$China XD Plastics(CXDC)$ Have they found out anything wrong with the buyout? The $1.20 buyout was inadequate. This company has a book value of $12 and had been profitable every year until 2020, raking in $1B cumulatively.Me. Han owns a little more than 50% of the company. Normally if he wants to own the whole company, he would have offered an acceptable price. But not in this case. A new company he owned offered $1.20 for CXDC and Mr. Han who owned the majority shares accepted it. There is a definite conflict of interest and dereliction of fiduciary duties by Mr.Han. He should revert back to the $4 offer he did 3 years before the current $1.20.

$Procter & Gamble(PG)$ I love this stock great products. Me personally I will invest in stuff I use and feel is benefiting humanity. I would have a hard time investing in something like casinos and tobacco because it ruins lives. I also feel as if you own something like PG and in the market you actively buy Unilever products over PG you are a hypocrite why invest in something and not use their products if you can. $Altimeter Growth Corp.(AGC)$ AGC has 50m Outstanding Shares, They IPO'd 45m at $10 so they had 450, now maybe 500M Cash for acquisition target.For one, how are they getting a company that has an evaluation of $38-40B? Or is that valuation some far off in the future number they are saying just for more bang for the buck? OR, are they only acquiring a percent or 2 of the company to go public? I saw where Spac's typically want at least 10% of the company, which would put AGC's target Merger at a valuation of around $4-5B.
