上半年的牛市,复星高科技未再增持。直到2016年初,三轮频见“千股跌停”的股灾之后,复星医药股价从高点回调了50%以上,复星高科技再次出手。具体来看,自2016年1月28日至2017年1月27日,一年时间复星高科技累计增持1707万股(其中1190万股A股、517万股H股),累计增持金额约3.71亿人民币,占彼时复星医药股份总数比例约0.74%。时隔四个月,复星高科技再度出手,自2017年5月9日至2018年5月8日,复星高科技累计增持公司885万股股份(其中404万股A股、481万股H股),累计增持金额折合人民币约2.45亿元,累计增持股份比例占2017年5 月H股配售完成前复星医药已发行股份总数的约0.37%。两个月后,复星高科技开始第四轮增持,自2018年7月3日至2019年7月2日累计增持2396万股(其中152万股A股、2244万股H股),累计增持金额折合人民币约5.6亿元,增持股份比例约0.96%。第五第六轮增持则发生在2019年9月19日至2020年9月18日和2020年12月1日至2021年11月30日的各12个月期间。其中,第五轮复星高科技增持1717万股H股,耗资人民币3.95亿元,增持股份占比0.67%;第六轮增持2793万股H股,耗资人民币9.67亿元,增持股份比例1.09%。至此,到2021年底,复星高科技十年六轮增持宣告完成,公司合计增持耗资约27亿元。不难发现,如果2022年此次宣布的减持按计划完成,一笔减持收回金额将有望超过此前六轮增持耗资总金额。高毅资产刚包揽近半数定增从复星医药的股价走势来看,复星高科技此番减持可以算得上是“低位减持”。在过去的一年复星医药股价持续调整,从最高的91.13元跌到近期的40元附近,跌幅高达56%,市值蒸发近1400亿。如果按照复星高科技过往的“行为习惯”,这其实恰恰是一个应该增持的好时点。因此,此次突然的减持也超出了多数股民的预期,减持公告发布后,复星医药东财股吧讨论量直线飙升。“真是晴天霹雳呀”“下周暴跌模式开启”“公司缺钱花?”“跌成这样还减持”“怎么在这么低的价格减持”“持仓港股,希望影响小点”……,网友们纷纷表示。还有的网友称,“这个不讲武德,刚刚增发完就减持”。就在7月28日,复星医药公告完成了一轮定增,发行了1.07亿股A股,发行价格为42元/股,募集资金总额44.84亿元。此次定增吸引了一众豪华机构队伍参与,其中草根出身的私募大佬冯柳执掌的“高毅邻山1号远望基金”一家就揽下4762万股,耗资20亿元,其他如财通基金、UBSAG、中信证券、华泰证券、J.P.MorganSecuritiesplc等则认购了大几千万到数亿元不等。42元参与的定增如今刚刚完成一个多月,控股股东就在40元附近抛出大额减持计划,不知道这些机构的心情如何?不过对中小散户投资者来说,可能更需要注意的是各方减持的节奏对股价带来的影响。此次定增锁定期为半年,此期间正好高度重叠复星高科技的减持窗口,等复星高科技减持实施完,这批机构的定增股份恰好解禁,复星医药很有可能又面临新一批减持的冲击。“复星系”持续密集套现复星高科技减持旗舰公司复星医药,虽超预期,但也在情理之中。今年以来“复星系”持续密集减持旗下参控股的上市公司,累计套现金额在60亿元以上,目前部分减持计划仍在实施之中。2月19日,郭广昌通过复星产投和复星高科技实控的海南矿业公告,复星产投减持完毕,套现2.66亿元,持股比例降至32.04%。时隔半年,8月26日复星产投再抛减持计划,拟通过集中竞价交易、大宗交易等方式,合计减持海南矿业不超过6103万股,合计减持比例不超过公司总股本的3%,按公告日股价计套现金额约5亿元。值得注意的是,海南矿业同样是被“低位减持”,其过去一年股价跌幅高达70%。5月31日,复星国际在港交所公告,附属公司同意以每股62港元出售青岛啤酒约6680万股H股股份。出售事项完成后,复星系将不再持有青岛啤酒H股,可套现41.4亿港元(折合人民币约35.6亿元)。6月16日,中山公用公告,二股东复星高科技通过集中竞价交易方式累计减持公司股份2950.22万股,约占公司总股本的2%,套现约2.5亿元。同一份公告中,复星高科技继续抛出减持计划,拟再减持6%的股份,套现金额预计超过6亿元,几乎是要清仓的节奏。截至8月11日,复星高科技减持比例已超过1%。7月11日,泰和科技公告,原持股5%以上的股东复星创泓减持计划已实施完毕,套现约3.6亿元。此前,复星创泓在3月14日发布了减持计划,减持期间为半年,实际来看不到四个月时间就完成了减持。这样,复星系对上述四家上市公司的已完成减持和实施中减持,套现金额在60亿元以上。“复星系”上市公司资产版图庞大,东财choce数据显示,在AH两地其仅控股的公司就达到11家之多。A股市场上,郭广昌实际控制复星医药(同时也在港股上市)、南钢股份、豫园股份、上海钢联、海南矿业,以及近两年揽下的金徽酒及舍得酒业,共计7家。港股市场上,郭广昌控制的上市公司有复星国际、复锐医疗科技、复星旅游文化集团、复宏汉霖4家。穆迪:复星的流动性较弱复星:穆迪高估了困难复星持续的资产出售,与其债务压力尤其短期债务压力不无关系。早在去年7月,国际评级机构穆迪就将“复星系”控股平台复星国际的企业家族评级从“Ba2”下调至“Ba3”,原因是“复星国际的债务杠杆率高且不断增加;长期投资依赖短期资金;控股公司层面的利息覆盖率低;信贷传染风险不断增加”。到了今年8月23日,穆迪又将复星国际的公司家族评级从Ba3下调至B1。与此同时,穆迪将Fortune Star (BVI) Limited所发行债券的高级无抵押债务评级从Ba3下调至B1,该债券由复星提供无条件及不可撤销的担保。穆迪将上述所有评级的展望从评级观察调整为负面。穆迪对B级的定义是“缺少理想的投资品质”,“还本付息,或长期内履行合同中其他条款的保证极小”。B级包括B1、B2、B3三个细分等级,目前复星国际的B1级暂时处于靠前的一档。在通稿中,穆迪高级副总裁蔡慧表示:“评级下调反映了复星的流动性较弱,境内外充满挑战的融资环境造成其再融资压力较大,以及经济增长放缓和资本市场波动背景下该公司出售资产的计划产生执行风险。此外,出售资产可能会缩减复星投资组合的规模、多样性和透明度,同时该公司可能会更多地采用资产抵质押方式,这将降低其财务灵活性。”负面展望则反映了再融资的不确定性、通过出售资产来偿还复星未来12个月到期的大量债务的执行风险,“以及该公司持续面临平衡其流动性需求和维持投资组合质量的挑战”。对穆迪发难,复星第一时间回应,称复星经营情况平稳,“得益于多元化的资产组合,账面资金充裕,和金融机构关系稳定,多元化融资渠道畅通,本次评级调整不影响复星的偿债能力”。其表示,穆迪对复星未来发展的估计过度悲观,一方面高估了复星所面临的困难,另一方面同时又低估了复星“抗逆+抗疫”的能力。值得一提的是,另一家评级机构标普对复星国际给出的是BB级,评级展望稳定,该评级在标普体系下亦属于投机级别。复星国际8月30日刚刚发布2022年中期业绩,中国基金报记者注意到其持有的现金不足以覆盖未来12个月到期的短期债务。其“现金及银行结余”为1171亿元,但流动负债下仅“计息银行借款及其他借款”就达到1237亿,同比上升了30%。而其整体流动负债为3754亿元,同比上升也超过20%,远远快于净资产同比增长速度(约3%)。目前从公开市场来看,复星国际的主要债务是美元债,共10笔,合计存续规模约47.7亿美元(折合人民币约330亿元),其中一年内到期19.8亿美元(折合人民币约137亿元)。就在10月9日,公司将有一笔3.8亿美元的债券到期。这些美元债今年6月中旬以来经历了一轮暴跌,如目前价格最低的“FOSUNI 5
