referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\">Source: nrqemi / Shutterstock.com</p>\n<p>Musk wrote there was… “No need, as Plaid is just so good.”</p>\n<p>The Model S Plaid Plus was supposed to be the fastest, most powerful and priciest version of the company’s Model S. Priced at $149,990, it was to feature a range of 520 miles, thanks to its innovative 4680 battery cells, 1,100 horsepower and the ability to speed from 0 to 60 mph in less than two seconds.</p>\n<p>Instead, the company has begun delivering a new Model S Plaid that has only a 390-mile range and 1,020 horsepower, though it still sprints to from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just two seconds.</p>\n<p>As a way to “sugar coat” its flip flop, Tesla said the Model S Plaid is just as fast as the Model S Plaid Plus and $20,000 cheaper. Humm.</p>\n<p>This “bait and switch” has some Tesla fans worried, since they had deposits on the Model S Plaid Plus and wanted the innovative 4680 battery cells that Tesla had been touting as the key to longer range and more power. Essentially, the 4680 battery cells were the latest great Tesla development, since they were the first batteries to also be a structural component that supposedly allowed Tesla to lower the weight of its vehicles.</p>\n<p>Both the company’s Austin and Berlin manufacturing plants now under construction are supposed to also be making the 4680 batteries for new Tesla vehicles. If there is a problem with the engineering associated with utilizing the 4680 batteries or making them a structural component, then Tesla has grossly miscalculated, which is now worrying investors.</p>\n<p>Clearly something happened to delay the 4680 batteries that were supposed to provide Tesla with a competitive and engineering edge. For Tesla’s sake, I hope they figure out the problems associated with their much hyped 4680 battery cells, otherwise concerns about its two new manufacturing plants will emerge, as well as the stock losing more of its “mojo.”</p>\n<p>As someone who owns more than a few high-performance vehicles, I can tell you that the engineering geeks I know do<i>not</i>want to get a new Model S Plaid instead of a Model S Plaid Plus and will likely ask for their deposits back.</p>\n<p>What Tesla did is like Ferrari or Porsche telling its customers that one of their much-hyped new performance models is now not being sold because the base model was just as good! Car fanatics, like myself, like the latest and greatest engineering tidbits, so we would rather cancel our orders versus settle for a base model.</p>\n<p>The good news for Tesla is that its China sales in May resurged to 21,936, up sharply from 11,671 in April. The company’s sales tend to spike at the end of each quarter. For example, Tesla sold 35,478 vehicles in China in March, which was the strongest month ever in China.</p>\n<p>This is raising expectations for very strong China sales in June, especially now that the Model Y is being manufactured in Shanghai. Interestingly, since most Chinese Teslas are now made with iron phosphate batteries, these vehicles have lower range than its lithium cobalt vehicles, but its iron phosphate vehicles are cheaper and now increasingly being exported to Europe.</p>\n<p>However, I’m convinced another electric vehicle (EV) company will eventually displace Tesla as the biggest manufacturer of EVs in China.</p>\n<p><b>Taking Advantage of the EV Revolution’s Profit Potential</b></p>\n<p>I’m talking about&nbsp;<b>Nio, Inc.</b>(NYSE:<b>NIO</b>). The reality is that this company is on the verge of dominating the EV market in China and Hong Kong. It’s why I put NIO on my<b><i>Platinum Growth Club</i></b>Model Portfolio back in February.</p>\n<p>The company boasts that it is the “next-generation car company,” as it designs and manufactures electric vehicles that utilize the latest technologies in connectivity, autonomous driving and artificial intelligence (AI). NIO currently offers an electric seven-seater SUV (ES8) and a five-seater electric SUV (ES6) and recently introduced an attractive electric sedan (ET7). Its vehicles utilize NOMI, an in-vehicle artificial intelligence assistant.</p>\n<p>The company is also partnering with cutting-edge chip companies like<b>NVIDIA Corporation</b>(NASDAQ:<b>NVDA</b>), another one of my<b><i>Platinum Growth Club</i></b>Model Portfolio stocks. NIO plans to use the NVIDIA DRIVE Orin system-on-a-chip for its electric vehicles that will provide autonomous driving capabilities. The NVIDIA DRIVE Orin-powered supercomputer, which is being called Adam, will be launched in the ET7 sedan in China in 2022. Announcements like this are very positive, so NIO has been stealing some of Tesla’s thunder lately.</p>\n<p>Now, it’s important to note that NIO was bailed out by the Chinese government. Last year, the Chinese government injected $1 billion and now has a 24% ownership in the company. The reality is that China wants to dominate at least five major industries by 2025, and NIO is now its ticket to dominate EV manufacturing.</p>\n<p>With the backing of the Chinese government, some Wall Street firms are eager to help NIO by issuing new debt or equity. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if NIO surpasses Tesla, which is currently number-two in China, for market share in the upcoming years.</p>\n<p>That means, if you missed Tesla’s parabolic run like I did, NIO is essentially giving us a “second chance” to make money in a potentially explosive electric vehicle company.</p>\n<p>Shares of NIO climbed nearly 13% since the company’s June 4 announcement of its May delivery report and positive analyst comments, while Tesla shares rose almost 3%. First, NIO revealed that the global chip shortage is starting to take a toll on its business. NIO only delivered 6,711 vehicles in May, or a 5.5% decline from April’s deliveries. Company management noted that deliveries were “adversely impacted for several days due to the volatility of semiconductor supply and certain logistical adjustments.”</p>\n<p>Interestingly, despite the month-to-month dip, NIO’s deliveries were still up 95.3% year-over-year. Priced at $149,990, it was to feature a range of 520 miles, thanks to its innovative 4680 battery cells, 1,100 horsepower and the ability to speed from 0 to 60 mph in less than two seconds.\nInstead, the company has begun delivering a new Model S Plaid that has only a 390-mile range and 1,020 horsepower, though it still sprints to from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just two seconds.\nAs a way to “sugar coat” its flip flop, Tesla said the Model S Plaid is just as fast as the Model S Plaid Plus and $20,000 cheaper. Humm.\nThis “bait and switch” has some Tesla fans worried, since they had deposits on the Model S Plaid Plus and wanted the innovative 4680 battery cells that Tesla had been touting as the key to longer range and more power. Essentially, the 4680 battery cells were the latest great Tesla development, since they were the first batteries to also be a structural component that supposedly allowed Tesla to lower the weight of its vehicles.\nBoth the company’s Austin and Berlin manufacturing plants now under construction are supposed to also be making the 4680 batteries for new Tesla vehicles. If there is a problem with the engineering associated with utilizing the 4680 batteries or making them a structural component, then Tesla has grossly miscalculated, which is now worrying investors.\nClearly something happened to delay the 4680 batteries that were supposed to provide Tesla with a competitive and engineering edge. For Tesla’s sake, I hope they figure out the problems associated with their much hyped 4680 battery cells, otherwise concerns about its two new manufacturing plants will emerge, as well as the stock losing more of its “mojo.”\nAs someone who owns more than a few high-performance vehicles, I can tell you that the engineering geeks I know donotwant to get a new Model S Plaid instead of a Model S Plaid Plus and will likely ask for their deposits back.\nWhat Tesla did is like Ferrari or Porsche telling its customers that one of their much-hyped new performance models is now not being sold because the base model was just as good! Car fanatics, like myself, like the latest and greatest engineering tidbits, so we would rather cancel our orders versus settle for a base model.\nThe good news for Tesla is that its China sales in May resurged to 21,936, up sharply from 11,671 in April. The company’s sales tend to spike at the end of each quarter. For example, Tesla sold 35,478 vehicles in China in March, which was the strongest month ever in China.\nThis is raising expectations for very strong China sales in June, especially now that the Model Y is being manufactured in Shanghai. Interestingly, since most Chinese Teslas are now made with iron phosphate batteries, these vehicles have lower range than its lithium cobalt vehicles, but its iron phosphate vehicles are cheaper and now increasingly being exported to Europe.\nHowever, I’m convinced another electric vehicle (EV) company will eventually displace Tesla as the biggest manufacturer of EVs in China.\nTaking Advantage of the EV Revolution’s Profit Potential\nI’m talking about Nio, Inc.(NYSE:NIO). The reality is that this company is on the verge of dominating the EV market in China and Hong Kong. It’s why I put NIO on myPlatinum Growth ClubModel Portfolio back in February.\nThe company boasts that it is the “next-generation car company,” as it designs and manufactures electric vehicles that utilize the latest technologies in connectivity, autonomous driving and artificial intelligence (AI). NIO currently offers an electric seven-seater SUV (ES8) and a five-seater electric SUV (ES6) and recently introduced an attractive electric sedan (ET7). Its vehicles utilize NOMI, an in-vehicle artificial intelligence assistant.\nThe company is also partnering with cutting-edge chip companies likeNVIDIA Corporation(NASDAQ:NVDA), another one of myPlatinum Growth ClubModel Portfolio stocks. NIO plans to use the NVIDIA DRIVE Orin system-on-a-chip for its electric vehicles that will provide autonomous driving capabilities. The NVIDIA DRIVE Orin-powered supercomputer, which is being called Adam, will be launched in the ET7 sedan in China in 2022. Announcements like this are very positive, so NIO has been stealing some of Tesla’s thunder lately.\nNow, it’s important to note that NIO was bailed out by the Chinese government. Last year, the Chinese government injected $1 billion and now has a 24% ownership in the company. The reality is that China wants to dominate at least five major industries by 2025, and NIO is now its ticket to dominate EV manufacturing.\nWith the backing of the Chinese government, some Wall Street firms are eager to help NIO by issuing new debt or equity. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if NIO surpasses Tesla, which is currently number-two in China, for market share in the upcoming years.\nThat means, if you missed Tesla’s parabolic run like I did, NIO is essentially giving us a “second chance” to make money in a potentially explosive electric vehicle company.\nShares of NIO climbed nearly 13% since the company’s June 4 announcement of its May delivery report and positive analyst comments, while Tesla shares rose almost 3%. First, NIO revealed that the global chip shortage is starting to take a toll on its business. NIO only delivered 6,711 vehicles in May, or a 5.5% decline from April’s deliveries. Company management noted that deliveries were “adversely impacted for several days due to the volatility of semiconductor supply and certain logistical adjustments.”\nInterestingly, despite the month-to-month dip, NIO’s deliveries were still up 95.3% year-over-year. The top price target among Wall Street analysts for UnitedHealth is $522 per share, which implies roughly a 34% gain from current levels.</p>\n<p>UnitedHealth has done an excellent job of navigating the ever-changing landscape of the healthcare and health insurance industries. As the largest health insurance company in the world, UnitedHealth offers coverage not just for private businesses but also for those eligible for government programs like Medicare and Medicaid.</p>\n<p>Indeed, UnitedHealth's handling of plans under the Affordable Care Act has been masterful, with the company having participated in the program better known as Obamacare while not overcommitting to it. By aiming to help providers encourage health and wellness, Optum generates higher-margin revenue while often producing better outcomes for patients and members. With both growth drivers pushing the company forward, UnitedHealth looks well poised to keep climbing.</p>\n<h3>Goldman Sachs: 36% upside</h3>\n<p>Wall Street has enjoyed the bull market in stocks, and that's been a blessing for investment bank <b>Goldman Sachs </b>(NYSE:GS). The perennial financial giant has seen its stock rise 34% so far in 2021 after less impressive performance during 2020.</p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AONE\">one</a> hand, Goldman has reflected the broader performance of financial stocks across the market. Interest rates have generally been on the rise, and that's bolstered the prospects for more net-interest income from retail banking operations. Goldman lags behind its big-bank peers on the consumer banking front, but its relatively new Marcus unit has done a good job of attracting capital thus far.</p>\n<p>On the other hand, Goldman continues to rely on its investment banking operations, and strong activity levels among initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A) have fed the company's coffers nicely. Financing remains relatively easy to get, and that could spur more M&amp;A activity that in turn could keep growing revenue for Goldman's investment banking division. Add to that possible tailwinds from macroeconomic factors, and it is in a solid position to climb as high as the $484 per share that represents the top price target among those following the financial stock.</p>\n<h3>Apple: 42% upside</h3>\n<p>Lastly, <b>Apple </b>(NASDAQ:AAPL) rounds out this list. Recently fetching $130 per share, some see the iPhone maker's stock climbing to $185. That'd be a 42% jump to help Apple recover from its 2% loss so far in 2021.</p>\n<p>Apple's gains have continued to impress. Revenue jumped 54% in its most recent quarter, with sales of the iPhone 12 and various other products and accessories continuing to drive sales for the company. Returning capital to shareholders via dividends and stock buybacks has had a substantial impact on financial performance, especially with the number of outstanding shares having plunged by roughly 35% in just the past decade.</p>\n<p>Many fear that Apple hasn't generated the innovative product lines that drove its success in the mid-2000s. However, at least for now, consumers seem content with iterations on existing product lines, and as long as that remains a successful strategy, further gains for the stock seem realistic.</p>\n<h3>Further to run?</h3>\n<p>Even with solid gains for the Dow in 2021, the long-term trajectory for stocks remains upward. That's a big part of why Apple, Goldman Sachs, and UnitedHealth Group look as promising as they do. With both growth drivers pushing the company forward, UnitedHealth looks well poised to keep climbing.\nGoldman Sachs: 36% upside\nWall Street has enjoyed the bull market in stocks, and that's been a blessing for investment bank Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS). The perennial financial giant has seen its stock rise 34% so far in 2021 after less impressive performance during 2020.\nOn one hand, Goldman has reflected the broader performance of financial stocks across the market. Interest rates have generally been on the rise, and that's bolstered the prospects for more net-interest income from retail banking operations. Goldman lags behind its big-bank peers on the consumer banking front, but its relatively new Marcus unit has done a good job of attracting capital thus far.\nOn the other hand, Goldman continues to rely on its investment banking operations, and strong activity levels among initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) have fed the company's coffers nicely. Financing remains relatively easy to get, and that could spur more M&A activity that in turn could keep growing revenue for Goldman's investment banking division. Add to that possible tailwinds from macroeconomic factors, and it is in a solid position to climb as high as the $484 per share that represents the top price target among those following the financial stock.\nApple: 42% upside\nLastly, Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) rounds out this list. Recently fetching $130 per share, some see the iPhone maker's stock climbing to $185. That'd be a 42% jump to help Apple recover from its 2% loss so far in 2021.\nApple's gains have continued to impress. Revenue jumped 54% in its most recent quarter, with sales of the iPhone 12 and various other products and accessories continuing to drive sales for the company. Returning capital to shareholders via dividends and stock buybacks has had a substantial impact on financial performance, especially with the number of outstanding shares having plunged by roughly 35% in just the past decade.\nMany fear that Apple hasn't generated the innovative product lines that drove its success in the mid-2000s. However, at least for now, consumers seem content with iterations on existing product lines, and as long as that remains a successful strategy, further gains for the stock seem realistic.\nFurther to run?\nEven with solid gains for the Dow in 2021, the long-term trajectory for stocks remains upward. That's a big part of why Apple, Goldman Sachs, and UnitedHealth Group look as promising as they do. The film, starring Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt, is named and themed loosely for the classic pun-laden Disneyland boat ride.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/90b3a056f576c8af38de26d54efb9266\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"525\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>Image source: Disney.</p>\n<h3>Behind the scenes</h3>\n<p>This isn't the first time Disney has leaned on an iconic in-park experience as a content creator. The Pirates of the Caribbean swashbuckler-heavy boat ride has spawned the most successful theatrical franchise based on a theme park attraction, but Disney hasn't shied away from putting out films titled <i>Country Bear Jamboree</i>, <i>Haunted Mansion</i>, <i>Mission to Mars</i>, and <i><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TWR.AU\">Tower</a> of Terro</i>r.</p>\n<p>Some of those flicks aren't particularly watchable, but the synergy is fairly obvious if things click. A blockbuster at the multiplex will draw visitors to Disneyland or Disney World, and the media giant won't have to invest in building a new ride to cash in on a hot movie.</p>\n<p>Next week's <i>Jungle Cruise</i> will be somewhat different. Disney has been investing in updating the attraction on both coasts. It's not necessarily the new film's arrival inspiring the tweaks. We're not getting audio-animatronics of Blunt and The Rock added to the watery attraction. The original Jungle Cruise ride had some elements that don't jibe with the woke new normal, joining Pirates of the Caribbean and eventually Splash Mountain as classic rides that are going for a more socially-aware makeover.</p>\n<p>Disney's ecosystem is difficult to top. It operates the world's most-visited theme parks. In 2019 it put out the country's six highest-grossing films. Its media empire is helmed by <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/01288\">ABC</a>, Disney Channel, and ESPN, and they give the House of Mouse a deep reach into homes. It's not just mere luck that the Disney+ streaming service would go on to top 100 million paying subscribers just months into its second year of availability. Put it all together and Disney is built to cash in on any property that spikes in popularity in any of its operating segments.</p>\n<p>The easiest connection is when Disney has a hit movie, a pond that is well stocked after making 10-figure acquisitions of Marvel, Pixar, and Lucasfilm. Lucasfilm's <i>Star Wars</i> is the basis of themed lands at Disney's theme parks in Florida and California; it's the series that put Disney+ on the map, and a <i>Star Wars</i>-themed luxury escapism hotel will open next year at Disney World.</p>\n<p>The new <i>Behind the Attraction</i>&nbsp;show on Disney+ is smart. It gives the bellwether media stock promotional material that it can push out as content for the fast-growing service. If <i>Jungle Cruise</i> is a hit, it will be even smarter, especially if it's successful enough to warrant sequels that will keep demand humming for the theme park experience as well as incremental merchandising opportunities. Disney+ introduced a new series this week -- Behind the Attraction -- with every episode looking at the origin of popular theme park attractions.\nThe stakes will be raised even higher when Jungle Cruise hits theaters next week. The film, starring Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt, is named and themed loosely for the classic pun-laden Disneyland boat ride.\n\nImage source: Disney.\nBehind the scenes\nThis isn't the first time Disney has leaned on an iconic in-park experience as a content creator. The Pirates of the Caribbean swashbuckler-heavy boat ride has spawned the most successful theatrical franchise based on a theme park attraction, but Disney hasn't shied away from putting out films titled Country Bear Jamboree, Haunted Mansion, Mission to Mars, and Tower of Terror.\nSome of those flicks aren't particularly watchable, but the synergy is fairly obvious if things click. A blockbuster at the multiplex will draw visitors to Disneyland or Disney World, and the media giant won't have to invest in building a new ride to cash in on a hot movie.\nNext week's Jungle Cruise will be somewhat different. Disney has been investing in updating the attraction on both coasts. It's not necessarily the new film's arrival inspiring the tweaks. We're not getting audio-animatronics of Blunt and The Rock added to the watery attraction. The original Jungle Cruise ride had some elements that don't jibe with the woke new normal, joining Pirates of the Caribbean and eventually Splash Mountain as classic rides that are going for a more socially-aware makeover.\nDisney's ecosystem is difficult to top. It operates the world's most-visited theme parks. In 2019 it put out the country's six highest-grossing films. Its media empire is helmed by ABC, Disney Channel, and ESPN, and they give the House of Mouse a deep reach into homes. It's not just mere luck that the Disney+ streaming service would go on to top 100 million paying subscribers just months into its second year of availability. Put it all together and Disney is built to cash in on any property that spikes in popularity in any of its operating segments.\nThe easiest connection is when Disney has a hit movie, a pond that is well stocked after making 10-figure acquisitions of Marvel, Pixar, and Lucasfilm. Lucasfilm's Star Wars is the basis of themed lands at Disney's theme parks in Florida and California; it's the series that put Disney+ on the map, and a Star Wars-themed luxury escapism hotel will open next year at Disney World.\nThe new Behind the Attraction show on Disney+ is smart. It gives the bellwether media stock promotional material that it can push out as content for the fast-growing service. If Jungle Cruise is a hit, it will be even smarter, especially if it's successful enough to warrant sequels that will keep demand humming for the theme park experience as well as incremental merchandising opportunities. But, AMC is still considered highly speculative and there are other high-risk, high-reward stocks that deserve attention, according to two traders.\nSpeaking to CNBC’s “Trading Nation” on Friday, Simpler Trading director of options Danielle Shay highlighted chipmakerNvidiaas one name of interest.\n\"It is at the all-time highs and normally I would never come here and say, 'Hey guys, look at Nvidia, it's at all-time highs, it's a great time to buy it.' But the reason why I like this and I put it in that momentum retail-trader category is because of the stock split coming up,\" Shay said. \"Last year, what we saw with Apple and Tesla both, when their stock splits were announced, we had a massive rally that was largely due to the retail crowd.\"\nNvidia's board in May approved a 4-for-1 stock split, set to go into effect July 20. In the days after Apple's stock split last August, shares surged by as much as 7%.\nNvidia is \"a solid company, great fundamentals. Technicals, it's at the highs, but I'm looking at this to go potentially up to $750, maybe even $800, because if you look at it right now, it has this massive momentum because of the stock split,\" said Shay. \"I'm trading this in the options market with a low-risk, high-reward butterfly targeting that $750 price point in the next two weeks.\"\nA move to $750 implies nearly 7% upside. Shay's higher target, $800, would mean a 14% rally from Friday's close of $703.\nCraig Johnson, chief market technician at Piper Sandler, namedPlug Poweras his high-risk, high-reward pick. The stock closed Friday at $30.58.\n\"This is a stock that, coming off the March lows, has risen almost 3,000%. AT&amp;T: High dividends are calling</b></h2><p>AT&amp;T is a Dividend Aristocrat that has been a bargain this year, but it may not stay that way for long. The telecommunications giant has lagged the <b>S&amp;P 500</b> index and is up a little more than 5% over the past 12 months, but up more than 9% in 2021. The company has raised its dividend for 36 consecutive years and currently has a yield of 6.64%.</p><p>Revenue was a reported $43.9 billion in the first quarter of 2021, up 2.7% year over year. Net income grew to $7.9 billion, up 60% over the same period in 2020, and the company's free cash flow was listed as $5.9 billion, up 51% year over year. The dividend payout is safe, with a ratio of 63.5%.</p><p>All three segments of the company's business have seen growth. In communications, the company had 64.8 million postpaid phone subscribers, up 0.76% sequentially. Revenue was $28.1 billion, up 5.2% year over year. The WarnerMedia segment had revenue of $8.5 billion, up 9.8% year over year. The company's Latin America segment had $1.3 billion in revenue compared to $1.28 billion in the same quarter of 2020.</p><p>The biggest concern about AT&amp;T is its debt. It has $160.6 billion in long-term debt, up 4% sequentially. Its annualized net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA is 3.13, compared to 2.63 last year. On the first-quarter earnings call, CFO Pascal Desroches said that the company plans to focus on paying down that debt this year.</p><h2><b>2. W.P. Carey: A raise every quarter</b></h2><p>W.P. Carey has seen its stock rise more than 24% over the past 12 months and more than 7% this year. The company's dividend offers a yield of 5.6%, with a twist: The company has raised its dividend for 79 consecutive quarters, including a bump from $1.046 to $1.048 per share in March. The pandemic made for a challenging year for REITs that focus on nursing homes, and Sabra -- which owns nursing homes, senior living facilities, and specialty hospitals -- is continuing to deal with the headwinds. Many people are still reluctant to live in nursing homes, and in the fourth quarter, total occupancy&nbsp;dropped to 80.2%, down 8.6% year over year.</p><p>Other discouraging numbers: The company's AFFO per share for the year was $1.74, down from $2.08 the year before. And for the fourth quarter, the company issued bleak guidance of $0.38-$0.39 of AFFO per share, compared to $0.42 in the fourth quarter of 2020.</p><p>So why is Sabra worth watching? I think the paltry 4% rise in the company's stock this year presents an opportunity because the company's fundamentals are still strong. Sabra collected 99% of its rents from the beginning of the pandemic through February of 2021. As for the dividend, it is well covered with a payout ratio of 73% of normalized AFFO per share. The company also did a good job of lowering its debt, knocking down its net debt-to-adjusted EBITDA ratio from 5.7 to 4.9.</p><p>The long-term prognosis for nursing homes is still a growth trend, as our population continues to age. The pandemic reversed the growth of occupancy for nursing homes, but not forever. In the meantime, the company's dividend is a nice reward for waiting for a turnaround.</p><h2><b>4. Williams Companies: A boon to investors</b></h2><p>Williams Companies' stock is up more than 31% over the past 12 months, and more than 21% this year. The company's dividend, which offers a current yield of 6.73% is enticing. The company has raised its dividend the past five years.</p><p>The company delivers 30% of the country's natural gas through its more than 30,000 miles of pipelines. Last year was a difficult <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AONE\">one</a> for oil and gas companies, with oil and natural gas prices down, but Williams Companies still improved its numbers over 2019 by reducing capital expenditures. Its adjusted EBITDA of $5.1 million was up 2% year over year, while its adjusted funds from operations of $3.6 million were up 1% year over year. The company's cash dividend payout ratio, while still precariously high at 87.39%, is down from where it was in 2019.</p><p>The company raised its quarterly dividend 5.3% last year to $0.40 per share, and has already raised it 2.5% this year to $0.41 per share.</p><h2><b>5: TFS Financial: Dividends you can bank on</b></h2><p>TFS Financial, based in Cleveland, is a holding company whose subsidiaries make most of their money from offering mortgage loans, though they also have savings and checking accounts. The company's shares are up more than 10% this year and more than 37% over the past 12 months. Its dividend yields 5.73% with a cash dividend payout ratio (TTM) of 45.9%.</p><p>In 2020, TFS Financial reported annual revenue of $509 million, up only 1.9% year over year, but marking the sixth consecutive year it grew revenue. It also reported annual net income last year of $83 million, up 3.8% over 2019.</p><p>The company has stressed its commitment to its dividend, which has climbed 300% over the past 10 years.</p><h2><b>Making the best of a good situation</b></h2><p>All five of these stocks are worth watching because of their dividend growth and high yields.
