Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"BK1588":"回港中概股","BK1119":"汽车制造商","09866":"蔚来-SW","NIO":"蔚来"},"source_url":"http://gu.qq.com/resources/shy/news/detail-v2/index.html#/?id=nesSN2023121421430983f8eff3&s=b","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/9a95c1376e76363c1401fee7d3717173","article_id":"2391572030","content_text":"“明年市场将会非常惨烈,但我们不能跟着别人卷,蔚来不会以价换量。”蔚来创始人、董事长李斌面对记者提问时直言。12月14日,在蔚来媒体面对面活动中,李斌直面了近期市场关注的诸多问题,包括接连与长安和吉利达成换电合作、调整对利润提升没有贡献的项目、以及甚至市场流传已久的“裁员优化问题”。值得注意的是,他在交流会中提及,又与一家车企进行了新的换电联盟业务签约,“朋友圈”进一步扩大。换电引入合作方并非为降本众所周知,换电模式是蔚来立足新能源汽车行业的一块“独有招牌”。但长期以来,这一模式由于刚性投入巨大而饱受市场诟病。尤其是蔚来亏损状况迟迟未出现改善的背景下,市场质疑的声音更加尖锐。近期,蔚来迎来两位极具实力的伙伴。11月21日、29日,蔚来先后宣布与“国家队”长安汽车,民企“巨头”吉利控股在换电领域合作。不过,这一举动也引来“蔚来甩包袱”的猜测。“换电业务从来不是蔚来的‘包袱’,”李斌在接受中国基金报记者采访时直言,“我们引入合作方并不是为了降本,相反而是为了扩大盈利。”他表示,蔚来从做换电业务第一天开始,就在考虑开放。他将“换电模式”类比亚马逊的云业务,“只有自己把这一模式跑通了,才能向市场开放,现在开放正是时候。”他坦言。对于换电站运营成本,李斌也作出分析。“一个换电站运营成本并不高,每年加上折旧和摊销,成本在30万-40万之间,而且换电站也可以参与部分地区的储能业务,”他表示,“单个换电站每天实现60单换电业务就可以盈利。”据悉,截至12月5日,蔚来已经累计在全球布局换电站2226座,其中包括国内高速公路换电站694座,累计为用户提供超3320万次换电服务。他透露,对于与长安和吉利的合作,蔚来已经成立了专门小组,帮助合作伙伴开发换电版本车型。他提到,单个车型的换电底盘改造大概费用在1000万-2000万元左右。值得注意的是,此前李斌曾提及,除了长安和吉利之外,还有4、5家企业正在谈换电合作。他在交流会中作出总结:现在有意与蔚来在换电领域合作的有个共同点,即都接触过换电业务。他表示,只有接触过才会知道规模效应对于换电模式的重要性。在他看来,搭建换电庞大的网络,并非想建就可以建,会面临很多制约因素。而蔚来恰好在换电领域具有绝对话语权。在会上,李斌还作出剧透:“12月14日上午,刚与某车企进行了换电联盟业务签约,换电朋友圈进一步扩大。”ROI成核心量化指标今年三季度,蔚来在盈利方面有所好转。其三季度综合毛利率从二季度的1%提升至8%,而汽车毛利率升至11.0%。相应的,其亏损面也有所收窄,三季度单季净亏损额为45.57亿元,环比二季度下降了24.8%。但对于蔚来而言,警报并未解除。李斌在降本方面也下达重要指令:“蔚来将对三年不盈利、或对毛利提升没贡献的项目进行调整,比如电池自制。”他在此次交流会中也对此作出解释。他表示,三年内电池制造改善不了毛利,固定资产投入换毛利“能推就推”。据悉,蔚来电池研发团队于2021年开始组建。去年6月,蔚来方面曾透露,拥有超过400人组成的电池相关团队,正深入参与电池材料、电芯与整包设计、电池管理系统、制造工艺等研发工作,全面建立与增强电池体系化研发和工业化能力。“电池制造需要漫长的投入期,还需要经历产能爬坡以及设立回收部门,目前状况并不支持这一业务。”李斌坦言。但他同时称,蔚来将继续进行电池内部研发工作,“研发电池可以改善毛利,管理效率换毛利是必须的。”他强调,蔚来降本提效的同时,会保证研发投入。“以后整体费用中研发费用是大头,2022年投入了108亿研发费用,今年每个季度也保持在30亿元,接下来也会保持这个研发力度。”在他看来,“不投研发可以换来盈利,但不保证研发强度,未来在市场上照样活不下去。”在交流会上,李斌多次提及ROI(投资回报率)指标。“接下来,每个细分项目都要计算投资回报率。”他直言。似乎ROI已经成为蔚来项目投入的核心量化指标。值得一提的是,面对“蔚来接下来会否裁员”这一尖锐问题,李斌直言,“新一轮裁员是没有的事,但蔚来会持续优化组织和效率”。他透露,在此前的调整中,智能驾驶、操作系统等智能化相关的部门没有受到影响,但电池制造部门有缩减,其它业务也对重复部门和岗位进行了合并。未来两年竞争会非常惨烈在交流会上,李斌也对接下来的新能源汽车市场作出研判。对于2024年-2025年,李斌判断,“竞争将会非常惨烈”。他表示,目前很多同行都在负毛利的状况下做业务,蔚来的首要任务是保证先活下来。但他同时提到一个前提,即“蔚来坚持不降价,不以价换量”。而且他强调,蔚来品牌会继续向高端发力。他表示,“ET5将是蔚来售价最低的产品,不会有比这款车定价更低的蔚来产品推出,蔚来品牌也坚决不会下沉至20万到30万元市场,我们不能跟别人一起卷。”不过,在他看来,此前两年受制于基础设施不足、锂价飙涨等因素,高端纯电动汽车市场还没有爆发。但结合目前的市场走势可以判断,2024年-2025年,高端纯电新能源汽车市场将迎来爆发式增长。而蔚来会把以下领域作为公司发展的优先级:一是保障产品的技术领先;二是保障销售服务网络稳定;三是保障三个品牌9款车的技术研发。在12月23日,蔚来将在2023年NIO
