$京东(JD)$ 昨日大跌是有分析觉得阿里出现了赢家通吃的苗头,京东追赶的梦想迟早破灭完蛋。本人觉得阿里绝无可能赢家通吃,然后全中国人买东西以后基本只能去小马的阿里一家。即使我们同意让我们的生活如此无聊,D都不会同意。以后的格局, 势同今日的支付宝和微信。支付宝曾经如此不可一世,势如一统天下,然而份额到了一定程度,微信自然而然就起来平衡。不是支付宝不努力,也不是微信比支付宝更牛逼,平衡是自然规律。除非Ali介入政府权利,短期改变规律。昨晚之前半仓阿里正股和看涨期权,无一分京东。虽没有卖到最高点,盘中已全部调仓换为京东,满仓。如继续下跌,加杠杆至2倍,持有至年底。

href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/JD\">京东</a>疑似已经去董宇辉现在所在西安老家“抢人”,并且谈地很顺利。董宇辉对此回应称:“不属实,目前没有接触任何公司”。</p><p>时至今日,东方甄选与董宇辉,谁更离不开谁?</p><p><strong>01</strong></p><p><strong>因“小作文”引发的风波</strong></p><p>事件起源于12月5日,东方甄选在抖音平台发布的一条视频,为8日至10日的“吉林行”预热。董宇辉出镜念了一段关于吉林的文案。</p><p>东方甄选的小编次日在评论区指出,文案出自团队之手,“每一次小作文制作都是主播在镜头前,背后是文案创作团队、拍摄团队、剪辑团队的小伙伴们,大家协作,才有了一篇篇专场小作文。”。但这一留言,目前已经消失。</p><p>但粉丝不满小编言论,认为东方甄选在“背刺”董宇辉。</p><p>事情发酵之后,吉林行虽然如约开播,但是原定12月10号下午上播的董宇辉,并没有如约出现在直播间。</p><p>12月12日晚,东方甄选CEO孙东旭在直播间正式回应近期小作文事件。他批评了小编团队,也表示“董宇辉停播欠妥,公司认可董宇辉贡献,其本人年薪不止几千万。”</p><p>但在董宇辉粉丝看来,孙东旭的回复并不真诚。他们认为,这是在“开大会”的姿态教育粉丝。本意为“救火”而来的孙东旭,却因“开会”“抵制饭圈”论遭致粉丝的围攻。一些网友表示,自己不仅是粉丝,也是消费者,不应该承担“饭圈”的污名化。</p><p>12月13日凌晨1点半,董宇辉发出千字文回应“小作文”风波。</p><p>董宇辉介绍了东方甄选的小作文创作模式,一是董宇辉本人创作,如西安场,内蒙古场。二是董宇辉提供思路和建议,小编创作,双方讨论修改。三是小编自主创作小作文,董宇辉极少改动或不改动。最新的吉林场小作文属于第三种情况,董宇辉表示:“小编写的和我们一开始提的思路不同。”</p><p>但即使是董宇辉亲自回应,也并未平息汹涌的舆情和伴生的粉丝“倒戈”。</p><p>12月13日,东方甄选抖音停播,距离12月9日的粉丝已经跌了近20万,收盘股价下挫12.96%。创下近一个月来最大单日跌幅,盘中最低价为27港元,为2023年7月以来新低。</p><p>有人据网传聊天记录分析,俞敏洪目前面临要保CEO孙东旭还是要保主播董宇辉二选一的处境。12月14日,俞敏洪否认,“没这么严重。”</p><p>12月14日中午,俞敏洪在抖音账号上发布视频声明,回应近日小作文风波,并提到孙东旭说出董宇辉薪资不恰当。</p><p>俞敏洪在视频中表示,“本来是一件内部的小事,因为处理不当,变成了汹涌澎湃的网络舆情,首先小编作为员工,在东方甄选的官方账号上发布自己的观点,而且一发再发,这种做法严重缺乏职业精神。也说明公司管理上,有很大漏洞。”</p><p>但即使俞敏洪的道歉,也并未让网友买账。该声明下最高赞的留言是“俞总,不好意思,东方甄选和董宇辉,我会选宇辉”,有超过4万人点赞。</p><p>12月14日傍晚,孙东旭在抖音发布鞠躬道歉视频,并表示在直播间提及董宇辉薪酬的行为不职业。但有不少网友表示他们并非是东方甄选的粉丝,而是董宇辉的粉丝。</p><p><strong>02</strong></p><p><strong>“去董宇辉化”可行吗?</strong></p><p>“小作文”引发的舆情兴起之时,正值东方甄选部署新的战略转型。</p><p>东方甄选在11月21日发布公告称,董事会已批准出售事项,即建议向母公司新东方出售教育业务。这意味着,东方甄选不再从事在线教育业务,成为一家专门的自营产品及直播业务运营商。公告显示,出售事项乃广义新<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600811\">东方集团</a>业务重组的一部分,旨在更明确地划分其业务线,及更好地使其业务部门与运营环境保持一致。</p><p>长期关注教育行业的素履咨询创始人郁苗分析,从业绩和社会影响力来看,东方甄选确实是在线教育转型最成功的公司,现在已经完全剥离了教育业务,原有团队和企业基因都比较稳定地延续下来,但在新领域还会面临很多新的挑战。</p><p><strong>“吉林行”活动的背景是东方甄选正试图通过直播渠道,加速切入文旅领域。</strong>东方甄选向财经E法介绍,为宣传地方文旅,东方甄选App在12月10日首次上线文旅产品,启动海南、云南、吉林三地联动的文旅直播活动。并于11月10日至12日持续在抖音“东方甄选看世界”和“东方甄选APP”账号启动三城联播。当天,该平台实现了超过1600万元的文旅产品销售额。另据第三方数据统计,东方甄选三天销售金额达2.76亿元</p><p>东方甄选财报显示,<strong>2023财年(2022年6月1日—2023年5月31日),东方甄选自营产品及直播电商业务营收39亿元,占总营收的87%,</strong>全年带货GMV(商品交易总额)100亿元。直播带货已经成为东方甄选的营收支柱,而董宇辉作为头部主播则与公司业绩密不可分。</p><p>郁苗用“非常惋惜”来形容“小作文”事件给东方甄选带来的影响,她认为“小作文”事件在网络平台上向公众展示了该公司内部管理漏洞。</p><p>郁苗指出,<strong>东方甄选现在已经是MCN+直播电商公司,依赖流量和粉丝经济,头部主播具有不可复制性,是公司的核心资产,但是企业文化、组织架构和组织行为模式都尚未适应新的公司战略定位,造成了人员行为失当,最终损害公司品牌。</strong></p><p>但在艾媒咨询首席分析师张毅看来,这次事件说明东方甄选经营管理模式有问题,“科学的企业管理意味着管理不能过度依赖个人,不能出现一个人独大这样风险很大的管理模式。”</p><p>浙江大学国际联合商学院数字经济与金融创新研究中心联席主任、研究员盘和林指出,这一事件凸显了东方甄选内部存在分歧,这个分歧在于,是否只突出董宇辉一个IP,还是培育多个IP,“所以是内部矛盾外部化,这里不专业的做法是将内部矛盾公开化。”</p><p>盘和林认为,从东方甄选小编到孙东旭的行为都显示,东方甄选团队的其他人不愿意依附于董宇辉的个人流量,即东方甄选想要去董宇辉化,但盘和林认为,“东方甄选无法做到”,因为东方甄选的优势其实就是董宇辉。“消费者来买东西,不是奔着东方甄选的供应链、服务、价格,而是奔着董宇辉的个人魅力”,<strong>如果东方甄选选择“去董宇辉化”,那么面对国内规模化电商的围剿,东方甄选是不会有太大优势。</strong></p><p><strong>03</strong></p><p><strong>谁离不开谁?</strong></p><p>东方甄选近日回应,目前董宇辉仍然在为东方甄选工作,但近期应该不会上播。12月14日,东方甄选发布了甄选品牌日15日至17日全天直播宣传海报,董宇辉未在其中。目前,董宇辉的抖音个人账号IP目前显示为其老家陕西。</p><p>作为东方甄选的核心IP,董宇辉与东方甄选谁更离不开谁?</p><p>郁苗指出,<strong>董宇辉非常关键,是他的突出贡献直接推动了新东方的转型成功,并为股价提升起到了非常积极的作用。如果在这个阶段“去董宇辉化”, 东方甄选无法承受这个损失。</strong>“如果真到迫不得已,必须分离的话,蒙受最大损失的一方一定是东方甄选”,郁苗认为。</p><p>她指出,在董宇辉出圈前的半年里,不论是俞敏洪自己直播,还是其他人直播,传播力度都非常有限,俞敏洪有战略决心,但是他也不能预知何时能转型成功,甚至不知道能否成功,“是董宇辉的意外爆红,把东方甄选带入快车道,<strong>至今董宇辉的业绩占据东方甄选一半以上”。</strong></p><p>郁苗表示,直播电商赛道的特点是——Top主播几乎成为寡头且不能复制。事实上,<strong>所有依赖流量、依赖注意力变现的商业模式都有同样的特点,可以造星,但顶流无法复制。</strong>MCN也是如此,“薇娅和李佳琦的公司不是不想复制更多头部主播,但是无法复制,微念不是不想再造一个李子柒,但也无法复制”。</p><p>因此,郁苗认为,除非东方甄选做起更大更丰富的生态,直播电商不成为主导,否则董宇辉不能被弱化和取代。</p><p>从另一角度,虽然董宇辉可以他的流量和魅力另起炉灶,但是他本人是否具有商业运营和管理能力,尚未可知,即便有合适的运营操盘手,但新组建的商业公司是否有符合董宇辉内在气质与理想的企业氛围和操作节奏,都很难预料。 href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/GOTU\">高途</a>接得住“泼天的流量吗”?</strong></p><p>东方甄选直播间的掉粉,让高途迎来了“泼天的富贵”。大量头顶着“甄选团”灯牌的粉丝涌入东方甄选竞争对手高途佳品等的直播间。</p><p>在12月11日粉丝还不足34万的高途佳品直播间,仅在3天时间里就达成了粉丝破百万的里程碑。</p><p>高途发布的数据显示,12月13日晚,其直播间最高同时在线人数突破3万。12月14日的单日带货累计GMV破1180万,粉丝数破百万,单日直播间最高在线人数近18万,单日直播间观看人次超1355万。高途CEO陈向东在微博上用“奇迹”二字来形容这一晚,直呼是“一起打赢一场大胜仗”。</p><p>无论从教育还是电商直播领域,高途与新东方都有千丝万缕关系。高途CEO兼创始人陈向东曾是新东方执行总裁,离开新东方后,创办高途,此前的市值甚至一度超越新东方。</p><p>高途佳品于2022年12月24日开启直播,属于全品类生活直播间。主播风格、直播间布置都与东方甄选高度相似,主播主要来自于高途老师。高途佳品直播间的背景也是陈向东的个人形象,此举亦与俞敏洪高度相似。</p><p>但开播以来,高途佳品的直播一直表现平平,人数少时,仅个位数的人在线观看。直到东方甄选的“小作文”危机爆发,这“泼天的富贵”流向了高途佳品。</p><p>郁苗也认为,虽然高途的巨大流量具有一定的偶然性和阶段性,但是只要高途善于抓住机会合理利用,完全可以给直播业务提升一个新台阶,“即便当下的热度散去,也不会再退回到先前的情景了”。</p><p>盘和林更是直言,高途直播间蹭了董宇辉的流量,可以说董宇辉去了哪里,流量就会去哪里,所以现阶段,没有挖到董宇辉,则高流量不可持续,如果挖到,现在高途的流量应该只是起步。</p><p>但张毅认为,高途直播间暴涨的流量可能来自于抖台有意引流,粉丝倒戈只是原因之一,“从平台角度,不希望一家独大,所以高途涨粉应该具有可持续性”。</p></body></html>","source":"lsy1597039355891","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE
