对于京东的个人感受
$京东(JD)$ $阿里巴巴(BABA)$ 写在开头,我没有持有京东的任何头寸。仅仅是我的个人看法,有不同看法的可以和我留言,欢迎讨论。 第一次在京东购买的是一个乐视的充电宝(3年前)京东给我的印象就是物流快,但是包装简陋(商品没事可以忍受,可能是对自家的物流很有信心,包装只是单纯的塑料袋)之后开始疯狂的在京东买买买,和身边的小伙伴安利京东。而如今更多的使用淘宝购物。下面的是我几点原因,也是京东存在的问题。 一商品溢价。相同的牙刷在京东卖12,淘宝旗舰店9.9包邮,买二送一。我生活在江苏,物流体系很完善,快递最长时间3天就可以到。所以我选择淘宝......京东自营也有很多类似的溢价商品.....可能是采购的问题。(也有很多人会说京东是一个大型的超市,有自身的商品溢价是很正常的。)我不否认这个观点,我也认同,但是在有选择的情况下,我会更偏向于淘宝。 二部分商品的多件起够销售模式。我最近只想买一个文件夹,而京东类似的只有20件袋装。我只需要一个....我可能会去超市购买,但是我上淘宝之后发现,我通过买一个文件袋,我可以顺便买几只笔,橡皮。然后我就满心欢喜的等快递了。 三商品的种类太少,第三方卖家少,第三方卖家溢价严重。有优点也有缺点,先说说优点:1.将大部分流量由自营消化变现(我京东优先考虑自营)2.确保商品的可控性避免第三方过多导致的假货泛滥和商品竞争降价 3.高开店门槛维护一开店商家利益。缺点:1.没有竞争的存在,几乎就是一家独大(京东商城模式的必然)。2.第三方收费的昂贵,导致第三方溢价存在。第三方收费在交易额的一成,相当于商家在京东销售同样的商品要提高一成多的价格,才能维护相同利润(模式等于是帮助京东将流量变现,纯属给京东打工)3.内容的丰富程度少少少。第三方没有利润可图,只有靠京东支撑内容的输入。 四服务不完善 客服没有热情。客服无所谓,不和业绩挂钩.....反正有啥

对于肯德基的看法
$百胜中国(YUMC)$ 在炸鸡快餐的领域,比较有名的,德克士,麦当劳,肯德基。其中肯德基是本地化最成功的,列如早餐的粥,小龙虾汉堡,还有饭,甚至还有月饼。这些是在连锁快餐店麦当劳中看不到的,而麦当劳最近才推出了全家桶。本地化是我看好肯德基的第一点。 第二点,洋快餐市场的缩小,没有新竞争对手的出现。如今,生活质量的提高,人们追求健康的饮食,方便面市场快速萎缩,快餐市场也不例外。但是随着生活水平的提高,有更多的人买得起吃得起肯德基了,你可能觉得肯德基很便宜,但是对于四五线城市来说,肯德基不再是一年去几次的消费场所,而是日常了,而此时肯德基往四五线城市的下沉,迎合了这种消费趋势。而真正失去市场的是华莱士等小品牌。 第三点,活动力度增加,引流效果明显。因为附近有肯德基,小聚的时候回去肯德基。周四是19.9,两个老北京鸡肉卷,还有一次印象比较深刻的是19.9 15块脆骨鸡。那天人爆满。肯德基还有充值200的优惠措施,送2张送蛋挞券,2张送上**块券等。更加促进了我的消费欲望,我比以前去肯德基的次数更频繁了。 第四点,外卖服务。一次在网吧,大晚上了整个外卖只有肯德基营业!服了,真厉害。

客服没有热情。客服无所谓,不和业绩挂钩.....反正有啥","text":"$京东(JD)$ $阿里巴巴(BABA)$ 写在开头,我没有持有京东的任何头寸。仅仅是我的个人看法,有不同看法的可以和我留言,欢迎讨论。 第一次在京东购买的是一个乐视的充电宝(3年前)京东给我的印象就是物流快,但是包装简陋(商品没事可以忍受,可能是对自家的物流很有信心,包装只是单纯的塑料袋)之后开始疯狂的在京东买买买,和身边的小伙伴安利京东。而如今更多的使用淘宝购物。下面的是我几点原因,也是京东存在的问题。 一商品溢价。相同的牙刷在京东卖12,淘宝旗舰店9.9包邮,买二送一。我生活在江苏,物流体系很完善,快递最长时间3天就可以到。所以我选择淘宝......京东自营也有很多类似的溢价商品.....可能是采购的问题。(也有很多人会说京东是一个大型的超市,有自身的商品溢价是很正常的。)我不否认这个观点,我也认同,但是在有选择的情况下,我会更偏向于淘宝。 二部分商品的多件起够销售模式。我最近只想买一个文件夹,而京东类似的只有20件袋装。我只需要一个....我可能会去超市购买,但是我上淘宝之后发现,我通过买一个文件袋,我可以顺便买几只笔,橡皮。然后我就满心欢喜的等快递了。 三商品的种类太少,第三方卖家少,第三方卖家溢价严重。有优点也有缺点,先说说优点:1.将大部分流量由自营消化变现(我京东优先考虑自营)2.确保商品的可控性避免第三方过多导致的假货泛滥和商品竞争降价 3.高开店门槛维护一开店商家利益。缺点:1.没有竞争的存在,几乎就是一家独大(京东商城模式的必然)。2.第三方收费的昂贵,导致第三方溢价存在。第三方收费在交易额的一成,相当于商家在京东销售同样的商品要提高一成多的价格,才能维护相同利润(模式等于是帮助京东将流量变现,纯属给京东打工)3.内容的丰富程度少少少。第三方没有利润可图,只有靠京东支撑内容的输入。 四服务不完善
