12月1日,道琼斯指数公司曾表示,将按全流通调整后的市值权重,把特斯拉纳入标普500指数,纳入行动将于12月21日美股盘前生效。有分析认为,在纳入行动实施后,特斯拉的市值很有可能还会进一步攀升。国际著名投资银行高盛认为,特斯拉股价还有增幅空间。近日,高盛将特斯拉12个月的目标股价从455美元上调至780美元。这意味着,特斯拉股价还有20%的上涨空间,市值还能再涨1216亿美元,突破7000亿美元。 高盛在一份研究报告中称,电池价格下降速度超此前预期,降价会进一步扩大电动车市场占比。同时,不少国家开始提议在未来10至20年内,限制或禁止出售燃油车,从中长期来看,新能源汽车增长空间广阔。因此,预计到2030年,电动汽车将占全球汽车销量的18%,到2035年将占到29%,特斯拉则有望成为其中的领头羊。高盛认为,如果特斯拉在电动汽车市场中保持20%左右的市场份额,到2040年,其销量将达到1500万辆。 此外,华尔街风投公司Loup Ventures联合创始人、资深科技(000021)分析师吉恩·芒斯特认为,未来几年,特斯拉将会持续进化,其绝不仅仅是一家汽车公司,将成为汽车行业之外的颠覆者。“特斯拉将会把在汽车方面定义和开拓的技术运用到新的市场上,未来三年内股价可能涨至2500美元/股,届时特斯拉市值将轻松突破2万亿美元。而在美国上市的公司中,目前只有苹果超过了这个数字。”吉恩·芒斯特说。 作为新能源汽车市场的领头羊,特斯拉销量也是节节攀升。近期,专门追踪全球电动汽车销售情况的研究机构EV Sales Blog发布的数据显示,在10月全球电动汽车销量排行榜中,特斯拉Model 3成为全球最畅销的电动汽车,Model Y的销量则超过大众ID.3。截至目前,特斯拉已经售出约26.1万辆Model 3,在全球电动汽车市场占据了12%的份额。 不惜“用金钱买时间” 在德国传播机构Axel Springer日前组织的颁奖活动上,马斯克现场表示,特斯拉永远不会进行恶意收购,只会以一种友好的方式来做这件事,如果对方愿意的话,他愿意讨论合并事宜。对马斯克来说,这是一个与老牌制造商兼并、或购入对方部分股权的好机会,就像20年前互联网泡沫时期美国在线(AOL)与媒体巨头时代华纳(Time Warner)的合并一样。 在路透社分析看来,戴姆勒将是最合适的选择,而特斯拉现有的客户群也和戴姆勒作为豪华品牌的潜在消费者有很大的重合;同属美系的竞争对手福特和通用汽车几乎不符合兼并的标准,大众汽车也在全力开发电动汽车,被购入股权的可能性并不大;宝马的家族所有权则排除了收购的可能性。当然,购入戴姆勒可能会使特斯拉的全球汽车产量增加约四倍,而鉴于戴姆勒在欧洲和中国这两大电动汽车市场有深厚的口碑和消费者根基,将加强马斯克在电动汽车领域的攻势。 戴姆勒作为全球第一大豪华车生产商,和特斯拉的豪华自然不谋而合,况且此前特斯拉债务危机,戴姆勒还曾出资相救,但是毕竟戴姆勒有着百年造车史,和年轻的特斯拉相比差距明显。 特斯拉过去确实与其它老牌汽车制造商有过资本或是技术层面的合作关系。丰田和戴姆勒都曾是特斯拉的投资者,特斯拉也曾为前者生产过电动传动系统,但这些供应计划早在2010年上半年就被逐步淘汰。而在2014年,戴姆勒出售了在特斯拉的股份,丰田随后也在2017年出售了相关股份。从那以后,特斯拉就没有和其他汽车制造商建立任何形式的合作关系,除了向他们出售新能源监管信用额度。 为何要收购一家传统车企?用金钱买时间,这就是马斯克的想法。与发展几十年甚至上百年的传统车企相比,特斯拉在工厂建设、生产资质审批、生产技术和管理、经销商网络等方面均有着一定差距,而这种差距务必要在短时间内缩小。目前,大众、奔驰、宝马等传统汽车品牌新能源攻势的不断展开,大众ID.3在欧洲交付后即便夺得10月纯电动车销量冠军,但眼下特斯拉在柏林的超级工厂连电池生产资质还未拿到。在中国,新能源汽车市场中,蔚来、理想、小鹏造车新势力三强和传统车企也在步步紧逼。“收购一家传统车企对特斯拉来说就是走捷径,特斯拉可以快速获得该企业包括工厂、经销商和基础设施在内的更大网络。为其大规模生产汽车提供基础设施,也可能进一步加速特斯拉可持续能源转型。”有业内人士表示。在该人士看来,特斯拉最便捷和划算的方式是收购传统汽车制造商的资产,比如企业的制造设施和劳动力。 href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>提交的最新文件显示,该公司计划在上海投资4200万元人民币,建设一座超级充电桩工厂。新厂于2021年第一季度投产,初期规划年产1万根超级充电桩,主要产品为V3超级充电桩。</p>\n<p>盖厂造桩的本质,是建桩铺设充电网络,提高特斯拉车主充电便利性,反过来刺激销量的增长。但要知道特斯拉在欧美国家已经有<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000591\">太阳能</a>、储能业务。如今“重兵”杀入中国的充电行业,那么意味着对储能行业下手,时日不远了。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/46c77b3875bff64bb49bc5945ea0e0ad\" tg-width=\"720\" tg-height=\"279\"></p>\n<p>新能源汽车和充电桩,从始至终就像一个人的两条腿——左脚迈一步,右脚也得迈一步。</p>\n<p>11月,国务院办公厅印发《新能源汽车产业发展规划(2021-2035年)》,提出到2025年,新能源汽车新车销售量达到汽车新车销售总量的20%左右。这一规划的出台,无异于新能源汽车的“十五年计划”。</p>\n<p>如果2025年,全国总销量仍保持与2019年相同的2500万辆量级,那么20%新能源汽车销量占比对应着500万辆。但而截至去年底,全<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600617\">国新能源</a>汽车保有量仅381万辆。所以,相当于那1年的增量超过当前整体市场保有量。</p>\n<p>据国家能源局的数据显示,截至今年6月底,全国各类充电桩保有量为132.2万个。如今接近3:1的车桩比,都没有实现“充电比加油更方便”,那么按照现在的建桩速度,2025年卖出去500万辆车,用户的充电问题也会异常艰难。相反,没有足够便利的充电条件,更不会有人愿意买一个“电动爹”。</p>\n<p>对于20%的这一目标,工信部副部长辛国斌表态:中<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600617\">国新能源</a>汽车在购买成本、充电便利性等方面与传统燃油汽车相比还有一些差距,要推动实现20%的目标,还需要向欧洲国家学习,也需要双向发力,从供给和需求两侧推进。</p>\n<p>大方向定了,剩下的就靠人民群众的勤劳和智慧去实现它。</p>\n<p>电动车充电</p>\n<p>何时能比加油更方便</p>\n<p>团购、打车,似乎在中国,每个新兴的行业中,都要经历跑马圈地、洗牌重整、巨头诞生的过程,如今这一幕在充电桩行业里再次上演。</p>\n<p>按照2015年《关于加快电动汽车充电基础设施建设的指导意见》的规划,将2020年的新能源汽车销量定在500万辆,与之相匹配的充电桩数量则是480万个,车桩比近1:1。换而言之,当时是想要实现卖多少车,建多少桩,实现车与桩在体量上一一对应。</p>\n<p>在行业发展过程中,人们逐渐发现追求车桩比1:1并非完美的解决路径。对用户来说,建桩难、找桩难、充电慢,依旧是制约着新能源汽车的大规模推广应用;而平台多、接入难、盈利难,则成为了困扰充换电运营商的难题。</p>\n<p>“全国一张网”,是国网电动所提出的解决方案——“国网智慧车联网平台已接入充电桩超过103万个,覆盖全国29个省份、273个城市,服务电动汽车消费者550万人。”国网电动汽车服务有限公司副总经理阙诗丰在11月20日举行的“新基建百万接入 新动能能源互联”主题发布活动上表示。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/9cd713be9712d577665994e0a33d4467\" tg-width=\"720\" tg-height=\"480\"></p>\n<p>国网电动汽车服务有限公司副总经理阙诗丰</p>\n<p>这103万个桩里,有公共充电桩62.6万,占到了全国公共充电桩总量的93%,占全球公共充电桩总量的66%,形成了全球最大的充电服务网络。作为对比,第二大新能源市场的欧洲,截止到2019年共建有慢充充电桩18.73万座,快充充电桩2.66万座。</p>\n<p>比数量更重要的是质量。在专访中,国网电动汽车服务有限公司充电服务首席运营官李厚志告诉创业邦,针对目前充电桩的痛点,国网电动的发展规划主要从三个场景入手:高速桩、城市公共桩,个人桩。</p>\n<p>首先看高速场景。因为它具有潮汐性,大型节假日的需求暴增,平日则大量空置,并且涉及电网铺设、服务区租金,所以进入成本和运营成本都高昂。李厚志表示,从经营的角度来说,国家电网投资高速桩是亏钱的。那么在高速场景下的基建,国网电动注定是“孤独”的。</p>\n<p>一方面,在继续加大充电网络的密度。根据李厚志的介绍,目前国网充电桩已覆盖171个城市,5万余公里,平均算下来每50公里就有一个国网的充电站,俗称十纵十横。下一步将对远郊、西部地区加大投放的力度。</p>\n<p>另一方面,是技术迭代。针对2014年到2015年建设的老旧充电桩,进行更新换代。到今年年底,把充电功率达不到额定功率的充电桩,进行模块的更换。再有,是从明年开始将运用新一代超级快充技术,不断提高充电速度。</p>\n<p><img tg-height=\"478\"></p>\n<p>一名车主正在充电(配图来自东方ic)</p>\n<p>其次,是城市场景。因为早期行业玩家众多,以跑马圈地的形式先占地后运营,但经过几年的大浪淘沙,充电行业逐渐达成“以需定桩”的共识。</p>\n<p>从商业化的角度,今年国网电动发起“合伙人计划”,联合各类的场地方。比如原来分为两派的地产和物业,国网牵头,通过明确商务条款、分成机制,来确保对方利益得到保障,从而解决用户在一些商场等公共区域的充电需求。此外,在技术上,增加可以预约、可以远程遥控的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>地锁,来解决燃油车占位的情况。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ff34a7d9f3426b6568d2f1316e6e741e\" tg-width=\"720\" tg-height=\"432\"></p>\n<p>北京蟹岛的僵尸桩(配图来自猎云网)</p>\n<p>再则是,“潜力巨大”的个人桩。这类主要指的是用户购车后安装的充电桩,以小功率慢充为主。根据国家发改委的数据,截止去年全国私人桩的数量达到70万个,相比之下公共桩才52万个。“如果<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/603883\">老百姓</a>平时上下班,在公司和在家都能充上,基本上可以解决70%的充电需求。”李厚志说道。</p>\n<p>针对有桩的用户,国网电动会为“非<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>桩”进行改造,升级成可共享、能参与有序充电的“智慧”充电桩,今年的目标是完成5万根个人桩的改造。针对无桩用户,将通过统建统管的方式,在小区、社区建设固定充电车位。针对新购车用户,未来合作车企所附带的家用充电桩,会直接支持接入智慧车联网平台。</p>\n<p>实际上,在这些规划的背后,需要多方企业的共同努力,既涉及最上游的充电桩厂家,也涉及最下游的场地运营方,以及各类的大型主机厂和互联网科技企业,甚至还要面对数以万计的普通用户。</p>\n<p>但对此,李厚志也抱以积极的态度:“不同行业的人把自己先进的技术带过来,对整个技术的提升也会有一个好的改善。”</p>\n<p>他认为,此前整个社会对充电行业处在一个观望期和迷茫期,但是今年《政府工作报告》中确认了方向之后,很多企业能感觉到价值建设。比如华为、中兴等科技企业,就从光伏逆变器、充电设施等智能硬件产品切入充电行业。</p>\n<p>对于政策的利好,他也欣慰的表示,“站在国网运营商的角度来说,会比之前的投资预算要宽裕一些。”</p>\n<p>新能源</p>\n<p>为何还不够“新”</p>\n<p>在电动车充电桩的背后,其实还有更大的一场“战役”——能源转型。</p>\n<p>“我们得到一个启示,这场革命从电动汽车起源的,但发展到今天这个阶段,我们的角度更加聚焦于能源。”中国科学院院士、长江学者欧阳明高表示,无论是出于能源安全,还是节能环保,对于“煤多油少”的中国,都是一次具有挑战的转型。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/89258222535e085b1ed1383ebe6df041\" tg-width=\"720\" tg-height=\"306\"></p>\n<p>这背后的数据是,2019年中国燃煤电站发电量占全球煤电50.2% ,全球第一。欧阳明高也表示,中国是温室气体排放最大的国家,去年排放102亿吨。相比之下,美国去年降了1.52亿吨,欧盟降了1.35亿吨,中国不降反增,压力不小。</p>\n<p>此前最大的质疑声也在于此——新能源汽车的电,是烧煤炭发电而来的。</p>\n<p>在采访中,国网电动汽车服务有限公司能源事业部总监彭晓峰表示,“电动车天然的具备了和电网进行交互、去消纳绿色能源的能力。”(绿色能源也叫可再生能源,是指原材料可以再生的能源,如水力发电、风力发电、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000591\">太阳能</a>等等。)所以,在能源转型这一宏观且长期的战略中,新能源汽车更应该先“新”起来。</p>\n<p>能够实现“新能源车用新能源电”的前提,是接入大量的桩,去形成下一步电动车与电网自由的交互。“目前,我们已经通过区块链技术,让充的每一度电能够溯源到电厂发出来的每一度电,具备了带曲线交易的可能,使充电时间与发电时间可以一一对应。”彭晓峰表示,通过这样的方式,可以更多的消纳“新能源电”。</p>\n<p><img tg-height=\"306\"></p>\n<p>截至今年10月,北京地区电动汽车首次用上了来自西北地区的清洁绿电,定向消纳青海及甘肃的清洁电力。本次采购的7000万千瓦时,预计可满足约200万辆次充电电量,相当于减少标准煤燃烧2.03万吨,减排二氧化碳排放6.72万吨。</p>\n<p>除此之外,有序充电和V2G也是能源转型的重要“两环”。</p>\n<p>众所周知,电厂是全天候持续平稳发电,但是用电高峰通常在白天,这就往往会造成“白天不够用,晚上用不了”被浪费的现象。另外还有季节变化、节假日等因素的影响等等。此时,分布式储能成为“削峰填谷”的重要调节手段。</p>\n<p>根据彭晓峰介绍,目前在用户侧充电推行有序充电,利用峰谷电价,即高峰、低谷不同的电价政策来引导用户低谷充电。对用户来说,插入充电枪后,系统自动会将充电行为安排在半夜0点至早上7点,也就是低谷电价的时间,既可以保证早上能充满,又能减少高峰充电的高电价,同时还能减少电网压力。</p>\n<p>一方面,是用负荷低谷充电,降低充电成本。另一方面,是在电网用电高峰时向电网反向送电,为用户赚钱。</p>\n<p>这种反向送电的技术叫V2G,主要是指的,当电动汽车闲置时,将电池里的电能销售给电网的技术。“我们做的V2G商业验证,一个用户通过放电的收益大概一年4000块钱左右,足够覆盖用户充电的成本,相当于终身免费充电。”彭晓峰表示。当然,推行这两项技术的背后,是基于数据的思考。</p>\n<p>国网电动汽车公司总经理沈建新在演讲中表示,“有80%的私家车充电结束的SOC(剩余电量)在80%到90%,充电后停留时间8小时以上的私家车占到37.2%,所以大量的私家车的电池是闲置而且长时间的停在固定的地方。”所以他认为,私家车与电网互动的潜力非常巨大。</p>\n<p>此外,随着电动车数量的增加,几乎每个车辆都是一个移动的储能设备,甚至可以覆盖一部分居民用电需求。“我们预计到2030年每天移动储能的电池将达到5亿千瓦时,这个数字基本已经接近我们当前全社会用电量的十分之一左右。”</p>\n<p>虽然意义深远,但对于普通消费者而言,对电池的损害、充放电安全问题依旧是需要逐一攻破的心里难题。而这些新兴业务的展开,与上下游的电池厂商与车企合作密不可分。</p>\n<p>彭晓峰表示,目前普遍的电池质量,已经具备了除了满足车辆全生命周期的需求外,还有大量的余量。比如现在的动力电池能达到3000次充放电,但行驶20万公里,最多900次就够了,剩余2000多次寿命是浪费的。</p>\n<p>车企和电池厂商有意愿给出条件,来保护参与V2G技术的用户。比如电池合作方<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300750\">宁德时代</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>,在使用周期内,因为参与电网的充放,而产生超过正常范围的衰减,厂商予以免费更换,以此打消用户顾虑。</p>\n<p>写在最后</p>\n<p>“这是第三次能源革命,第一次煤炭、蒸汽机,第二次内燃机、石油,第三次就是可再生能源革命,它会改变我们化石能源所有体系。”欧阳明高院士总结到:“我相信,这场革命会让我们整个经济的发展跃上新台阶。”</p>","source":"cyb","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE 大湿兄,编辑子钺,未经授权不得转载。\n搅局充电行业,只是为了卖更多的车?\n近日,特斯拉提交的最新文件显示,该公司计划在上海投资4200万元人民币,建设一座超级充电桩工厂。新厂于2021年第一季度投产,初期规划年产1万根超级充电桩,主要产品为V3超级充电桩。\n盖厂造桩的本质,是建桩铺设充电网络,提高特斯拉车主充电便利性,反过来刺激销量的增长。但要知道特斯拉在欧美国家已经有太阳能、储能业务。如今“重兵”杀入中国的充电行业,那么意味着对储能行业下手,时日不远了。\n\n新能源汽车和充电桩,从始至终就像一个人的两条腿——左脚迈一步,右脚也得迈一步。\n11月,国务院办公厅印发《新能源汽车产业发展规划(2021-2035年)》,提出到2025年,新能源汽车新车销售量达到汽车新车销售总量的20%左右。这一规划的出台,无异于新能源汽车的“十五年计划”。\n如果2025年,全国总销量仍保持与2019年相同的2500万辆量级,那么20%新能源汽车销量占比对应着500万辆。但而截至去年底,全国新能源汽车保有量仅381万辆。所以,相当于那1年的增量超过当前整体市场保有量。\n据国家能源局的数据显示,截至今年6月底,全国各类充电桩保有量为132.2万个。如今接近3:1的车桩比,都没有实现“充电比加油更方便”,那么按照现在的建桩速度,2025年卖出去500万辆车,用户的充电问题也会异常艰难。相反,没有足够便利的充电条件,更不会有人愿意买一个“电动爹”。\n对于20%的这一目标,工信部副部长辛国斌表态:中国新能源汽车在购买成本、充电便利性等方面与传统燃油汽车相比还有一些差距,要推动实现20%的目标,还需要向欧洲国家学习,也需要双向发力,从供给和需求两侧推进。\n大方向定了,剩下的就靠人民群众的勤劳和智慧去实现它。\n电动车充电\n何时能比加油更方便\n团购、打车,似乎在中国,每个新兴的行业中,都要经历跑马圈地、洗牌重整、巨头诞生的过程,如今这一幕在充电桩行业里再次上演。\n按照2015年《关于加快电动汽车充电基础设施建设的指导意见》的规划,将2020年的新能源汽车销量定在500万辆,与之相匹配的充电桩数量则是480万个,车桩比近1:1。换而言之,当时是想要实现卖多少车,建多少桩,实现车与桩在体量上一一对应。\n在行业发展过程中,人们逐渐发现追求车桩比1:1并非完美的解决路径。对用户来说,建桩难、找桩难、充电慢,依旧是制约着新能源汽车的大规模推广应用;而平台多、接入难、盈利难,则成为了困扰充换电运营商的难题。\n“全国一张网”,是国网电动所提出的解决方案——“国网智慧车联网平台已接入充电桩超过103万个,覆盖全国29个省份、273个城市,服务电动汽车消费者550万人。”国网电动汽车服务有限公司副总经理阙诗丰在11月20日举行的“新基建百万接入 新动能能源互联”主题发布活动上表示。\n\n国网电动汽车服务有限公司副总经理阙诗丰\n这103万个桩里,有公共充电桩62.6万,占到了全国公共充电桩总量的93%,占全球公共充电桩总量的66%,形成了全球最大的充电服务网络。作为对比,第二大新能源市场的欧洲,截止到2019年共建有慢充充电桩18.73万座,快充充电桩2.66万座。\n比数量更重要的是质量。在专访中,国网电动汽车服务有限公司充电服务首席运营官李厚志告诉创业邦,针对目前充电桩的痛点,国网电动的发展规划主要从三个场景入手:高速桩、城市公共桩,个人桩。\n首先看高速场景。因为它具有潮汐性,大型节假日的需求暴增,平日则大量空置,并且涉及电网铺设、服务区租金,所以进入成本和运营成本都高昂。李厚志表示,从经营的角度来说,国家电网投资高速桩是亏钱的。那么在高速场景下的基建,国网电动注定是“孤独”的。\n一方面,在继续加大充电网络的密度。根据李厚志的介绍,目前国网充电桩已覆盖171个城市,5万余公里,平均算下来每50公里就有一个国网的充电站,俗称十纵十横。下一步将对远郊、西部地区加大投放的力度。\n另一方面,是技术迭代。针对2014年到2015年建设的老旧充电桩,进行更新换代。到今年年底,把充电功率达不到额定功率的充电桩,进行模块的更换。再有,是从明年开始将运用新一代超级快充技术,不断提高充电速度。\n\n一名车主正在充电(配图来自东方ic)\n其次,是城市场景。因为早期行业玩家众多,以跑马圈地的形式先占地后运营,但经过几年的大浪淘沙,充电行业逐渐达成“以需定桩”的共识。\n从商业化的角度,今年国网电动发起“合伙人计划”,联合各类的场地方。比如原来分为两派的地产和物业,国网牵头,通过明确商务条款、分成机制,来确保对方利益得到保障,从而解决用户在一些商场等公共区域的充电需求。此外,在技术上,增加可以预约、可以远程遥控的智能地锁,来解决燃油车占位的情况。\n\n北京蟹岛的僵尸桩(配图来自猎云网)\n再则是,“潜力巨大”的个人桩。这类主要指的是用户购车后安装的充电桩,以小功率慢充为主。根据国家发改委的数据,截止去年全国私人桩的数量达到70万个,相比之下公共桩才52万个。“如果老百姓平时上下班,在公司和在家都能充上,基本上可以解决70%的充电需求。”李厚志说道。\n针对有桩的用户,国网电动会为“非智能桩”进行改造,升级成可共享、能参与有序充电的“智慧”充电桩,今年的目标是完成5万根个人桩的改造。针对无桩用户,将通过统建统管的方式,在小区、社区建设固定充电车位。针对新购车用户,未来合作车企所附带的家用充电桩,会直接支持接入智慧车联网平台。\n实际上,在这些规划的背后,需要多方企业的共同努力,既涉及最上游的充电桩厂家,也涉及最下游的场地运营方,以及各类的大型主机厂和互联网科技企业,甚至还要面对数以万计的普通用户。\n但对此,李厚志也抱以积极的态度:“不同行业的人把自己先进的技术带过来,对整个技术的提升也会有一个好的改善。”\n他认为,此前整个社会对充电行业处在一个观望期和迷茫期,但是今年《政府工作报告》中确认了方向之后,很多企业能感觉到价值建设。比如华为、中兴等科技企业,就从光伏逆变器、充电设施等智能硬件产品切入充电行业。\n对于政策的利好,他也欣慰的表示,“站在国网运营商的角度来说,会比之前的投资预算要宽裕一些。”\n新能源\n为何还不够“新”\n在电动车充电桩的背后,其实还有更大的一场“战役”——能源转型。\n“我们得到一个启示,这场革命从电动汽车起源的,但发展到今天这个阶段,我们的角度更加聚焦于能源。”中国科学院院士、长江学者欧阳明高表示,无论是出于能源安全,还是节能环保,对于“煤多油少”的中国,都是一次具有挑战的转型。\n\n这背后的数据是,2019年中国燃煤电站发电量占全球煤电50.2% ,全球第一。欧阳明高也表示,中国是温室气体排放最大的国家,去年排放102亿吨。相比之下,美国去年降了1.52亿吨,欧盟降了1.35亿吨,中国不降反增,压力不小。\n此前最大的质疑声也在于此——新能源汽车的电,是烧煤炭发电而来的。\n在采访中,国网电动汽车服务有限公司能源事业部总监彭晓峰表示,“电动车天然的具备了和电网进行交互、去消纳绿色能源的能力。”(绿色能源也叫可再生能源,是指原材料可以再生的能源,如水力发电、风力发电、太阳能等等。)所以,在能源转型这一宏观且长期的战略中,新能源汽车更应该先“新”起来。\n能够实现“新能源车用新能源电”的前提,是接入大量的桩,去形成下一步电动车与电网自由的交互。“目前,我们已经通过区块链技术,让充的每一度电能够溯源到电厂发出来的每一度电,具备了带曲线交易的可能,使充电时间与发电时间可以一一对应。”彭晓峰表示,通过这样的方式,可以更多的消纳“新能源电”。\n\n截至今年10月,北京地区电动汽车首次用上了来自西北地区的清洁绿电,定向消纳青海及甘肃的清洁电力。本次采购的7000万千瓦时,预计可满足约200万辆次充电电量,相当于减少标准煤燃烧2.03万吨,减排二氧化碳排放6.72万吨。\n除此之外,有序充电和V2G也是能源转型的重要“两环”。\n众所周知,电厂是全天候持续平稳发电,但是用电高峰通常在白天,这就往往会造成“白天不够用,晚上用不了”被浪费的现象。另外还有季节变化、节假日等因素的影响等等。此时,分布式储能成为“削峰填谷”的重要调节手段。\n根据彭晓峰介绍,目前在用户侧充电推行有序充电,利用峰谷电价,即高峰、低谷不同的电价政策来引导用户低谷充电。对用户来说,插入充电枪后,系统自动会将充电行为安排在半夜0点至早上7点,也就是低谷电价的时间,既可以保证早上能充满,又能减少高峰充电的高电价,同时还能减少电网压力。\n一方面,是用负荷低谷充电,降低充电成本。另一方面,是在电网用电高峰时向电网反向送电,为用户赚钱。\n这种反向送电的技术叫V2G,主要是指的,当电动汽车闲置时,将电池里的电能销售给电网的技术。“我们做的V2G商业验证,一个用户通过放电的收益大概一年4000块钱左右,足够覆盖用户充电的成本,相当于终身免费充电。”彭晓峰表示。当然,推行这两项技术的背后,是基于数据的思考。\n国网电动汽车公司总经理沈建新在演讲中表示,“有80%的私家车充电结束的SOC(剩余电量)在80%到90%,充电后停留时间8小时以上的私家车占到37.2%,所以大量的私家车的电池是闲置而且长时间的停在固定的地方。”所以他认为,私家车与电网互动的潜力非常巨大。\n此外,随着电动车数量的增加,几乎每个车辆都是一个移动的储能设备,甚至可以覆盖一部分居民用电需求。“我们预计到2030年每天移动储能的电池将达到5亿千瓦时,这个数字基本已经接近我们当前全社会用电量的十分之一左右。”\n虽然意义深远,但对于普通消费者而言,对电池的损害、充放电安全问题依旧是需要逐一攻破的心里难题。而这些新兴业务的展开,与上下游的电池厂商与车企合作密不可分。\n彭晓峰表示,目前普遍的电池质量,已经具备了除了满足车辆全生命周期的需求外,还有大量的余量。比如现在的动力电池能达到3000次充放电,但行驶20万公里,最多900次就够了,剩余2000多次寿命是浪费的。\n车企和电池厂商有意愿给出条件,来保护参与V2G技术的用户。比如电池合作方宁德时代、比亚迪,在使用周期内,因为参与电网的充放,而产生超过正常范围的衰减,厂商予以免费更换,以此打消用户顾虑。\n写在最后\n“这是第三次能源革命,第一次煤炭、蒸汽机,第二次内燃机、石油,第三次就是可再生能源革命,它会改变我们化石能源所有体系。”欧阳明高院士总结到:“我相信,这场革命会让我们整个经济的发展跃上新台阶。”","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1960,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":391709626,"gmtCreate":1606752067065,"gmtModify":1703844252151,"author":{"id":"3544050539825646","authorId":"3544050539825646","name":"CafeKnight","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/447cf6d3982619223dab6deb8e0c8e11","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3544050539825646","authorIdStr":"3544050539825646"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
