I learned that the Ex-CEO was under investigation. Too much uncertainties and best to stay away.2. Japfa. PT Japfa Comfeed performed much better than Japfa on SGX over the last 52 weeks. Japfa went IPO in early 2014 at $0.80, 7 years later it is now below $0.70. On top of that, over the last 12 Months Japfa sold their Dairy Business (25% in PRC and 80% in SEA). Dairy is their cash cow. The proceeds went to pay off due debts and dividend out. Sad! I think the business in Indonesia,India and Myanmar should be quite badly affected by Covid. $MingZhu Logistics Holdings Ltd(YGMZ)$1.  I used to run business in China.  When you invest in PRC the local governments provide you with land and tax incentives.  Those costs are in turn subsidized by expensive residential real estate.2.  Road transportation is highly subsidised as the government build and maintain (million) miles and miles of highways to enable trade and expensed CAPEX to support GDP growth.3.  The depreciation of road trains or large trucksare much longer in PRC as compared to say Australia.  Hence the Free-cash-flow for trucking transport companies are much better in PRC.  4.  This is a good cash flow business.  Easy to understand.
