This way we (as investor) can see the impact of Grab as a service on the users. 

Investors should see those complaints about grab services down as something positive. It means Grab is at a point that people cannot live without intheir life. It has become some sort of an essentialapp. 

In my opinion, this incident is a good indicator for those who are still wondering if they should invest in Grab spac.
