葛卫东,毕业于四川大学,现任上海混沌投资有限公司董事长,上海混沌道然资产管理有限公司投资决策委员会主席。毕业于四川大学经济系。从事金融,证券和商品投资长达13年,具备多领域投资经验。 从期货转战股市,市场上一直都流传着葛卫东的故事。 他,农村出生,毕业后在粮食公司整整当了8年默默无闻的外贸员,终于决心在2000年初放开胆接触金融市场。 他不听旁人劝导不断投身风险度极高的投资还押上自家的房子,从他初次接触金融市场时,仅仅只用了4年,就从10万资金一路赌到了近50亿。不久后他在“铜”上的运作,甚至直接让整个华尔街为之颤抖,达到了近200亿身家。他,就是葛卫东! 葛卫东1992年从四川的学校毕业后,在老家贵州粮油公司工作了很长一段时间。1999年时做出选择来到了魔都上海,开始独立经营大宗农产品黄豆、油菜籽、大麦等一些贸易工作;也是因为长期与这些农产品打交道的原因,使葛卫东足足攒了近10年的现货经验。 十年磨一剑 2000年时,葛卫东手里有一些这几年工作攒的钱,于是开始放开胆子进行农产品商品的期货投资。在当时,中国的期货市场正还处于野蛮生长时机期,潜力虽高但隐藏的风险更高,不知多少人折倒在这片汪洋里出不去,能成功上岸的人都狠狠捞上了一大笔,最终非富即贵。 葛卫东凭借着多年的与农产品打交道的经验,胆量自然大于一般人,眼识也算长远未贪短财。当年,常规收益差的年份收益率在50%-60%,但收益好的年份收益率甚至会升到3-4倍。在2008年金融危机的时候全球股民都被殃及,而他的财富却一路飙升,迅速膨胀到几十亿。 中国民间第一“铜王”,华尔街为之颤抖 href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>李斌:2020上半年最爽的人”让蔚来汽车又站上了风口浪尖!莎士比亚有句名言:世间的很多事物,追求时候的兴致远比享受时来得浓烈。正如当下勇立潮头的造车新势力代表蔚来的市场表现一般,在消费者眼中,ES6和ES8标新立异的高科技配置、可定制的购车体验、炫酷的中控、夸张的内饰已然不能成为打动他们的理由,而过于夸张的设计感背后,反倒让消费者见怪不怪、造成短期的视觉疲劳。事实上,蔚来也并没有大家想象的如此完美。ES8从让人期待的最大续航500公里到综合工况不到400公里,再到实际使用的300公里上下,其续航能力不断给消费者带来“惊喜”;另外,第三排座椅角度不可调,玻璃水注入口设计在车外等奇葩设计都令人汗颜。尽管2020年第二季度蔚来的财报还未公布,但蔚来汽车今年只累计完成交付10331台。而自2018年6月启动交付以来,蔚来已累积交付不足5万台,整体交付数量不容乐观。<strong>一直都在亏选择高端化路线的后遗症</strong>众所周知,坚持走高端化路线的蔚来汽车成立不到6年时间,却一直被视为中国的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>。尽管如此,蔚来2018-2019年汽车毛利率仅为-4.4%。相对而言,特斯拉用了16年的时间亏损接近20亿美元,但是特斯拉却做到了汽车业务销售盈利毛利率23%的惊人之举。所以,特斯拉虽然也在亏损,却是潜移默化地悄悄赚钱。在蔚来汽车创始人、董事长兼CEO李斌看来,蔚来的亏损是由于整体市场环境不佳造成的,为了应对总体疲软的宏观经济和汽车市场,蔚来正在尽最大努力利用资源,并基于整个组织架构实施了全面的效率优化和成本控制措施。事实上,蔚来汽车一直处于巨亏状态且有扩大之势。卖一辆亏一辆,不卖更亏,这是蔚来当下的代名词。在亿邦动力看来,蔚来希望通过连环效应逐个击破消费者心理防线:首先,通过蔚来中心等细致的运营服务吸引潜在用户;其次,以售价逐步降低的产品和换电等附加服务提升用户粘性;最后,依靠此前积累的用户建群自发传播,形成“涟漪效应”,以达到逐个击破的目的。可蔚来的如意算盘并没有打对。据今年第一季度财报显示,蔚来的营业成本为15.39亿元,市场、销售、管理及研发费用13.70亿元,两者相加运营投入近30亿元,蔚来根本无法砍掉自己的服务,这就不得不考虑汽车服务方面的投入占据整个销售环节的成本。<strong>自燃事件将蔚来推上“召回大王”王座</strong>安全问题一直是造车新势力们追求的巅峰,即便这样,蔚来ES8还是发生了自燃事件。随后,蔚来汽车发起了大规模的召回,这也是国内造车新势力首次发生的召回事件。不得不承认,蔚来汽车定位中高端市场在一定程度上获得了成功,但其在质量方面依然有不小的瑕疵。据不完全统计,自2019年4月份以来,蔚来ES8车型已连续发生了3起自燃事件:4月,西安东三环恒信奥迪4S店外,一辆停放在充电桩旁的蔚来ES8发生自燃;5月,上海市嘉定区安礼路附近的一台蔚来ES8出现冒烟情况;6月中旬,武汉市汉西建材市场停车场一辆蔚来ES8在发生自燃..........接二连三的自燃事件,引起了业界强烈的关注,并展开了现场调查。受调查结果影响,蔚来汽车于6月27日决定召回4803辆ES8,并免费为其更换电池包,以消除安全隐患。实际上,2018年生产的蔚来问题最大,占2018年全年总销量的42%,而就在此年度蔚来再度亏损了32.85亿元。李斌曾在接受亿邦动力采访时坦言,蔚来汽车在销售上确实遇到了一些挑战,但他始终认为是受补贴退坡和整个中高端市场价格走低的影响,而并没有提及召回事件的影响。召回事件、充电问题、升级软件等等都让蔚来光环不再。此外,大规模的召回问题车辆,不仅造成了巨额的成本浪费,还对蔚来汽车的口碑造成了不小的打击,很多消费者也因此而却步。<strong>人才流失后的蔚来缘何回光返照?</strong>据财报显示,蔚来汽车在2019年亏损达到了112.96亿元,占总营收比重94%的汽车业务毛利率持续为负是蔚来“越卖越亏”的主要原因。以蔚来2019年20565辆的销量来算,相当于每卖一辆车要亏损54万元。蔚来的人才流失问题也受到了业界的关注。今年6月1日,蔚来汽车的“元老”朱江离职并加盟<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/F\">福特汽车</a>,担任纯电Mach-E项目负责人。据说,朱江因与公司有较大程度分歧而离职,在与蔚来汽车服务的3年时间里,主要负责蔚来用户发展和品牌营销。除此之外,另一位元老级人物黄晨东也在今年3月宣布离职。他的离职也给蔚来的整车开发、自主<a Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/84f744795d09d7af7b33d92664a4cdff","relate_stocks":{"NIO":"蔚来","TSLA":"特斯拉","BITA":"易车"},"source_url":"http://gu.qq.com/resources/shy/news/detail-v2/index.html#/?id=nesSN202008052022477b236a5f&s=b","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/9a95c1376e76363c1401fee7d3717173","article_id":"2057354986","content_text":"前些日子的一篇报道“蔚来李斌:2020上半年最爽的人”让蔚来汽车又站上了风口浪尖!莎士比亚有句名言:世间的很多事物,追求时候的兴致远比享受时来得浓烈。正如当下勇立潮头的造车新势力代表蔚来的市场表现一般,在消费者眼中,ES6和ES8标新立异的高科技配置、可定制的购车体验、炫酷的中控、夸张的内饰已然不能成为打动他们的理由,而过于夸张的设计感背后,反倒让消费者见怪不怪、造成短期的视觉疲劳。事实上,蔚来也并没有大家想象的如此完美。ES8从让人期待的最大续航500公里到综合工况不到400公里,再到实际使用的300公里上下,其续航能力不断给消费者带来“惊喜”;另外,第三排座椅角度不可调,玻璃水注入口设计在车外等奇葩设计都令人汗颜。尽管2020年第二季度蔚来的财报还未公布,但蔚来汽车今年只累计完成交付10331台。而自2018年6月启动交付以来,蔚来已累积交付不足5万台,整体交付数量不容乐观。一直都在亏选择高端化路线的后遗症众所周知,坚持走高端化路线的蔚来汽车成立不到6年时间,却一直被视为中国的特斯拉。尽管如此,蔚来2018-2019年汽车毛利率仅为-4.4%。相对而言,特斯拉用了16年的时间亏损接近20亿美元,但是特斯拉却做到了汽车业务销售盈利毛利率23%的惊人之举。所以,特斯拉虽然也在亏损,却是潜移默化地悄悄赚钱。在蔚来汽车创始人、董事长兼CEO李斌看来,蔚来的亏损是由于整体市场环境不佳造成的,为了应对总体疲软的宏观经济和汽车市场,蔚来正在尽最大努力利用资源,并基于整个组织架构实施了全面的效率优化和成本控制措施。事实上,蔚来汽车一直处于巨亏状态且有扩大之势。卖一辆亏一辆,不卖更亏,这是蔚来当下的代名词。在亿邦动力看来,蔚来希望通过连环效应逐个击破消费者心理防线:首先,通过蔚来中心等细致的运营服务吸引潜在用户;其次,以售价逐步降低的产品和换电等附加服务提升用户粘性;最后,依靠此前积累的用户建群自发传播,形成“涟漪效应”,以达到逐个击破的目的。可蔚来的如意算盘并没有打对。据今年第一季度财报显示,蔚来的营业成本为15.39亿元,市场、销售、管理及研发费用13.70亿元,两者相加运营投入近30亿元,蔚来根本无法砍掉自己的服务,这就不得不考虑汽车服务方面的投入占据整个销售环节的成本。自燃事件将蔚来推上“召回大王”王座安全问题一直是造车新势力们追求的巅峰,即便这样,蔚来ES8还是发生了自燃事件。随后,蔚来汽车发起了大规模的召回,这也是国内造车新势力首次发生的召回事件。不得不承认,蔚来汽车定位中高端市场在一定程度上获得了成功,但其在质量方面依然有不小的瑕疵。据不完全统计,自2019年4月份以来,蔚来ES8车型已连续发生了3起自燃事件:4月,西安东三环恒信奥迪4S店外,一辆停放在充电桩旁的蔚来ES8发生自燃;5月,上海市嘉定区安礼路附近的一台蔚来ES8出现冒烟情况;6月中旬,武汉市汉西建材市场停车场一辆蔚来ES8在发生自燃..........接二连三的自燃事件,引起了业界强烈的关注,并展开了现场调查。受调查结果影响,蔚来汽车于6月27日决定召回4803辆ES8,并免费为其更换电池包,以消除安全隐患。实际上,2018年生产的蔚来问题最大,占2018年全年总销量的42%,而就在此年度蔚来再度亏损了32.85亿元。李斌曾在接受亿邦动力采访时坦言,蔚来汽车在销售上确实遇到了一些挑战,但他始终认为是受补贴退坡和整个中高端市场价格走低的影响,而并没有提及召回事件的影响。召回事件、充电问题、升级软件等等都让蔚来光环不再。此外,大规模的召回问题车辆,不仅造成了巨额的成本浪费,还对蔚来汽车的口碑造成了不小的打击,很多消费者也因此而却步。人才流失后的蔚来缘何回光返照?据财报显示,蔚来汽车在2019年亏损达到了112.96亿元,占总营收比重94%的汽车业务毛利率持续为负是蔚来“越卖越亏”的主要原因。以蔚来2019年20565辆的销量来算,相当于每卖一辆车要亏损54万元。蔚来的人才流失问题也受到了业界的关注。今年6月1日,蔚来汽车的“元老”朱江离职并加盟福特汽车,担任纯电Mach-E项目负责人。据说,朱江因与公司有较大程度分歧而离职,在与蔚来汽车服务的3年时间里,主要负责蔚来用户发展和品牌营销。除此之外,另一位元老级人物黄晨东也在今年3月宣布离职。他的离职也给蔚来的整车开发、自主智能驾驶技术研发以及三电动力工程等业务产生不小的影响。而在更早之前,蔚来汽车联合创始人郑显聪、软件发展(中国)副总裁庄莉、CFO谢东萤等也已相继离职。除了内部高管外,蔚来汽车上市前的重要投资者高瓴资本也于2019年底离场。进入2020年,全球经济遭到了疫情的影响,蔚来汽车的股价却节节攀升,上涨近90%;不止于此,蔚来在2月和3月累计进行了4.35亿美金的融资,今年4月与合肥签订的协议中,战略投资者将向蔚来中国投资70亿元人民币(战略投资人注入48亿元人民币,蔚来注入25.56亿元人民币,合计73.56亿元的注资),6月又增发5亿美元。如此巨大的融资,在亿邦动力看来如同回光返照。站在风口浪尖上的李斌,不得不说是在提刀舔血。而蔚来的处境也正如此前接受亿邦动力采访时李斌所述,蔚来仅仅是“从重症监护室转到普通病房”。试问,还未“出院”的蔚来何来的爽气呢?","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1040,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":945548996,"gmtCreate":1596628314815,"gmtModify":1704212948003,"author":{"id":"3484618254682683","authorId":"3484618254682683","name":"昆仑小世界中人","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/03a06545d79932ee7391360cb89e9d08","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3484618254682683","authorIdStr":"3484618254682683"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
