Online marketplace Etsy Inc and luxury accessory company Tapestry Inc rose 3.1% and 1.9%, respectively.</p>\n<p>Ford Motor Co rose 1.4% after it announced plans to boost production of its F-150 electric pickup model.</p>\n<p>Declining issues outnumbered advancing ones on the NYSE by a 1.27-to-1 ratio;
