href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>备受期待的低价电动车计划,更难了。</p><p>咋回事?</p><p>受国际形势影响,金属镍,价格涨疯了。LME(伦敦金属交易所)镍交易价格日涨逾100%,两日内交易价格突破10万美元/吨。</p><p>而镍,可是动力电池关键原材料,本来价格就一直高居不下,这次意外涨价,又是雪上加霜。</p><p>马斯克也好,其他电动新势力也好,供应更难,更具性价比的车型更难。</p><p>搞不好,现有的车型,还会涨价。要买电动车的朋友,得留意了。</p><p><b>镍价暴涨,咋就伤了低价电动车?</b></p><p>这还得从金属镍在电动车动力电池的应用说起。</p><p>原本金属镍,也没有这么金贵,曾经只是在生产不锈钢中有大规模应用。但是当新能源汽车风口来临,金属镍,因其在提升动力电池能量密度方面的独特作用,也在这波浪潮中乘势起飞了。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/b2fe129be8e0534e1e35c2189627e934\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"365\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>具体来说,镍,主要应用于三元锂电池的正极材料前驱体中。</p><p>镍元素,以硫酸镍的形式应用于正极前驱体,因其可以提高材料活性,是三元锂电池高能量密度的秘密武器。</p><p>而三元锂电池,因这3种材料的配比不同,又可以分为Ni:Mn 等量型和Ni:Mn 不等量型。后者因为镍元素的高配比,能量密度高,也被称作高镍电池,是目前三元锂电池应用于电动车的主流方向。</p><p>在应用规模上,受到新能源汽车产业的带动效应,高镍电池近些年规模快速扩张。</p><p>据信达证券预计,到2025年,我国高镍电池的装机量将达到262.4Gwh,对应的硫酸镍用量将达到100.11 万吨,如果按照加工过程中20%镍折损的情况来算,需求超过138万吨。照此测算,届时我国镍金属需求量将达到31万吨,全球总需求量为89万吨。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/40d69b669f19efa897a8c7683dee77c4\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"367\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>所以问题是,全球镍金属产量,能否满足电动车行业镍需求?</p><p><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/601108\">财通证券</a>预测,2020年到2030年10年间,动力电池行业镍需求年复合增长率为28.5%,去年用于电池生产的镍金属占全球镍产量的15%左右。结合美国地质调查局(USGS)数据,2021年全球镍金属产量为270万吨,照此来算,去年提供给电池产业的镍金属只有40.5万吨。</p><p>距离2025年的89万吨,差了一倍不止。</p><p>而从行业来看,镍金属供应,其实长期处于紧张状态,价格也在持续上涨,而这一次,受战争黑天鹅事件影响,镍金属价格一夜之间涨幅逾100%,两日涨价2.5倍,交易价格突破10万美元(63.21万元人民币)/吨。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/579ba6798f7a1b9ef18a9929ff719616\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"310\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>按照这个价格涨势,电池成本的压力,即便成本控制高手马斯克,也对更低价的特斯拉束手无策。</p><p>按照每GWh高镍电池(NCM 811型为例)需要750吨金属镍来算,镍金属价格每涨1万元/吨,每GWh高镍电池成本将增加500-750万元。</p><p>就最近两天镍金属的涨价幅度,特斯拉Model 3搭载的80KWh高镍电池包,成本将增加至少15000万元人民币。</p><p>这还是定位中高端的特斯拉Model 3,对善于控制成本的马斯克来说,还能在别的地方着补回来,但对于利润空间小的低价电动车来说,这增加的15000万元的电池成本,可是要命的事情。</p><p>毕竟五菱宏光Mini EV,整车也就卖个3万多块。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p><b>其他原材料也在涨</b></p><p><b>动力电池,还有哪些关键原材料?</b></p><p>目前来说,电动车动力电池,基本上是磷酸铁锂电池和三元锂电池两种路线平分天下的局面。</p><p>就这两种电池来说,锂、钴、锰三种金属,都是绕不开的原材料。</p><p>磷酸铁锂电池,主要是以磷酸铁锂为正极,碳元素为负极的锂离子电池,相对于三元锂电池,优点在于,磷和铁的储量丰富,价格比较低,同时还具有安全优势。<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>官方承诺‘永不起火’的刀片电池,就属于这一类。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/be45045c2d60c66e7d484ae72765778a\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"384\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>而三元锂电池,除了上文中涨疯了的镍,还有两种至关重要的元素:钴和锰。我们熟知的三元锂电池中的‘三元’,指的是正极前驱体的3种金属元素:镍(Ni)、钴(Co)、锰(Mn)。</p><p>这3类金属元素,在三元锂电池中各司其职:</p><p>钴元素属于一类活性元素,负责稳定材料的层状结构,提高材料的放电容量;而锰元素,性质比较稳定,因此电池充放电过程中,在材料中起到支撑作用。</p><p>但是钴元素,因为全球储量较少,属于稀有金属元素,价格一直以来高居不下,也因此,整个行业目前更偏向通过加大镍的三元配比,来降低三元锂电池的整体成本。马斯克之前就不断在尝试降低钴的占比。</p><p>所以自然而然,高镍电池就成为三元锂电池主流选择。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/bbd1b9800305b7963e6d066d6b9d0dbe\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"355\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>除此之外,还有一类三元锂电池,用铝金属代替锰,成为另外一‘元’,也就是我们常说的NCA电池,虽然金属元素发生变化,但本质上来说,锰和铝,储量较多且化学性质相似,因此并无本质的区别,而且在三元锂电池中的用量并不多。</p><p>而主要的三种金属锂、镍、钴,身价随着新能源汽车的风口水涨船高,原材料价格高居不下,成为影响电动车普及的关键因素。以锂金属为例,截止到今天,国内锂金属价格报268.6万元/吨,较年初的170万元/吨上涨幅度超过58%。同样上涨的钴金属,今年以来涨幅也超过11%,截止到目前报价55.38万元/吨。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/736a1b60102ff44ae44a243831c09f1d\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"389\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>关键金属元素价格一路飙升对电动车降本围追堵截,难道就没有别的解决方案了?</p><p>钠离子电池算一个。</p><p>所谓钠离子电池,和锂电池工作原理基本相同,只是负责运输电子的物质,由锂离子变成了钠离子。最大的优势,就是绕开了锂和钴这类稀有金属,而且全球储量巨大,靠海或者盐湖就能提取。</p><p>但另一面,钠离子电池的能量密度,远低于锂离子电池,这也是目前学界和业界集中突破的一个难点。</p><p>目前,全球各大电池生产商也已经陆续开始了钠离子电池的相关研究。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/86548d0b3db6fdb88ff3b2d6382461cc\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"307\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>最具代表性的公司是<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300750\">宁德时代</a>。去年年底,宁德时代已经完成了钠离子电池的产业布局,随时准备投产。据官方发布的数据来看,宁德时代第一代钠离子电池能量密度,已经达到行业最高水平的160Wh/kg,但仍然低于目前主流的磷酸铁锂电池能量密度。</p><p>钠离子电池也能避免被其他‘锂’资源国家卡脖子,所以就在最近的两会期间,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NTES\">网易</a>创始人丁磊还专门提案建议:应该加大力度鼓励发展钠离子电池。</p><p><b>国产电动车更难了</b></p><p>镍钴锂价格疯涨,承压最大的或许不是马斯克,毕竟他的低价电动车,还在图纸上,中高端的特斯拉Model 3和Model Y,全球卖得正欢。</p><p>最受伤的,或许还是国内的新能源汽车厂商们。</p><p>比如除了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>外,包括上汽、长城、吉利、长安和造车新势力们,都在受众最广的“大众”市场竞争,而原料一上涨,成本控制和利润空间,都受到进一步挤压。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>比如新势力中,最近以交付量不断冒头的哪吒汽车为例,全系在售车型均在10万元左右,而且车型多采用三元锂电池。利润空间本来就不大,电池原材料上涨,无疑是又多一层盈利压力。刚挤入第一梯队,就遭遇更大的宏观挑战。</p><p>另一方面,我国关键电池原材料储量不足,又是一个问题。</p><p>以镍金属为例,我国探明的镍金属资源仅占全球3%,全球主要的镍金属生产地,集中在印尼、菲律宾和俄罗斯。根据百川盈孚的数据,我国2020年独立硫酸镍产量供给为45.3 万吨,2021年前三季度产量为38.6 万吨,而今年,将是我国硫酸镍产业自给的分水岭,今年之后,将出现供应缺口。</p><p>外有供应紧张价格高涨,内有新能源汽车行业整体溢价能力低。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/1afa65ac92c175f89e310fd2fefd0981\" tg-width=\"550\" 等量型和Ni:Mn 不等量型。后者因为镍元素的高配比,能量密度高,也被称作高镍电池,是目前三元锂电池应用于电动车的主流方向。在应用规模上,受到新能源汽车产业的带动效应,高镍电池近些年规模快速扩张。据信达证券预计,到2025年,我国高镍电池的装机量将达到262.4Gwh,对应的硫酸镍用量将达到100.11 万吨,如果按照加工过程中20%镍折损的情况来算,需求超过138万吨。照此测算,届时我国镍金属需求量将达到31万吨,全球总需求量为89万吨。所以问题是,全球镍金属产量,能否满足电动车行业镍需求?财通证券预测,2020年到2030年10年间,动力电池行业镍需求年复合增长率为28.5%,去年用于电池生产的镍金属占全球镍产量的15%左右。结合美国地质调查局(USGS)数据,2021年全球镍金属产量为270万吨,照此来算,去年提供给电池产业的镍金属只有40.5万吨。距离2025年的89万吨,差了一倍不止。而从行业来看,镍金属供应,其实长期处于紧张状态,价格也在持续上涨,而这一次,受战争黑天鹅事件影响,镍金属价格一夜之间涨幅逾100%,两日涨价2.5倍,交易价格突破10万美元(63.21万元人民币)/吨。按照这个价格涨势,电池成本的压力,即便成本控制高手马斯克,也对更低价的特斯拉束手无策。按照每GWh高镍电池(NCM 811型为例)需要750吨金属镍来算,镍金属价格每涨1万元/吨,每GWh高镍电池成本将增加500-750万元。就最近两天镍金属的涨价幅度,特斯拉Model 3搭载的80KWh高镍电池包,成本将增加至少15000万元人民币。这还是定位中高端的特斯拉Model 3,对善于控制成本的马斯克来说,还能在别的地方着补回来,但对于利润空间小的低价电动车来说,这增加的15000万元的电池成本,可是要命的事情。毕竟五菱宏光Mini EV,整车也就卖个3万多块。其他原材料也在涨动力电池,还有哪些关键原材料?目前来说,电动车动力电池,基本上是磷酸铁锂电池和三元锂电池两种路线平分天下的局面。就这两种电池来说,锂、钴、锰三种金属,都是绕不开的原材料。磷酸铁锂电池,主要是以磷酸铁锂为正极,碳元素为负极的锂离子电池,相对于三元锂电池,优点在于,磷和铁的储量丰富,价格比较低,同时还具有安全优势。比亚迪官方承诺‘永不起火’的刀片电池,就属于这一类。而三元锂电池,除了上文中涨疯了的镍,还有两种至关重要的元素:钴和锰。我们熟知的三元锂电池中的‘三元’,指的是正极前驱体的3种金属元素:镍(Ni)、钴(Co)、锰(Mn)。这3类金属元素,在三元锂电池中各司其职:钴元素属于一类活性元素,负责稳定材料的层状结构,提高材料的放电容量;而锰元素,性质比较稳定,因此电池充放电过程中,在材料中起到支撑作用。但是钴元素,因为全球储量较少,属于稀有金属元素,价格一直以来高居不下,也因此,整个行业目前更偏向通过加大镍的三元配比,来降低三元锂电池的整体成本。马斯克之前就不断在尝试降低钴的占比。所以自然而然,高镍电池就成为三元锂电池主流选择。除此之外,还有一类三元锂电池,用铝金属代替锰,成为另外一‘元’,也就是我们常说的NCA电池,虽然金属元素发生变化,但本质上来说,锰和铝,储量较多且化学性质相似,因此并无本质的区别,而且在三元锂电池中的用量并不多。而主要的三种金属锂、镍、钴,身价随着新能源汽车的风口水涨船高,原材料价格高居不下,成为影响电动车普及的关键因素。以锂金属为例,截止到今天,国内锂金属价格报268.6万元/吨,较年初的170万元/吨上涨幅度超过58%。同样上涨的钴金属,今年以来涨幅也超过11%,截止到目前报价55.38万元/吨。关键金属元素价格一路飙升对电动车降本围追堵截,难道就没有别的解决方案了?钠离子电池算一个。所谓钠离子电池,和锂电池工作原理基本相同,只是负责运输电子的物质,由锂离子变成了钠离子。最大的优势,就是绕开了锂和钴这类稀有金属,而且全球储量巨大,靠海或者盐湖就能提取。但另一面,钠离子电池的能量密度,远低于锂离子电池,这也是目前学界和业界集中突破的一个难点。目前,全球各大电池生产商也已经陆续开始了钠离子电池的相关研究。最具代表性的公司是宁德时代。去年年底,宁德时代已经完成了钠离子电池的产业布局,随时准备投产。据官方发布的数据来看,宁德时代第一代钠离子电池能量密度,已经达到行业最高水平的160Wh/kg,但仍然低于目前主流的磷酸铁锂电池能量密度。钠离子电池也能避免被其他‘锂’资源国家卡脖子,所以就在最近的两会期间,网易创始人丁磊还专门提案建议:应该加大力度鼓励发展钠离子电池。国产电动车更难了镍钴锂价格疯涨,承压最大的或许不是马斯克,毕竟他的低价电动车,还在图纸上,中高端的特斯拉Model 3和Model Y,全球卖得正欢。最受伤的,或许还是国内的新能源汽车厂商们。比如除了蔚来外,包括上汽、长城、吉利、长安和造车新势力们,都在受众最广的“大众”市场竞争,而原料一上涨,成本控制和利润空间,都受到进一步挤压。比如新势力中,最近以交付量不断冒头的哪吒汽车为例,全系在售车型均在10万元左右,而且车型多采用三元锂电池。利润空间本来就不大,电池原材料上涨,无疑是又多一层盈利压力。刚挤入第一梯队,就遭遇更大的宏观挑战。另一方面,我国关键电池原材料储量不足,又是一个问题。以镍金属为例,我国探明的镍金属资源仅占全球3%,全球主要的镍金属生产地,集中在印尼、菲律宾和俄罗斯。根据百川盈孚的数据,我国2020年独立硫酸镍产量供给为45.3 万吨,2021年前三季度产量为38.6
