height=\"auto\"></p><p>EH216-S型无人驾驶航空器(EH216-标准版)是在低空隔离空域飞行,主要用于城市空中交通(UAM)环境的商业载客运行。此次反馈意见的收集,意味着亿航216-S向取得适航证又迈出了一大步。一旦获得适航证,亿航<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>便可正式开启平台运营商的新模式,在各大运营场景,如景区、跳岛、郊区接驳等提供空中出行服务。届时,亿航智能的商业化速度将爆发式成长。</p><p>且从12月2日亿航智能发布的2021年第三季度业绩来看,公司的平台化运营战略发展良好,业务稳步推进。报告期内,亿航智能的收入为1300万元,环比增长6.6%,调整后经营亏损为4890万元,较二季度调整后经营亏损4940万元有所缩窄。</p><p>平台化运营战略的稳步推进,是亿航智能对新商业模式的新探索,为EH216-S取得适航证后实现变现的裂变做基础。由于适航证对亿航智能的商业化至关重要,因此亿航智能的真实内在价值并不是像一般上市企业似的逐步释放,而是在取得适航证后迸发前期所积累的价值,这与创新药研发取得“里程碑”式进展从而大幅提升公司估值所类似。</p><p>内在价值的集中释放自然是公司股价强势最好的催化剂,随着适航证获得的逐渐临近,亿航智能价值重估的日子已不遥远。</p><p>EH216-S取得适航认证拐点临近</p><p>作为典型的新兴高科技行业,在市场需求与政策的双重推动下,城市空中交通(UAM)行业迎来爆发,越来越多的玩家开始进入这个前景广阔的市场。</p><p>据此前<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/MS\">摩根士丹利</a>的预测数据显示,至2040年,全球城市空中交通市场的规模将达到1万亿美元。万亿级别的庞大市场,将持续吸引更多的资本和玩家进入。</p><p>但值得注意的是,城市空中交通行业也是一个具有高壁垒的行业,这体现在产品的高技术含量以及高安全性能要求,这也能从亿航智能的高毛利上得到佐证。据财报显示,2021年第三季度,亿航智能的毛利率为61.8%,继续维持高位。</p><p>而适航证就是检验产品质量和安全性的最权威标准,也是玩家之间拉开差距的关键所在。亿航智能作为中国民航局批准的首家载人级自动驾驶飞行器适航审定试点单位,其在自动驾驶飞行器适航认证方面一直是走在国内甚至是全球行业的前列。事实上,早在2017年时,亿航智能便启动了适航审定的筹备工作,为了加快推进适航审定程序,公司还在多种飞行环境下积累了大量的实际运行经验。</p><p>截至2021年11月底,亿航216系列自动驾驶飞行器已经完成超过20,000架次的安全试飞纪录,飞行足迹遍布全球11个国家,在行业内首屈一指。</p><p><img 2020年12月28日,亿航智能向民航局适航司提交了EH216-S 型无人驾驶航空器系统(简称 EH216-S)型号合格证(TC)申请书。值得注意的是,EH216-S 是可用于载人的无人驾驶航空器系统,目前民航局尚未针对该类型航空器系统颁发适航规章,而亿航的该合格审定是全世界首例,这引起世界无人机设计制造者及欧美国家民航局方的高度关注。</p><p>中国民航局对自动驾驶飞行器行业的发展也格外重视,民航局中南局副局长陈维提出了“创新引领、标准先行、风险递进、审运结合、确保安全”的二十字工作方针,表示要以创新理念支持创新项目,在现有适航审定政策、规章、标准和经验的基础上创造性确立制定审定标准,结合亿航前期试点运行数据、运行场景,以风险递进原则推进审定工作。</p><p>而此次民航局《通知》的下发,要求反馈意见在12月20日发送至邮箱,这意味着亿航智能在取得216-S适航认证上更进一步,一旦获得适航认证,亿航智能便可开启EH216-S 型无人驾驶航空器的商业化,凭借公司平台化运营策略推进下做的商业化铺垫,EH216-S 型无人驾驶航空器的真实价值将加速爆发。</p><p>平台化运营为商业化裂变打下坚实基础</p><p>2021年4月16日,在亿航智能2020年第四季度财报电话会上,亿航智能创始人兼CEO胡华智表示,亿航将聚焦载人和物流产品的研发与运营,实现由“制造商向运营商”的升级。此后,亿航将业务聚焦于空中交通核心业务层面,专注载人和物流产品的研发,而空中媒体、智慧城市管理等与载人和物流服务关联性小的业务则作为辅助。</p><p>为什么要从制造商向运营商转型?这是市场疑惑的地方。在智通财经APP看来,<b>亿航智能此举是结合公司的核心优势将商业化变现模式升级至更高维度。事实上,亿航自动驾驶飞行器作为一个开创性的新型交通工具,并不是飞行员的专属,而是给每一个普通人提供的产品,这就需要自动驾驶成为可能。集群调度和管理则是自动驾驶的重要保障,没有指挥调度中心的集群管理,自动驾驶将不再安全可靠,飞行器之间的管理将产生巨大的困难。</b></p><p>作为全球第一个建立自己的无人驾驶飞行器指挥调度系统平台的企业,亿航不断优化集群控制和管理技术,坚持对指挥调度系统平台的投入。2021年第三季度,公司研发支出继续加大,研发费用环比增长21.8%至3870万元人民币。其中的资金在加大对长航程复合翼新机型VT-30以及物流等机型的研发投入的同时,亦用于优化调度系统功能。</p><p>只有将关键的集群调度管理技术掌握在自己手中,才能保障自动驾驶飞行器的安全性。而优秀的集群调度管理技术,也是亿航智能与其他玩家的最大区别。基于该独特技术,亿航智能作为运营商可比成为制造商能挖掘更多的价值。</p><p>最简单的例子,制造者商在一次性出售产品后,与用户的关联将大幅降低,后期仅限于保养和维修的关系生态;但作为运营商,亿航智能可直接参与产品的使用生态,并依靠整体运营系统和机制及集群调度管理技术长期从中获取收益。亿航智能提供的类似服务,从某种层面来看,与软件行业的SaaS+PaaS服务的收费模式有异曲同工之妙,客户黏性强,关系长期稳定。</p><p>为了加速业务向运营驱动的商业模式过渡,亿航自2021年4月起在中国发布了“空中交通百线计划”,计划推出100条具有实际意义的城市空中交通运营航线,重点航线放在了中国的粤港澳大湾区。目前该项目已在广州、贺州、深圳、肇庆、三亚等城市的7个运营点投入常态化试运行,累计完成了约2,800架次的运行试飞。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000099\">中信海直</a>、<a
