href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00699\">神州租车</a>的股价在2港元上下徘徊,租车行业也正酝酿着新的格局变动。</p><p>4月8日,悟空出行联合创始人兼CMO朱旭告诉虎嗅,悟空不久前拿到国际连锁汽车租赁品牌<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/CAR\">安飞士</a>(Avis)的中国区独家品牌许可授权。目前正在搭建国际标准化的租车服务体系,将在7月份启动安飞士租车的国内业务。双方合作的紧密程度仅次于合资模式。</p><p>悟空出行旗下的租车平台用户偏向于年轻群体,自驾游用途居多。安飞士则在商务用车市场享有较高知名度,受众群偏向高端个人与企业。加入安飞士这样的中高端租车业务,恰好为悟空出行的企业及个人商务用车的空白市场作了补充。</p><p>但情况变得复杂。4月9日晚,《深网》报道称,携程正在洽谈收购神州租车、整合一嗨租车业务,做大携程租车平台。从目前神州租车和一嗨租车的针对用户看,前者主要对个人,后者专注于会议与企业用车,二者业务形成互补。</p><p>一位业内人士告诉虎嗅,“这事很正常,之前携程想收购一嗨没有成功。神州现在价格便宜,携程动手是意料之中。”</p><p>按照汽车保有量来看,中国汽车租赁公司的前三名为神州租车、一嗨租车、悟空租车。不论神州租车被收购真实与否,悟空出行联姻国际租车巨头安飞士,足以改变租车市场的现有格局。</p><p>安飞士联姻悟空出行</p><p>中国的出行领域被认为有万亿市场规模,业内一般将市场划分成即时出行和预约出行,前者对应的是滴滴等网约车平台,后者对应的神州、悟空等租车平台。</p><p>疫情之下,租车领域的长、短租以及企业用车市场被打开,使得租车平台的服务更细分。</p><p>悟空出行的业务包括自驾租车、车辆集采、车辆后市场服务等。安飞士的加入,实际上为悟空出行增加了一个租车领域的品牌,对悟空租车个人化、年轻化的用户群体作补充。</p><p>安飞士是全球车辆规模第二的租车公司,市值仅次于<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/HTZ\">赫兹</a>(Hertz),目前有车辆约66万辆。在全球的企业客户中拥有较高知名度,全球范围内的跨国企业订单多,如<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/IBM\">IBM</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>、阿联酋航空。而在租车领域的个人长短租业务与企业长短租业务中,悟空租车恰恰欠缺后者:在企业客户中没有知名度,尤其是合资企业。</p><p>二者都是加盟模式,但形式有很大不同。悟空的加盟模式类似于平台加盟,安飞士的加盟模式则类似于品牌连锁加盟。</p><p>加盟安飞士需要符合其全球统一的车辆及门店服务标准。加盟商的服务必须达到完全标准化,店面也要按照国际标准改门头、统一着装、提供流程与细节全球统一的服务。</p><p>悟空的加盟模式下,平台只作为导流平台之一,不用“养”加盟店。换句话说,加盟商自负盈亏,自己承担门店、人员以及运维成本。“我只要带来其门店占比30%以上的订单增量,他(加盟商)就已经很满意了。”朱旭称。</p><p>如此严苛的条件,为什么会吸引供应商加入?</p><p>商业发展的普遍规律是,大品牌不断吞并小品牌。后者没有品牌知名度,很难获得稳定客流,租车公司同样面临这个问题。</p><p>不光是中、小租车公司,一些拥有几百辆车的大、中型租车公司也有这样的困扰。神州、首汽这些知名品牌下,小公司基本没有竞争力。单店模式很难生存,租车公司需要品牌加持,形成越来越多的个人和企业客户需要的品牌化、标准化的服务。</p><p>朱旭透露,“在公布与安飞士合作的消息之前,已经有很多嗅觉敏感的租车公司过来找我们寻求合作,他们之前就是安飞士的中国供应商。”安飞士带给加盟商的,不光是导流的订单,还有强大的品牌背书和影响力。</p><p>企业用车市场目前的市场规模在600亿到800亿之间,未来三到五年内可能会增加至上千亿。</p><p>神州租车主要是个人用户,一嗨租车重点在会议与企业用车,而安飞士在外资企业也就是高端客户上的优势,恰是悟空租车在细分市场上拉开差距的关键。</p><p>行业新格局就此酝酿中。</p><p>神州租车被抄底?</p><p>若神州租车与一嗨租车最终实现整合,悟空出行将直面携程大出行,变数随之而来。</p><p>据金融时报报道,为最大限度降低瑞幸造假事件的牵连,陆正耀或考虑辞去神州租车董事长一职。因为谁也无法确定,投资者对“神州系”的信任何时能恢复。</p><p>“这个确实还是个抄底的事儿,现在神州租车的股票跌入低谷,携程账上有现金,股票还值钱,股权加现金就能搞定。所以收购这事儿没准还真能成。”上述行业人士表示,携程收购神州租车有着充足的合理性。</p><p>他认为二者的整合是存量合并,并未出现新的竞争者。再加上一嗨租车一直都是携程导流的平台,其业务没有突飞猛进地发展。携程和一嗨的合并,使得目前头部租车平台的经营思路趋同,这反而给了具有差异化经营平台的机会。</p><p>虎嗅得到的消息是,曹操出行也在与神州租车接触,洽谈收购事宜。</p><p>接触神州租车的买家被接连曝光,未免过于巧合。也有不少分析指出,收购接触确有其事,但充其量是神州租车为了摆脱瑞幸的负面影响,故意放出风声,转移舆论焦点。</p><p>“其实瑞幸事件对于神州租车没有太大影响。”朱旭认为,瑞幸造假是资本层面的,不是咖啡的品质或卫生状况的造假,而是运营数据的造假。“喝<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LK\">瑞幸咖啡</a>的人不会觉得瑞幸咖啡变坏,只是怕瑞幸会倒赶快用掉券。”也就是说,瑞幸咖啡质量没有变化,只是瑞幸的品牌形象和持续性受到损伤。</p><p>对于神州租车,道理同样如此。陆正耀作为神州和瑞幸的董事长,其个人不受信任可通过换董事长解决。而品牌形象受损,对神州的业务不会有太大影响,因为神州租车的服务质量、租车租金等关键要素并未发生变化。</p><p>而从业务角度看,资本市场上的挤兑,重资产模式下的神州租车未必能够全身而退。</p><p>神州租车采用自营模式,即人、车、场地都是自己的。这种模式下重资产、重运营,租车平台需要买车、建站点、组团队以及进行车辆的养护维修等。</p><p>但不同的租车模式有不同的优势。自营模式的服务标准化程度高,每单成本更低,还能利用车队不断的翻新和折旧带来资产的优化。也是由于神州租车的重资产大手笔营销,其发展速度和市场知名度在租车市场遥遥领先。</p><p>“客观说,如果当时悟空有钱,可能会在一些核心城市考虑重资产”。朱旭称,重资产租车平台的扩张速度很慢,行业里没有人有耐心投很多钱重新建一个重资产模式的租车公司,因此悟空才选择了平台模式。</p><p>此次嫡系产品牵连导致的租车行业内部环境变化,搅弄着行业格局的同时,也潜藏着机遇。</p><p>“其实神州在租车领域发展得很慢,几年前看神州什么样,现在它还是什么样。它的网点、车型、服务……没有太大的变化,反而它把精力放在了神州专车上。”业内人士称,神州租车近年来的发展还是出乎业内人的意料。</p><p>而这次事件后,“不排除有用户觉得神州租车有问题,会选择其他租车品牌。这对悟空和其他的租车同行也是一个机会。”朱旭认为,神州租车的动作本质是等待用户对资本市场的负面事件作出反馈。而竞争对手的失误,恰恰是其他平台的机会。</p><p>争夺疫情催生的新市场</p><p>新冠疫情对租车行业造成的巨大打击,在全国复工驱动下逐渐微弱。对伺机而动的租车平台来说,这无疑是难得的机遇。</p><p>一位租车公司CEO此前告诉虎嗅,疫情期间租车公司订单损失达50%。朱旭告诉虎嗅,“清明节,悟空租车的订单创了新高,基本上恢复到节前七八成的水平。比去年同期还要高。”虽然不比以往能增长3到5倍,但现在的增长速度预示着市场正在恢复。</p><p>以往租车订单大多来自于旅游出行,但现在,通勤出行的租车需求大幅提升。</p><p>一般租车平台,长短租业务中,短租的订单量大,在业务占比中较高。而这次疫情让短租和长租的订单量都得到了很大提升。一方面是人们对于公共交通出行仍旧保持着谨慎的态度,使得上下班的通勤租车多了起来,另一方面,公司处于安全考虑,会给予员工租车补贴。</p><p>“有的企业会给员工提供福利,贴点钱让员工低价租车通勤,也有给员工安排班车的。”朱旭觉得,租车上班的安全和便利性,使得通勤需求可能成为长期的状态。</p><p>以目前的疫情发展情况看,出行防控的长期策略,会帮助用户逐渐建立通勤上下班的习惯。而出行限制下,人们对外出的欲望更大,也一定程度上会造成报复性的出行消费。</p><p>疫情所教育的用户,催生的市场增量,正是悟空出行、神州租车等频频动作后的最终目标。而更大层面上,安飞士的品牌效应带动了企业服务的高端市场竞争,标准化服务成为核心竞争力。</p><p>而对神州租车来说,不管是被悟空出行业务“抄底”,还是被资本抄底收购,其都将成为行业格局变化的关键。</p></article></body></html>","source":"tencent","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE 李玲距离瑞幸造假已过去一周,蝴蝶效应还没停息。神州租车的股价在2港元上下徘徊,租车行业也正酝酿着新的格局变动。4月8日,悟空出行联合创始人兼CMO朱旭告诉虎嗅,悟空不久前拿到国际连锁汽车租赁品牌安飞士(Avis)的中国区独家品牌许可授权。目前正在搭建国际标准化的租车服务体系,将在7月份启动安飞士租车的国内业务。双方合作的紧密程度仅次于合资模式。悟空出行旗下的租车平台用户偏向于年轻群体,自驾游用途居多。安飞士则在商务用车市场享有较高知名度,受众群偏向高端个人与企业。加入安飞士这样的中高端租车业务,恰好为悟空出行的企业及个人商务用车的空白市场作了补充。但情况变得复杂。4月9日晚,《深网》报道称,携程正在洽谈收购神州租车、整合一嗨租车业务,做大携程租车平台。从目前神州租车和一嗨租车的针对用户看,前者主要对个人,后者专注于会议与企业用车,二者业务形成互补。一位业内人士告诉虎嗅,“这事很正常,之前携程想收购一嗨没有成功。神州现在价格便宜,携程动手是意料之中。”按照汽车保有量来看,中国汽车租赁公司的前三名为神州租车、一嗨租车、悟空租车。不论神州租车被收购真实与否,悟空出行联姻国际租车巨头安飞士,足以改变租车市场的现有格局。安飞士联姻悟空出行中国的出行领域被认为有万亿市场规模,业内一般将市场划分成即时出行和预约出行,前者对应的是滴滴等网约车平台,后者对应的神州、悟空等租车平台。疫情之下,租车领域的长、短租以及企业用车市场被打开,使得租车平台的服务更细分。悟空出行的业务包括自驾租车、车辆集采、车辆后市场服务等。安飞士的加入,实际上为悟空出行增加了一个租车领域的品牌,对悟空租车个人化、年轻化的用户群体作补充。安飞士是全球车辆规模第二的租车公司,市值仅次于赫兹(Hertz),目前有车辆约66万辆。在全球的企业客户中拥有较高知名度,全球范围内的跨国企业订单多,如IBM、苹果、阿联酋航空。而在租车领域的个人长短租业务与企业长短租业务中,悟空租车恰恰欠缺后者:在企业客户中没有知名度,尤其是合资企业。二者都是加盟模式,但形式有很大不同。悟空的加盟模式类似于平台加盟,安飞士的加盟模式则类似于品牌连锁加盟。加盟安飞士需要符合其全球统一的车辆及门店服务标准。加盟商的服务必须达到完全标准化,店面也要按照国际标准改门头、统一着装、提供流程与细节全球统一的服务。悟空的加盟模式下,平台只作为导流平台之一,不用“养”加盟店。换句话说,加盟商自负盈亏,自己承担门店、人员以及运维成本。“我只要带来其门店占比30%以上的订单增量,他(加盟商)就已经很满意了。”朱旭称。如此严苛的条件,为什么会吸引供应商加入?商业发展的普遍规律是,大品牌不断吞并小品牌。后者没有品牌知名度,很难获得稳定客流,租车公司同样面临这个问题。不光是中、小租车公司,一些拥有几百辆车的大、中型租车公司也有这样的困扰。神州、首汽这些知名品牌下,小公司基本没有竞争力。单店模式很难生存,租车公司需要品牌加持,形成越来越多的个人和企业客户需要的品牌化、标准化的服务。朱旭透露,“在公布与安飞士合作的消息之前,已经有很多嗅觉敏感的租车公司过来找我们寻求合作,他们之前就是安飞士的中国供应商。”安飞士带给加盟商的,不光是导流的订单,还有强大的品牌背书和影响力。企业用车市场目前的市场规模在600亿到800亿之间,未来三到五年内可能会增加至上千亿。神州租车主要是个人用户,一嗨租车重点在会议与企业用车,而安飞士在外资企业也就是高端客户上的优势,恰是悟空租车在细分市场上拉开差距的关键。行业新格局就此酝酿中。神州租车被抄底?若神州租车与一嗨租车最终实现整合,悟空出行将直面携程大出行,变数随之而来。据金融时报报道,为最大限度降低瑞幸造假事件的牵连,陆正耀或考虑辞去神州租车董事长一职。因为谁也无法确定,投资者对“神州系”的信任何时能恢复。“这个确实还是个抄底的事儿,现在神州租车的股票跌入低谷,携程账上有现金,股票还值钱,股权加现金就能搞定。所以收购这事儿没准还真能成。”上述行业人士表示,携程收购神州租车有着充足的合理性。他认为二者的整合是存量合并,并未出现新的竞争者。再加上一嗨租车一直都是携程导流的平台,其业务没有突飞猛进地发展。携程和一嗨的合并,使得目前头部租车平台的经营思路趋同,这反而给了具有差异化经营平台的机会。虎嗅得到的消息是,曹操出行也在与神州租车接触,洽谈收购事宜。接触神州租车的买家被接连曝光,未免过于巧合。也有不少分析指出,收购接触确有其事,但充其量是神州租车为了摆脱瑞幸的负面影响,故意放出风声,转移舆论焦点。“其实瑞幸事件对于神州租车没有太大影响。”朱旭认为,瑞幸造假是资本层面的,不是咖啡的品质或卫生状况的造假,而是运营数据的造假。“喝瑞幸咖啡的人不会觉得瑞幸咖啡变坏,只是怕瑞幸会倒赶快用掉券。”也就是说,瑞幸咖啡质量没有变化,只是瑞幸的品牌形象和持续性受到损伤。对于神州租车,道理同样如此。陆正耀作为神州和瑞幸的董事长,其个人不受信任可通过换董事长解决。而品牌形象受损,对神州的业务不会有太大影响,因为神州租车的服务质量、租车租金等关键要素并未发生变化。而从业务角度看,资本市场上的挤兑,重资产模式下的神州租车未必能够全身而退。神州租车采用自营模式,即人、车、场地都是自己的。这种模式下重资产、重运营,租车平台需要买车、建站点、组团队以及进行车辆的养护维修等。但不同的租车模式有不同的优势。自营模式的服务标准化程度高,每单成本更低,还能利用车队不断的翻新和折旧带来资产的优化。也是由于神州租车的重资产大手笔营销,其发展速度和市场知名度在租车市场遥遥领先。“客观说,如果当时悟空有钱,可能会在一些核心城市考虑重资产”。朱旭称,重资产租车平台的扩张速度很慢,行业里没有人有耐心投很多钱重新建一个重资产模式的租车公司,因此悟空才选择了平台模式。此次嫡系产品牵连导致的租车行业内部环境变化,搅弄着行业格局的同时,也潜藏着机遇。“其实神州在租车领域发展得很慢,几年前看神州什么样,现在它还是什么样。它的网点、车型、服务……没有太大的变化,反而它把精力放在了神州专车上。”业内人士称,神州租车近年来的发展还是出乎业内人的意料。而这次事件后,“不排除有用户觉得神州租车有问题,会选择其他租车品牌。这对悟空和其他的租车同行也是一个机会。”朱旭认为,神州租车的动作本质是等待用户对资本市场的负面事件作出反馈。而竞争对手的失误,恰恰是其他平台的机会。争夺疫情催生的新市场新冠疫情对租车行业造成的巨大打击,在全国复工驱动下逐渐微弱。对伺机而动的租车平台来说,这无疑是难得的机遇。一位租车公司CEO此前告诉虎嗅,疫情期间租车公司订单损失达50%。朱旭告诉虎嗅,“清明节,悟空租车的订单创了新高,基本上恢复到节前七八成的水平。比去年同期还要高。”虽然不比以往能增长3到5倍,但现在的增长速度预示着市场正在恢复。以往租车订单大多来自于旅游出行,但现在,通勤出行的租车需求大幅提升。一般租车平台,长短租业务中,短租的订单量大,在业务占比中较高。而这次疫情让短租和长租的订单量都得到了很大提升。一方面是人们对于公共交通出行仍旧保持着谨慎的态度,使得上下班的通勤租车多了起来,另一方面,公司处于安全考虑,会给予员工租车补贴。“有的企业会给员工提供福利,贴点钱让员工低价租车通勤,也有给员工安排班车的。”朱旭觉得,租车上班的安全和便利性,使得通勤需求可能成为长期的状态。以目前的疫情发展情况看,出行防控的长期策略,会帮助用户逐渐建立通勤上下班的习惯。而出行限制下,人们对外出的欲望更大,也一定程度上会造成报复性的出行消费。疫情所教育的用户,催生的市场增量,正是悟空出行、神州租车等频频动作后的最终目标。而更大层面上,安飞士的品牌效应带动了企业服务的高端市场竞争,标准化服务成为核心竞争力。而对神州租车来说,不管是被悟空出行业务“抄底”,还是被资本抄底收购,其都将成为行业格局变化的关键。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3117,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":923629137,"gmtCreate":1585836226429,"gmtModify":1704359272123,"author":{"id":"3538219526431136","authorId":"3538219526431136","name":"huireal","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3538219526431136","authorIdStr":"3538219526431136"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00699\">神州租车</a>的股价在2港元上下徘徊,租车行业也正酝酿着新的格局变动。</p><p>4月8日,悟空出行联合创始人兼CMO朱旭告诉虎嗅,悟空不久前拿到国际连锁汽车租赁品牌<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/CAR\">安飞士</a>(Avis)的中国区独家品牌许可授权。目前正在搭建国际标准化的租车服务体系,将在7月份启动安飞士租车的国内业务。双方合作的紧密程度仅次于合资模式。</p><p>悟空出行旗下的租车平台用户偏向于年轻群体,自驾游用途居多。安飞士则在商务用车市场享有较高知名度,受众群偏向高端个人与企业。加入安飞士这样的中高端租车业务,恰好为悟空出行的企业及个人商务用车的空白市场作了补充。</p><p>但情况变得复杂。4月9日晚,《深网》报道称,携程正在洽谈收购神州租车、整合一嗨租车业务,做大携程租车平台。从目前神州租车和一嗨租车的针对用户看,前者主要对个人,后者专注于会议与企业用车,二者业务形成互补。</p><p>一位业内人士告诉虎嗅,“这事很正常,之前携程想收购一嗨没有成功。神州现在价格便宜,携程动手是意料之中。”</p><p>按照汽车保有量来看,中国汽车租赁公司的前三名为神州租车、一嗨租车、悟空租车。不论神州租车被收购真实与否,悟空出行联姻国际租车巨头安飞士,足以改变租车市场的现有格局。</p><p>安飞士联姻悟空出行</p><p>中国的出行领域被认为有万亿市场规模,业内一般将市场划分成即时出行和预约出行,前者对应的是滴滴等网约车平台,后者对应的神州、悟空等租车平台。</p><p>疫情之下,租车领域的长、短租以及企业用车市场被打开,使得租车平台的服务更细分。</p><p>悟空出行的业务包括自驾租车、车辆集采、车辆后市场服务等。安飞士的加入,实际上为悟空出行增加了一个租车领域的品牌,对悟空租车个人化、年轻化的用户群体作补充。</p><p>安飞士是全球车辆规模第二的租车公司,市值仅次于<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/HTZ\">赫兹</a>(Hertz),目前有车辆约66万辆。在全球的企业客户中拥有较高知名度,全球范围内的跨国企业订单多,如<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/IBM\">IBM</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>、阿联酋航空。而在租车领域的个人长短租业务与企业长短租业务中,悟空租车恰恰欠缺后者:在企业客户中没有知名度,尤其是合资企业。</p><p>二者都是加盟模式,但形式有很大不同。悟空的加盟模式类似于平台加盟,安飞士的加盟模式则类似于品牌连锁加盟。</p><p>加盟安飞士需要符合其全球统一的车辆及门店服务标准。加盟商的服务必须达到完全标准化,店面也要按照国际标准改门头、统一着装、提供流程与细节全球统一的服务。</p><p>悟空的加盟模式下,平台只作为导流平台之一,不用“养”加盟店。换句话说,加盟商自负盈亏,自己承担门店、人员以及运维成本。“我只要带来其门店占比30%以上的订单增量,他(加盟商)就已经很满意了。”朱旭称。</p><p>如此严苛的条件,为什么会吸引供应商加入?</p><p>商业发展的普遍规律是,大品牌不断吞并小品牌。后者没有品牌知名度,很难获得稳定客流,租车公司同样面临这个问题。</p><p>不光是中、小租车公司,一些拥有几百辆车的大、中型租车公司也有这样的困扰。神州、首汽这些知名品牌下,小公司基本没有竞争力。单店模式很难生存,租车公司需要品牌加持,形成越来越多的个人和企业客户需要的品牌化、标准化的服务。</p><p>朱旭透露,“在公布与安飞士合作的消息之前,已经有很多嗅觉敏感的租车公司过来找我们寻求合作,他们之前就是安飞士的中国供应商。”安飞士带给加盟商的,不光是导流的订单,还有强大的品牌背书和影响力。</p><p>企业用车市场目前的市场规模在600亿到800亿之间,未来三到五年内可能会增加至上千亿。</p><p>神州租车主要是个人用户,一嗨租车重点在会议与企业用车,而安飞士在外资企业也就是高端客户上的优势,恰是悟空租车在细分市场上拉开差距的关键。</p><p>行业新格局就此酝酿中。</p><p>神州租车被抄底?</p><p>若神州租车与一嗨租车最终实现整合,悟空出行将直面携程大出行,变数随之而来。</p><p>据金融时报报道,为最大限度降低瑞幸造假事件的牵连,陆正耀或考虑辞去神州租车董事长一职。因为谁也无法确定,投资者对“神州系”的信任何时能恢复。</p><p>“这个确实还是个抄底的事儿,现在神州租车的股票跌入低谷,携程账上有现金,股票还值钱,股权加现金就能搞定。所以收购这事儿没准还真能成。”上述行业人士表示,携程收购神州租车有着充足的合理性。</p><p>他认为二者的整合是存量合并,并未出现新的竞争者。再加上一嗨租车一直都是携程导流的平台,其业务没有突飞猛进地发展。携程和一嗨的合并,使得目前头部租车平台的经营思路趋同,这反而给了具有差异化经营平台的机会。</p><p>虎嗅得到的消息是,曹操出行也在与神州租车接触,洽谈收购事宜。</p><p>接触神州租车的买家被接连曝光,未免过于巧合。也有不少分析指出,收购接触确有其事,但充其量是神州租车为了摆脱瑞幸的负面影响,故意放出风声,转移舆论焦点。</p><p>“其实瑞幸事件对于神州租车没有太大影响。”朱旭认为,瑞幸造假是资本层面的,不是咖啡的品质或卫生状况的造假,而是运营数据的造假。“喝<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LK\">瑞幸咖啡</a>的人不会觉得瑞幸咖啡变坏,只是怕瑞幸会倒赶快用掉券。”也就是说,瑞幸咖啡质量没有变化,只是瑞幸的品牌形象和持续性受到损伤。</p><p>对于神州租车,道理同样如此。陆正耀作为神州和瑞幸的董事长,其个人不受信任可通过换董事长解决。而品牌形象受损,对神州的业务不会有太大影响,因为神州租车的服务质量、租车租金等关键要素并未发生变化。</p><p>而从业务角度看,资本市场上的挤兑,重资产模式下的神州租车未必能够全身而退。</p><p>神州租车采用自营模式,即人、车、场地都是自己的。这种模式下重资产、重运营,租车平台需要买车、建站点、组团队以及进行车辆的养护维修等。</p><p>但不同的租车模式有不同的优势。自营模式的服务标准化程度高,每单成本更低,还能利用车队不断的翻新和折旧带来资产的优化。也是由于神州租车的重资产大手笔营销,其发展速度和市场知名度在租车市场遥遥领先。</p><p>“客观说,如果当时悟空有钱,可能会在一些核心城市考虑重资产”。朱旭称,重资产租车平台的扩张速度很慢,行业里没有人有耐心投很多钱重新建一个重资产模式的租车公司,因此悟空才选择了平台模式。</p><p>此次嫡系产品牵连导致的租车行业内部环境变化,搅弄着行业格局的同时,也潜藏着机遇。</p><p>“其实神州在租车领域发展得很慢,几年前看神州什么样,现在它还是什么样。它的网点、车型、服务……没有太大的变化,反而它把精力放在了神州专车上。”业内人士称,神州租车近年来的发展还是出乎业内人的意料。</p><p>而这次事件后,“不排除有用户觉得神州租车有问题,会选择其他租车品牌。这对悟空和其他的租车同行也是一个机会。”朱旭认为,神州租车的动作本质是等待用户对资本市场的负面事件作出反馈。而竞争对手的失误,恰恰是其他平台的机会。</p><p>争夺疫情催生的新市场</p><p>新冠疫情对租车行业造成的巨大打击,在全国复工驱动下逐渐微弱。对伺机而动的租车平台来说,这无疑是难得的机遇。</p><p>一位租车公司CEO此前告诉虎嗅,疫情期间租车公司订单损失达50%。朱旭告诉虎嗅,“清明节,悟空租车的订单创了新高,基本上恢复到节前七八成的水平。比去年同期还要高。”虽然不比以往能增长3到5倍,但现在的增长速度预示着市场正在恢复。</p><p>以往租车订单大多来自于旅游出行,但现在,通勤出行的租车需求大幅提升。</p><p>一般租车平台,长短租业务中,短租的订单量大,在业务占比中较高。而这次疫情让短租和长租的订单量都得到了很大提升。一方面是人们对于公共交通出行仍旧保持着谨慎的态度,使得上下班的通勤租车多了起来,另一方面,公司处于安全考虑,会给予员工租车补贴。</p><p>“有的企业会给员工提供福利,贴点钱让员工低价租车通勤,也有给员工安排班车的。”朱旭觉得,租车上班的安全和便利性,使得通勤需求可能成为长期的状态。</p><p>以目前的疫情发展情况看,出行防控的长期策略,会帮助用户逐渐建立通勤上下班的习惯。而出行限制下,人们对外出的欲望更大,也一定程度上会造成报复性的出行消费。</p><p>疫情所教育的用户,催生的市场增量,正是悟空出行、神州租车等频频动作后的最终目标。而更大层面上,安飞士的品牌效应带动了企业服务的高端市场竞争,标准化服务成为核心竞争力。</p><p>而对神州租车来说,不管是被悟空出行业务“抄底”,还是被资本抄底收购,其都将成为行业格局变化的关键。</p></article></body></html>","source":"tencent","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE 李玲距离瑞幸造假已过去一周,蝴蝶效应还没停息。神州租车的股价在2港元上下徘徊,租车行业也正酝酿着新的格局变动。4月8日,悟空出行联合创始人兼CMO朱旭告诉虎嗅,悟空不久前拿到国际连锁汽车租赁品牌安飞士(Avis)的中国区独家品牌许可授权。目前正在搭建国际标准化的租车服务体系,将在7月份启动安飞士租车的国内业务。双方合作的紧密程度仅次于合资模式。悟空出行旗下的租车平台用户偏向于年轻群体,自驾游用途居多。安飞士则在商务用车市场享有较高知名度,受众群偏向高端个人与企业。加入安飞士这样的中高端租车业务,恰好为悟空出行的企业及个人商务用车的空白市场作了补充。但情况变得复杂。4月9日晚,《深网》报道称,携程正在洽谈收购神州租车、整合一嗨租车业务,做大携程租车平台。从目前神州租车和一嗨租车的针对用户看,前者主要对个人,后者专注于会议与企业用车,二者业务形成互补。一位业内人士告诉虎嗅,“这事很正常,之前携程想收购一嗨没有成功。神州现在价格便宜,携程动手是意料之中。”按照汽车保有量来看,中国汽车租赁公司的前三名为神州租车、一嗨租车、悟空租车。不论神州租车被收购真实与否,悟空出行联姻国际租车巨头安飞士,足以改变租车市场的现有格局。安飞士联姻悟空出行中国的出行领域被认为有万亿市场规模,业内一般将市场划分成即时出行和预约出行,前者对应的是滴滴等网约车平台,后者对应的神州、悟空等租车平台。疫情之下,租车领域的长、短租以及企业用车市场被打开,使得租车平台的服务更细分。悟空出行的业务包括自驾租车、车辆集采、车辆后市场服务等。安飞士的加入,实际上为悟空出行增加了一个租车领域的品牌,对悟空租车个人化、年轻化的用户群体作补充。安飞士是全球车辆规模第二的租车公司,市值仅次于赫兹(Hertz),目前有车辆约66万辆。在全球的企业客户中拥有较高知名度,全球范围内的跨国企业订单多,如IBM、苹果、阿联酋航空。而在租车领域的个人长短租业务与企业长短租业务中,悟空租车恰恰欠缺后者:在企业客户中没有知名度,尤其是合资企业。二者都是加盟模式,但形式有很大不同。悟空的加盟模式类似于平台加盟,安飞士的加盟模式则类似于品牌连锁加盟。加盟安飞士需要符合其全球统一的车辆及门店服务标准。加盟商的服务必须达到完全标准化,店面也要按照国际标准改门头、统一着装、提供流程与细节全球统一的服务。悟空的加盟模式下,平台只作为导流平台之一,不用“养”加盟店。换句话说,加盟商自负盈亏,自己承担门店、人员以及运维成本。“我只要带来其门店占比30%以上的订单增量,他(加盟商)就已经很满意了。”朱旭称。如此严苛的条件,为什么会吸引供应商加入?商业发展的普遍规律是,大品牌不断吞并小品牌。后者没有品牌知名度,很难获得稳定客流,租车公司同样面临这个问题。不光是中、小租车公司,一些拥有几百辆车的大、中型租车公司也有这样的困扰。神州、首汽这些知名品牌下,小公司基本没有竞争力。单店模式很难生存,租车公司需要品牌加持,形成越来越多的个人和企业客户需要的品牌化、标准化的服务。朱旭透露,“在公布与安飞士合作的消息之前,已经有很多嗅觉敏感的租车公司过来找我们寻求合作,他们之前就是安飞士的中国供应商。”安飞士带给加盟商的,不光是导流的订单,还有强大的品牌背书和影响力。企业用车市场目前的市场规模在600亿到800亿之间,未来三到五年内可能会增加至上千亿。神州租车主要是个人用户,一嗨租车重点在会议与企业用车,而安飞士在外资企业也就是高端客户上的优势,恰是悟空租车在细分市场上拉开差距的关键。行业新格局就此酝酿中。神州租车被抄底?若神州租车与一嗨租车最终实现整合,悟空出行将直面携程大出行,变数随之而来。据金融时报报道,为最大限度降低瑞幸造假事件的牵连,陆正耀或考虑辞去神州租车董事长一职。因为谁也无法确定,投资者对“神州系”的信任何时能恢复。“这个确实还是个抄底的事儿,现在神州租车的股票跌入低谷,携程账上有现金,股票还值钱,股权加现金就能搞定。所以收购这事儿没准还真能成。”上述行业人士表示,携程收购神州租车有着充足的合理性。他认为二者的整合是存量合并,并未出现新的竞争者。再加上一嗨租车一直都是携程导流的平台,其业务没有突飞猛进地发展。携程和一嗨的合并,使得目前头部租车平台的经营思路趋同,这反而给了具有差异化经营平台的机会。虎嗅得到的消息是,曹操出行也在与神州租车接触,洽谈收购事宜。接触神州租车的买家被接连曝光,未免过于巧合。也有不少分析指出,收购接触确有其事,但充其量是神州租车为了摆脱瑞幸的负面影响,故意放出风声,转移舆论焦点。“其实瑞幸事件对于神州租车没有太大影响。”朱旭认为,瑞幸造假是资本层面的,不是咖啡的品质或卫生状况的造假,而是运营数据的造假。“喝瑞幸咖啡的人不会觉得瑞幸咖啡变坏,只是怕瑞幸会倒赶快用掉券。”也就是说,瑞幸咖啡质量没有变化,只是瑞幸的品牌形象和持续性受到损伤。对于神州租车,道理同样如此。陆正耀作为神州和瑞幸的董事长,其个人不受信任可通过换董事长解决。而品牌形象受损,对神州的业务不会有太大影响,因为神州租车的服务质量、租车租金等关键要素并未发生变化。而从业务角度看,资本市场上的挤兑,重资产模式下的神州租车未必能够全身而退。神州租车采用自营模式,即人、车、场地都是自己的。这种模式下重资产、重运营,租车平台需要买车、建站点、组团队以及进行车辆的养护维修等。但不同的租车模式有不同的优势。自营模式的服务标准化程度高,每单成本更低,还能利用车队不断的翻新和折旧带来资产的优化。也是由于神州租车的重资产大手笔营销,其发展速度和市场知名度在租车市场遥遥领先。“客观说,如果当时悟空有钱,可能会在一些核心城市考虑重资产”。朱旭称,重资产租车平台的扩张速度很慢,行业里没有人有耐心投很多钱重新建一个重资产模式的租车公司,因此悟空才选择了平台模式。此次嫡系产品牵连导致的租车行业内部环境变化,搅弄着行业格局的同时,也潜藏着机遇。“其实神州在租车领域发展得很慢,几年前看神州什么样,现在它还是什么样。它的网点、车型、服务……没有太大的变化,反而它把精力放在了神州专车上。”业内人士称,神州租车近年来的发展还是出乎业内人的意料。而这次事件后,“不排除有用户觉得神州租车有问题,会选择其他租车品牌。这对悟空和其他的租车同行也是一个机会。”朱旭认为,神州租车的动作本质是等待用户对资本市场的负面事件作出反馈。而竞争对手的失误,恰恰是其他平台的机会。争夺疫情催生的新市场新冠疫情对租车行业造成的巨大打击,在全国复工驱动下逐渐微弱。对伺机而动的租车平台来说,这无疑是难得的机遇。一位租车公司CEO此前告诉虎嗅,疫情期间租车公司订单损失达50%。朱旭告诉虎嗅,“清明节,悟空租车的订单创了新高,基本上恢复到节前七八成的水平。比去年同期还要高。”虽然不比以往能增长3到5倍,但现在的增长速度预示着市场正在恢复。以往租车订单大多来自于旅游出行,但现在,通勤出行的租车需求大幅提升。一般租车平台,长短租业务中,短租的订单量大,在业务占比中较高。而这次疫情让短租和长租的订单量都得到了很大提升。一方面是人们对于公共交通出行仍旧保持着谨慎的态度,使得上下班的通勤租车多了起来,另一方面,公司处于安全考虑,会给予员工租车补贴。“有的企业会给员工提供福利,贴点钱让员工低价租车通勤,也有给员工安排班车的。”朱旭觉得,租车上班的安全和便利性,使得通勤需求可能成为长期的状态。以目前的疫情发展情况看,出行防控的长期策略,会帮助用户逐渐建立通勤上下班的习惯。而出行限制下,人们对外出的欲望更大,也一定程度上会造成报复性的出行消费。疫情所教育的用户,催生的市场增量,正是悟空出行、神州租车等频频动作后的最终目标。而更大层面上,安飞士的品牌效应带动了企业服务的高端市场竞争,标准化服务成为核心竞争力。而对神州租车来说,不管是被悟空出行业务“抄底”,还是被资本抄底收购,其都将成为行业格局变化的关键。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3117,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":989693559,"gmtCreate":1582813935171,"gmtModify":1704347795845,"author":{"id":"3538219526431136","authorId":"3538219526431136","name":"huireal","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3538219526431136","idStr":"3538219526431136"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
