NIO)迎来了新金主,近日,该公司中国总部正式宣布嫁入合肥经济技术开发区,此举换回了合肥方面70亿元的彩礼,足够烧上半年了。问题是,这一次到底是一群独具慧眼的投资者发现了一枚埋没已久的金子,还是一个遭无数人嫌弃的烫手山芋找到了接盘侠呢?答案很可能是后者。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20200430230145352v034ld04vot2wh5\"/><p>蔚来的To G能力提高了!</p><p>消息一出,一位资深媒体人第一反应就是蔚来的To G能力提高了。</p><p>在相当长一段时间内,蔚来的资金都来自于李斌强大的朋友圈,几乎每个人都听说过刘强东10秒就说yes的故事。作为国内互联网界的知名人物,李斌不仅参与过当当网的创办工作,还亲手运作了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BITA\">易车网</a>、易鑫、摩拜,并投资了一大波出行企业,一度被称为出行教父。这些光鲜的资历,既让这位北大高材生与刘强东、俞敏洪等大佬成了朋友,也结识了大量的明星投资机构。当同行们热衷于从地方政府手中一边拿钱一边跑马圈地的时候,李斌或许满脸的鄙夷,造车新势力一哥的名头使他深信自己能够独自扛起一面大旗。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20200430230145805v034slfuvri9uva\"/><p>不幸的是,造车的困难超出了想象,一年亏损上百亿元与遥遥无期的盈利,很快吓退了李斌的朋友圈,上市后没多久,李斌就踏上了找钱的征途。穷在闹市无人问,富在深山有远亲。曾经一股难求的蔚来现在成了让人唯恐避之不及的丧门星,一年时间愣是没有找到一个接盘侠,更不要说那些精明的投资机构了,就是原来连游侠汽车都不放过的浙江湖州也不愿施以援手,北京亦庄国投注资百亿闹剧尤其令人难堪,李斌官宣之后被人家啪啪打脸。最悲惨的时候,蔚来的股价曾直逼1美元退市红线,整个市值不到瑞幸的十分之一,不得不靠两大股东李斌与<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00700\">腾讯</a>不断接济一点儿续命。不久前,李斌还在慨叹,蔚来持有的现金余额已不足以维持未来12个月的运营。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20200430230146176v0349epc8xu2oez\"/><p>天无绝人之路。经历接二连三的挫败后,李斌终于撞到了财神----江淮首郡、吴楚要冲的合肥。</p><p>合肥的难言之隐</p><p>据天眼查,新进的几大战略投资者均是清一色的国资背景,合肥市建设投资控股(集团)有限公司系合肥市国资委100%出资组建,安徽省高新技术产业投资有限公司的最终所有者为安徽省国资委,而国投招商投资管理有限公司的第一、二大股东背面则有着招商局、国开集团的身影。为了赢得蔚来的芳心,安徽与合肥两级国资悉数出动,显然是拼了。这也难怪,一个汽车品牌的落户具有一箭三雕的效果,既能有效拉动GDP,又能带来大量的就业机会,还有助于优化一个地区的产业结构。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20200430230148028v034bgnizdudzbv\"/><p>合肥对于蔚来这样一个北京、湖州拒掉的对象仍然不离不弃,除几大常规理由外,还有一个难言之隐。自2016年以来,当地知名上市公司也是安徽汽车业的两块招牌之一<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600418\">江淮汽车</a>就是蔚来的代工厂,从ES8到ES6一直在这里生产。最近几年,江淮汽车自有业务颓势尽显,仅2017-2019年三年扣非净利润就直逼-30亿元,虽然人人都知道蔚来是一个无底洞,但再小的苍蝇也是肉,急于抓住一根救命稻草的合肥与江淮汽车无法承受失去李斌的损失。蔚来中国总部不论落户到安徽以外的任何一个地方,都必然会更换合作伙伴或自建工厂,带走这部分订单,正因为如此,合肥充当李斌的救世主早已注定,只是蔚来此前过分抬举了自己,非北京、上海、浙江等不嫁,从而错过了最好的开价机会。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20200430230148597v034lbhun5txmo9\"/><p>在去年那次与北京亦庄只差临门一脚的交易中,双方的协议金额为100亿元,如今合肥方面仅出了70个亿,缩水30%,不过,即便如此,合肥收获的也不是一笔完美的买卖,到处碰壁的蔚来如果靠这笔资金就能绝处逢生也不至于到处碰壁了,不要说今后是否需要继续向这个无底洞投钱,就是对于当前的协议,李斌能否履约也有很大不确定性。</p><p>李斌的小九九</p><p>根据协议,蔚来将向蔚来中国的主体蔚来(安徽)控股有限公司注入中国范围内的整车研发、供应链与制造、销售与服务、能源服务等核心业务与相关资产,以上业务与资产根据2020年4月21日前30个交易日蔚来市值平均值的85%估值177.7亿元。在新金主同意注资70亿元的时候,蔚来亦承诺投入42.6亿元配套,并最晚在2021年3月31日前分五次履行完毕,今年6月底前就要投入25.6亿元。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20200430230149649v034rql31j8i1d3\"/><p>年报显示,截至去年末,蔚来账上的现金、现金等价物、受限现金及短期投资合计10.56亿元,算上蔚来在刚刚结束的第一季度完成的4.35亿美元可转债融资,李斌的筹码也不过41亿元,按照以往的烧钱速度,蔚来单季亏损额应该不会低于20亿元,这意味着李斌在未来五个月内须填50亿的缺口。眼下的疫情进一步增加了不确定性。根据蔚来数据,2020年第一季度,李斌总计交付了3838辆,少于去年同期的3989辆。今年一整年,全球汽车业都难有转机,与此同时,蔚来预计年中发布的第三款量产车EC6一如既往地面向中高端市场,对销量贡献有限。内忧外困之下,李斌似乎没有与合肥同心协力共克时艰之意。</p><img
