href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>身上。</p>\n<p>回顾2019年,蔚来负面缠身,遭遇了ES8自燃、电池召回、股价暴跌、大幅裁员、全年净亏损113亿元等连环暴击,现金余额仅剩10.56亿元。李斌甚至在2019年第四季度的财报电话会上坦承:公司的现金流已撑不过12个月。</p>\n<p>直到2020年,苦苦求生的蔚来终于迎来了转机,在融资方面连续取得积极进展。蔚来先是完成4.35亿美元的可转债融资,而后获得合肥国资70亿投资,并获得6家大行综合授信共104亿元;6月、9月蔚来又先后增发ADS,分别募资4.28亿美元、17.3亿美元;12月,蔚来再次增发ADS,募资26.91亿美元。</p>\n<p>谁都不会想到,李斌曾被调侃“2019年最惨的人”,2020年却风光无限,股价疯涨。最疯狂的一天,截至11月25日当天收盘,蔚来成为全球市值第四的车企,同时坐上中国车企市值第一的宝座。</p>\n<p>与蔚来一样惊艳四方的还有小鹏和理想,小鹏最高市值达到519.4亿美元,理想最高达365亿美元的市值;而威马即将在2021年初成为登陆科创板的第一家新能源车企业,目前正在接受上市辅导。</p>\n<p>12月初蔚来、小鹏、理想三家头部新造车企业的股价便全线下滑,过山车般的大起大落,让人始料不及。</p>\n<p>不过,尽管资本起伏不定,但也能说明投资者对造车新势力的发展前景是相对看好的,同时产品也受到了消费者认可,只是造车之路绝对不会一帆风顺。</p>\n<p>“一超四强”新格局</p>\n<p>随着市场竞争的加剧,造车新势力中以<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>、蔚来、理想、小鹏、威马形成的“一超四强”的格局也愈发明显。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/125f10ffb110447bdd46ca1bfd2a54cf\" tg-width=\"562\" tg-height=\"440\"></p>\n<p>据官方发布的数据显示,整体情况还是比较乐观的,造车“四小龙”销量加起来已超过特斯拉。</p>\n<p>蔚来今年前11个月累计交付36721辆,同比上涨111.1%。旗下仅有理想ONE一款车型的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LI\">理想汽车</a>累计交付26498辆;小鹏累计交付21341台,同比增长87%;而威马累计交付19688辆。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/f2de143d3161ca5939eabe824dd02a0e\" tg-width=\"568\" tg-height=\"449\"></p>\n<p>以目前公布的销售数据来看,蔚来、理想、小鹏、威马等多家新造车势力的销量创下新纪录,上涨势头喜人。尤其是第三季度开始,造车新势力销量增长令人瞩目,蔚来连续4个月创品牌单月交付数新高;<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LI\">理想汽车</a>销量稳步攀升,连续5个月环比上涨;小鹏P7也创下造车新势力品牌单车交付破万辆的最快纪录;而威马也不甘落后,连续两个月突破3000辆大关。</p>\n<p>第三季度财报显示,蔚来、小鹏、理想终于跨过毛利率转正这道坎,蔚来、小鹏、理想的毛利率分别为14.5%、4.6%、19.8%。</p>\n<p>其中理想的成本控制最为理想,其毛利率除了领先蔚来、小鹏,更是直逼特斯拉的23.5%。蔚来的销售及管理费用也有所下降,而小鹏毛利率虽然较低,但也正式迈入了转正大军。这就意味着造车头部玩家距离实现最终盈利的梦想又前进了一步。</p>\n<p><img tg-height=\"511\"></p>\n<p>来源:乘联会数据</p>\n<p>从现金流、销量、毛利率等方面看来无疑都是利好信息,但从国内整体排名来看,入围销量榜单前十阵营的只有蔚来一家企业。目前造车新势力的市场份额与传统车企相比还有很大的差距。</p>\n<p>造车新势力的成长是不能孤立出来看的,造车新势力在进步,传统巨头们也在成长。对于新造车企而言,在资金、技术、品牌、人才培养等方面并不具备传统车企新能源汽车品牌多年累积的优势,压力更大。</p>\n<p>淘汰赛加速</p>\n<p>目前,造车新势力两极分化趋势已经日益明显,强者愈强,而不能在此期间站稳脚跟并拓展优势的企业,陆续被市场淘汰出局。</p>\n<p>此前,赛麟汽车上海分公司全部资产被查封。无独有偶,博郡位于上海闵行区的办公地点被查封;同日,拜腾中国全面进入停工停产阶段......不少新造车企相继“凉凉”,几乎是不争的事实。</p>\n<p>今年前11月乘用车数据显示,造车新势力中蔚来、理想、小鹏、威马、合众、零跑前6家企业排名靠前。此外,国机智骏、云度累计销量在3000辆左右;爱驰、金康2家销量近2000辆,新特销量只有两位数;而长江、国金、天际、奇点、敏安等车企在销量榜单中已经远离大众视野。</p>\n<p>在全球环保排放趋严,电动化趋势不可逆的大背景下,造车新势力无疑还是站在风口上的。不过,并不是所有风口上的“猪”都能成功起飞,有稳定的资金链、具备造血能力,以及赢得消费者认可才是企业活下去的根本保障。那些“未能长出翅膀的猪”只能被淹没在时代的洪流里了。</p>\n<p>机遇与挑战并存</p>\n<p>如今,“软件定义汽车”已经逐渐变成业界共识。从造车新势力的头部企业来看,每家企业都有各自的优势。</p>\n<p>蔚来侧重充换电的研发,在营销上对标特斯拉。理想主打“增程式”技术路线,意在消除用户的续航焦虑;而<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/XPEV\">小鹏汽车</a>正专注于自动驾驶技术,面向家用市场。</p>\n<p>另外,造车新势力与传统车企有一个很明显的差异,造车新势力更注重用户的黏性。类似“<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/06862\">海底捞</a>式服务”已成为蔚来手里的一张王牌,蔚来还建设自己的社群,用来加强与用户的联系。小鹏也推出超充免费加电计划,提升用户体验。</p>\n<p>汽车质量也是绝对不能忽视的。在这场“追风口”的战役中,造车新势力还存在诸多的问题。例如今年以来,理想ONE发生了6起“断轴”事件。而后,11月7日,理想宣布召回2020年6月1日之前出厂的10469辆理想ONE汽车,CEO李想公开承认理想ONE底盘悬挂下摆臂存在设计缺陷。</p>\n<p>总而言之,造车新势力的前景是向好的,但存在的问题也不少,这关系到他们的生存问题。2020年,已成为造车新势力发展史中的重要分水岭。至于谁最终能扭亏为盈,实现盈利,一切还是个未知数。</p>","source":"lsy1607008172710","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d949b9e714b2fb6c7725eb2a79c5ac73","relate_stocks":{"NIO":"蔚来","LI":"理想汽车","TSLA":"特斯拉","XPEV":"小鹏汽车"},"source_url":"https://www.zhitongcaijing.com/content/detail/382889.html","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1166159601","content_text":"2020年,造车新势力们迎来了“转运年”。\n一方面,拜腾、博郡、赛麟、前途、长江等相继爆雷。另一方面,造车新势力“四小龙”好事连连:蔚来获得国资百亿“救急”;理想、小鹏相继赴美上市;威马融资100亿元即将登陆科创板。\n目前,造车新势力“四小龙”,以及特斯拉形成的“一超四强”的新格局在大洗牌中已逐渐成型。\n资本的宠儿\n年初因遭受公共卫生事件等影响,业内有不少声音唱衰造车新势力。但戏剧性的是,造车新势力偏偏不走寻常路,2020年展现出了顽强的生命力,受到了投资者的“热捧”。最大的反转戏在蔚来身上。\n回顾2019年,蔚来负面缠身,遭遇了ES8自燃、电池召回、股价暴跌、大幅裁员、全年净亏损113亿元等连环暴击,现金余额仅剩10.56亿元。李斌甚至在2019年第四季度的财报电话会上坦承:公司的现金流已撑不过12个月。\n直到2020年,苦苦求生的蔚来终于迎来了转机,在融资方面连续取得积极进展。蔚来先是完成4.35亿美元的可转债融资,而后获得合肥国资70亿投资,并获得6家大行综合授信共104亿元;6月、9月蔚来又先后增发ADS,分别募资4.28亿美元、17.3亿美元;12月,蔚来再次增发ADS,募资26.91亿美元。\n谁都不会想到,李斌曾被调侃“2019年最惨的人”,2020年却风光无限,股价疯涨。最疯狂的一天,截至11月25日当天收盘,蔚来成为全球市值第四的车企,同时坐上中国车企市值第一的宝座。\n与蔚来一样惊艳四方的还有小鹏和理想,小鹏最高市值达到519.4亿美元,理想最高达365亿美元的市值;而威马即将在2021年初成为登陆科创板的第一家新能源车企业,目前正在接受上市辅导。\n12月初蔚来、小鹏、理想三家头部新造车企业的股价便全线下滑,过山车般的大起大落,让人始料不及。\n不过,尽管资本起伏不定,但也能说明投资者对造车新势力的发展前景是相对看好的,同时产品也受到了消费者认可,只是造车之路绝对不会一帆风顺。\n“一超四强”新格局\n随着市场竞争的加剧,造车新势力中以特斯拉、蔚来、理想、小鹏、威马形成的“一超四强”的格局也愈发明显。\n\n据官方发布的数据显示,整体情况还是比较乐观的,造车“四小龙”销量加起来已超过特斯拉。\n蔚来今年前11个月累计交付36721辆,同比上涨111.1%。旗下仅有理想ONE一款车型的理想汽车累计交付26498辆;小鹏累计交付21341台,同比增长87%;而威马累计交付19688辆。\n\n以目前公布的销售数据来看,蔚来、理想、小鹏、威马等多家新造车势力的销量创下新纪录,上涨势头喜人。尤其是第三季度开始,造车新势力销量增长令人瞩目,蔚来连续4个月创品牌单月交付数新高;理想汽车销量稳步攀升,连续5个月环比上涨;小鹏P7也创下造车新势力品牌单车交付破万辆的最快纪录;而威马也不甘落后,连续两个月突破3000辆大关。\n第三季度财报显示,蔚来、小鹏、理想终于跨过毛利率转正这道坎,蔚来、小鹏、理想的毛利率分别为14.5%、4.6%、19.8%。\n其中理想的成本控制最为理想,其毛利率除了领先蔚来、小鹏,更是直逼特斯拉的23.5%。蔚来的销售及管理费用也有所下降,而小鹏毛利率虽然较低,但也正式迈入了转正大军。这就意味着造车头部玩家距离实现最终盈利的梦想又前进了一步。\n\n来源:乘联会数据\n从现金流、销量、毛利率等方面看来无疑都是利好信息,但从国内整体排名来看,入围销量榜单前十阵营的只有蔚来一家企业。目前造车新势力的市场份额与传统车企相比还有很大的差距。\n造车新势力的成长是不能孤立出来看的,造车新势力在进步,传统巨头们也在成长。对于新造车企而言,在资金、技术、品牌、人才培养等方面并不具备传统车企新能源汽车品牌多年累积的优势,压力更大。\n淘汰赛加速\n目前,造车新势力两极分化趋势已经日益明显,强者愈强,而不能在此期间站稳脚跟并拓展优势的企业,陆续被市场淘汰出局。\n此前,赛麟汽车上海分公司全部资产被查封。无独有偶,博郡位于上海闵行区的办公地点被查封;同日,拜腾中国全面进入停工停产阶段......不少新造车企相继“凉凉”,几乎是不争的事实。\n今年前11月乘用车数据显示,造车新势力中蔚来、理想、小鹏、威马、合众、零跑前6家企业排名靠前。此外,国机智骏、云度累计销量在3000辆左右;爱驰、金康2家销量近2000辆,新特销量只有两位数;而长江、国金、天际、奇点、敏安等车企在销量榜单中已经远离大众视野。\n在全球环保排放趋严,电动化趋势不可逆的大背景下,造车新势力无疑还是站在风口上的。不过,并不是所有风口上的“猪”都能成功起飞,有稳定的资金链、具备造血能力,以及赢得消费者认可才是企业活下去的根本保障。那些“未能长出翅膀的猪”只能被淹没在时代的洪流里了。\n机遇与挑战并存\n如今,“软件定义汽车”已经逐渐变成业界共识。从造车新势力的头部企业来看,每家企业都有各自的优势。\n蔚来侧重充换电的研发,在营销上对标特斯拉。理想主打“增程式”技术路线,意在消除用户的续航焦虑;而小鹏汽车正专注于自动驾驶技术,面向家用市场。\n另外,造车新势力与传统车企有一个很明显的差异,造车新势力更注重用户的黏性。类似“海底捞式服务”已成为蔚来手里的一张王牌,蔚来还建设自己的社群,用来加强与用户的联系。小鹏也推出超充免费加电计划,提升用户体验。\n汽车质量也是绝对不能忽视的。在这场“追风口”的战役中,造车新势力还存在诸多的问题。例如今年以来,理想ONE发生了6起“断轴”事件。而后,11月7日,理想宣布召回2020年6月1日之前出厂的10469辆理想ONE汽车,CEO李想公开承认理想ONE底盘悬挂下摆臂存在设计缺陷。\n总而言之,造车新势力的前景是向好的,但存在的问题也不少,这关系到他们的生存问题。2020年,已成为造车新势力发展史中的重要分水岭。至于谁最终能扭亏为盈,实现盈利,一切还是个未知数。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1004,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":338199787,"gmtCreate":1609846943249,"gmtModify":1703740829686,"author":{"id":"3554792224858343","authorId":"3554792224858343","name":"陆望北","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e68f2a5bb6c14f402bf0ab3b39a64d66","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3554792224858343","authorIdStr":"3554792224858343"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
