Realm目前在19个不同的元宇宙平台上拥有大约2500块数字土地。\n上周,歌手林俊杰也在推特上宣布,自己已在Decentraland上买了三块虚拟土地,正式涉足元宇宙房产界。据外媒估算,林俊杰购买这三块地花了大约12.3万美元。约合人民币78.4万。\n\n\n虚拟地产究竟靠不靠谱?\n什么是元宇宙地产?据招商国际研报,第一、元宇宙是一个3D线上虚拟平台,人们可以在上面玩游戏、创造、工作、以及交易加密货币。\n第二、虚拟地产是元宇宙中的房产。每一块地都被赋予了其独一无二且不可复制的非同质化代币(NFT,即一段代码)并以此来区分每个地块和每笔交易。游戏开发商和玩家可以在平台上的一级/二级市场进行购买/出售,并将虚拟房产用于沉浸式的住宅或商业体验。\n谁是元宇宙地产的主要玩家?第一是土地供应商:土地是由游戏开发商来提供的。行业龙头包括Decentraland,The Sandbox(获新鸿基9300万美元投资),Cryptovoxels,,和Somnium Space。在国内,天下秀(600556 CH)也开发了同款元宇宙游戏“虹宇宙”。\n第二是买家:主要买家是加密货币商企,例如Metaverse Group(虚拟地产公司),Token.Com(虚拟货币及元宇宙地产公司),奢侈品牌(LV,Gucci,Burberry)去打广告, Snoop Dogg和林俊杰等明星,还有散户。\n为什么会有人买虚拟地产?招银国际称, 这些物业具有真实价值。Justin Bieber在今年11月于虚拟世界举办了线上演唱会。LV和Gucci也计划在游戏中租赁广告位打广告。另外,非同质化代币增值迅速,在炒币和炒房的双驱下,资产增值更为强劲。\n以“虹宇宙”为例,“虹宇宙”是国内元宇宙概念公司天下秀推出的游戏产品,可以拥有虚拟住宅、虚拟物品,还可以体验装修房屋、社交互动等。\n官方消息称,“虹宇宙”平台将总计发行虚拟房屋350000套,这些虚拟房屋根据P星球的不同地貌,有13种房型,每种房型的发行量和稀缺度都不同,房子的等级从高到低分为SSS、SS、S、A、B、C级,级别越高越稀有。价格从8.88元到88元,甚至更高。\n\n\n在闲鱼上,最夸张的一套“SS环海岛屿”虚拟房产已经被炒到了99.99万元,即使如此,也有39人标记了“想要”。\n\n天下秀董事长李檬在11月18日发布了公开信,声称虹宇宙是一款基于区块链技术的3D 虚拟社交产品,并且搬来VR、AR和MR(MIXreality混合现实)以及材料科学、分布式科学、AI 算法甚至量子计算来为自己背书。\n\n
